Abstract

ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), which helps organizations deal with supply chains, receiving, inventory management, customer order management, production planning, shipping, accounting, human resource management, and other business functions. Accounting Management, which is closely related to the problem of presenting the information needed by an organization. Based on various forms or types of information, one of which is management accounting. ERP for Accounting Management Module is financial accounting presented in general ledger reports, trial balance and profit and loss reports. to find out the problems experienced by the problems because they still use Microsoft Excel in recording and reporting data so it takes a long time. The method in developing this system is by using the Waterfall Method. PT DISS (Diamond Indo Satria Sejahtera) is a company that sells Indosat and Mentari SIM cards as well as M-Tronik credit sales. The problems experienced include managing financial data that still uses Microsoft Excel so that it takes a long time and important documents that have been stored and not managed with the existing system so that if there is a loss or an error computer at any time, all data will be lost and it will take a long time to repeat the data management. Therefore, the system that the researcher will create is a web-based information system that functions as managing general journal financial data, trial balance and profit and loss, reporting sales data. By implementing this information system it is hoped that it can minimize errors and difficulties that have been experienced and help the finance department to search and process data quickly, precisely and without obstacles. The web-based information system uses the Waterfall method and uses the Codeigniter Framework programming language, PHP, Javascript and CSS

Abstract

Games have now become an alternative entertainment for various groups. Role Playing Game (RPG) is a game that has elements of a complex story and acting that makes someone feel like a character in the game. This research aims to create a game software in the form of an RPG game using Unity software. The game that is displayed in this final project is based on the folklore of Central Kalimantan entitled "The Adventure Of v Riwut". It is hoped that with this game, folklore can be recognized by the younger generation and preserved. The research method used in making this RPG game is where the research stages are in the form of Requirements Plan, Design Process, and Implementation. The requirements plan stage includes identifying the objectives of the application or system and identifying information needs to achieve those goals. The design process stage includes the design process and makes improvements if there is still a design mismatch between the user and the analyst. The implementation stage, at this stage the programmer develops the design into a program that can be tested. From the results of this research, he succeeded in creating an RPG game entitled "The Adventure Of Riwut" with the collaboration of several figures from other folklore so that the resulting game is not monotonous. With the RPG game "The Adventure Of Riwut", players can get to know one of the folk tales entitled "The Adventure Of Riwut"

Abstract

The need for information about technology has now become commonplace, sometimes existing technology has not been fully utilized. With the increasing popularity of technology, it is possible for all businesses engaged in the service sector to be infected with technology fever. However, the company CV. MLB Sampit is still constrained by the presentation of financial report data. Financial reports are slow to figure out, searches regarding expenses and income are also difficult to find. In addition, mistakes often occur in making payment transactions due to the absence of a computerized system. To solve this problem, we need an accounting management system. Where later it can process financial transaction data, present financial data reports including journal reports, ledger reports, trial balance reports, loan reports and income statements. In building this application program, using PHP and Javascript as a programming language media and MySQL is used as database management. With the creation of this system is expected to facilitate the company CV. MLB Sampit in the process of recording transactions and financial reports.

Abstract

Abstract

The payment of Education Development Donations (SPP) system at Sampit 9 Public Middle School is still done manually, both in transactions and in the data recapitulation process, causing the process of recording payments and recapitulating payments to be slow and potentially causing errors in data collection. Presentation of information and management reporting is also slow. This study proposes an application model that supports the concept of a database system so that the processing of SPP payments and management of financial reports runs automatically and quickly. The Web-based system was developed using the Waterfall development method, and was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. System functions in the form of student data collection, tuition payments, General Journals, Accounting Journals, Profit and Loss Reports, Trial Balance, and Tuition Payment Reports are confirmed through the Blackbox testing technique. The functional test results show that these functions are running validly. The developed computerized system can also help admin performance to be more accurate and efficient in managing SPP payment data with financial reports based on an accounting system.Keywords: application software; database system; Waterfall, Blackbox Testing AbstrakSistem pembayaran Sumbangan Pembinaan Pendidikan (SPP) di SMP Negeri 9 Sampit masih dilakukan secara manual, baik dalam transaksi maupun dalam proses rekapitulasi data, menyebabkan proses pencatatan pembayaran serta rekapitulasi pembayaran menjadi lambat dan berpotensi menimbulkan kekeliruan dalam pendataan. Penyajian informasi dan pelaporan manajemen juga menjadi lambat. Penelitian ini mengusulkan model aplikasi yang mendukung konsep sistem basis data agar pengolahan pembayaran SPP dan pengelolaan laporan kuangan berjalan otomatis dan cepat. Sistem berbasis Web dikembangkan menggunakan metode pengembangan Waterfall, dan dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Fungsi-fungsi sistem berupa pendataan siswa, pembayaran SPP, Jurnal Umum, Jurnal Akuntansi, Laporan Laba Rugi, Neraca Saldo, serta Laporan Pembayaran SPP dikonfirmasi melalui teknik pengujian Blackbox.  Hasil uji fungsional menunjukkan fungsi-fungsi tersebut telah berjalan secara valid. Sistem terkomputerisasi yang dikembangkan juga dapat membantu kinerja admin agar lebih akurat dan efisien dalam pengelolaan data pembayaran SPP dengan laporan kuangan berdasarkan sistem akuntansi.

