Abstract

Covid-19 merupakan penyakit pandemi yang disebabkan oleh virus corona 2 nCoV-2019 yangmenyerang system pernafasan manusia dan telah menyebar ke seluruh dunia. Padang sebagai Ibukota Provinsi di Sumatera Barat juga mendapat penularan dari virus ini sehingga per tanggal 18 Juli 2021 angka kasus Covid-19 telah mencapai 25830 kasus. Data Mining klasterisasi adalah suatu ilmu dalam membuat suatu pengelompokan kategori dari data tertentu yang diharapkan mampu mengkategorikan daerah kelurahan di Kota Padang menjadi beberapa klaster sebagai rekomendasi dalam penanganan penyebaran virus Covid-19 di Kota Padang. Algoritma K-Medoins adalah salah satu algoritma yang bagus dalam mengklasterisasi data tertentu dikarenakan menggunakan metode Partitional Clustering yang ampuh dan telah digunakan dalam penelitian pengklasteran sejenis. Penelitian menggunakan algoritma K-Medoids ini diterapkan menggunakan aplikasi Rapidminer Studio 9.9.002 dengan Sumber data didapatkan dari situs corona.padang.go.id dan menghasilkan 3 klaster dengan masing-masing klaster menghasilkan 51 item, 20 item dan 33 item dari 104 item kelurahan di Kota Padang.

Abstract

Sekolah Tinggi Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (STKIP) ADZKIA merupakan salah satu institusipendidikan formal di kota Padang yang disahkan oleh pemerintah. Persaingan di dalam dunia bisnis, khususnyadalam bidang pendidikan membuat pihak perguruan tinggi harus mencari pola sasaran daerah yang strategisdalam pengenalan sekolah. Dengan semakin banyaknya STKIP di Kota Padang, membuat setiap sekolahberusaha mencari calon siswa baru kedaerah-daerah yang potensial. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan untukpenentuan daerah strategis adalah dengan menggunakan teknik DataMining. Dari data-data mahasiswa yang adadisekolah dapat diolah mengunakan algoritma Apriori dan FP-Growth yang menjadi informasi baru untukdimanfaatkan oleh dalam menentukan daerah yang strategis. Dalam penelitian ini penulis mencobamembandingkan hasil dari algoritma Apriori dan FP-Growth yang menggunakan data mahasiswa angkatan2015/2016 dengan nilai minsupport = 0.05% dan nilai minconfidence = 0.7% telah diperoleh 19 AssociationRule dan 2 rule tertinggi yang dapat dijadikan sebagai pengetahuan baru serta acuan berharga pada lingkuppenelitian ini.

Abstract

The world of banking has been transformed by using mobile-based applications in services and providing convenience to consumers. Android-based applications such as mobile banking are not yet fully attractive to users because of their security value. In the field of text mining, there is a method of analyzing user satisfaction through content sentiment analysis. The approach used by the author in this study is to use the Naïve Bayes Algorithm. This research was processed with the python programming language where there is a textblob module for the process of analyzing the effectiveness of using the Naïve Bayes Algorithm. From the results of the processing of this research, the accuracy of using the Naïve Bayes Algorithm is 0.8714 (87%)

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology and the Industrial Revolution 4.0 has an impact on all lines of life, including the medical and health fields. The Ministry of Health has planned a digital transformation strategy in its blueprint planning document until 2024. One of the transformation strategies is about the health quality of clean water, because it is an important part in forming a healthy society. Sanitation health and clean water quality standards that have been set by the ministry of health in the process of being implemented by internal monitoring agencies, namely district/city health laboratories are generally still not digital-based. Health laboratories in general still carry out the registration service for the examination of clean water samples to the delivery of the results of labor examinations using paper records. It is prone to recording errors and is prone to loss. The process of digitizing the Clean Water Quality Inspection Information System was developed with a web-based application platform. This research is a Research and Development (R&D) research which was developed using the Process Flowchart Methodology or waterfalls. The flow of steps carried out is to analyze and build a design system and produce a system that becomes a recommendation in the process of transforming Information Technology-based services in the health sector for public services. So that this research can be used as a reference in the development of a digital transformation system

Abstract

Information technology in public services not only converts work that was originally done manually into digital form, but is also able to make the work carried out by public service providers more effective and efficient. The aim of this research is to create a web-based water examination management system at the Bukittinggi City Health Laboratory. This website was created so that consumers can order and monitor their orders by online. The website development process in this research uses the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) - Waterative Model. Website quality testing is carried out by testing it with various kinds of internet browsers, both by using internet browsers on mobile phones and desktops. The results of website testing show that the application can run optimally on various kinds of internet browsers.

Abstract

Health workers in the rules must have a requirement in the form of a Practice License in carrying out medical and health activities at a medical practice site. Likewise, health facilities that want to open medical practices must be recorded and have a license to practice issued by the local district / city Health Office. The license to practice medical personnel and health facilities so far in the city of Bukittinggi in the service process is still done manually, making it ineffective for data management and difficult to obtain information. Therefore, a technological innovation is needed for the process of digitizing the service of issuing a web-based license to assist the process of licensing services for licenses to practice medical personnel and health facilities that are fast and effective in producing such correspondence needs. This web-based application was developed using the waterfall model because the stages of