Abstract

Processing and data access that still uses a manual system, causing the company management of PT. Sinar Harapan Digital is not effective in monitoring the performance of journalists. This study develops a news management information system model for the performance of journalists in an integrated manner, so that company management can more easily analyze the performance of journalists through automatic presentation of data. The Web-based system was developed using the concept of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), in order to enable sub-systems to be integrated automatically to achieve company management targets. The functional features developed are: manage news, manage reporters, manage journalist performance, and manage news features. The results of the black box test on functional features show that all functional features work validly.Keywords: Journalist Performance; Manage News; Web-based; Blackbox Testing AbstrakPengolahan serta akses data yang masih menggunakan sistem manual, menyebabkan manajemen perusahaan PT. Sinar Harapan Digital tidak efektif dalam melakukan pengawasan kinerja wartawan. Penelitian ini mengembangkan model sistem informasi manajemen berita kinerja wartawan secara terintegrasi, sehingga manajemen perusahaan dapat lebih mudah menganalisis kinerja jurnalis melalui penyajian data secara otomatis. Sistem berbasis Web dikembangkan menggunakan konsep Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), agar memungkinkan sub-sub sistem dapat terintegrasi secara otomatis untuk suatu pencapaian target manajemen perusahaan. Fitur-fitur fungsional yang dikembangkan berupa: kelola berita, kelola reporter, kelola kinerja wartawan, serta fitur kelola berita. Hasil uji blackbox atas fitur-fitur fungsional menunjukkan seluruh fitur fungsional telah bekerja secara valid.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan usaha secara sadar untuk mewujudkan sesuatu pewarisan budaya dari satu generasi ke generasi yang lain dan untuk mewujudkan Pendidikan yang baik dibutuhkan seorang pendidik yang berkualifikasi sebagai guru, dosen, konselor, pamong belajar, tutor, instruktur, fasilitator, dan sebutan lain yang sesuai dengan kekhususannya, serta berpartisipasi dalam menyelenggarakan Pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan hasil terbaik dalam melakukan penilaian kinerja guru terbaik menggunakan metode Topsis dengan hasil guru yang mendapatkan nilai tertinggi akan mendapatkan presikat dari objek penelitian. Untuk membantu menentukan siapa kah yang berhak mendapatkan predikat guru terbaik penulis melakukan perhitungan menggukan metode Technique for Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) untuk mendapatkan hasil yang sesuai kriteria dan alternatif yang telah ditentukan, Karena topsis sendiri memilik konsep yang sederhana dan mudah dipahami , menyelesaikannya secara efisien dan memiliki kemampuan untuk mengukur kinerja relatif dari keputusan alternatif-alternatif. Untuk membantu anak dalam proses pendidikan dibutuhkan seorang guru. Seorang guru selalu menjadi orang yang harus dihormati dan ditiru. Menjadi seorang guru tidaklah mudah karena mengajar merupakan profesi atau pekerjaan yang membutuhkan keahlian khusus sebagai seorang guru dan tidak dapat dipraktekkan oleh siapapun di luar pendidikan. Oleh karena itu Peneliti ini dibuat bertujuan agar dapat membantu kepala sekolah dalam memberikan apresiasi terhadap kerja keras para guru dalam mendidik para anak didiknya. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dengan menggunakan metode Technique For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution ini dipilih karena berperan penting dalam membantu proses pembobotan nilai dari setiap kriteria dan alternatif yang pada akhirnya menghasilkan perangkingan terhadap alternatif yang memiliki nilai tinggi sehingga dapat menentukan hasil yang terbaik. Pengambilan keputusan merupakan suatu proses penentuan pilihan tindakan diantara beberapa alternatif yang ada untuk mencapai tujuan yang sesuai keinginan 5. Alternatif yang penulis gunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Susi, Reni, Susan, Isna dan Fitri. Sedangkan kriterianya adalah ukuran-ukuran yang dapat dijadikan pertimbangan untuk menentukan pilihan. Pada penelitian ini menggunkan 5 kriteria dalam membantu proses penyelesaian alternatif yaitu Prestasi, Masa Kerja, Profesional, Presensi dan Disiplin. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dari alternatif dan kriteria yang diperoleh susi dengan skor nilai 7,45 mendapatkan rangking 1, isna dengan skor nilai 2,52 mendapatkan rangking 2, susan dengan skor nilai 2,46 mendapatkan rangking 3, reni dengan skor nilai 1,78 mendapatkan rangking 4 dan fitri dengan skor nilai 0,18 mendapatkan peringkat 5. Berdasarkan skor nilai tertinggi dari setiap alternatif, maka dapat disimpulkan susi yang akan mendapatkan predikat guru terbaik dan mendapatkan hadiah apresiasi dari kepala sekolah.
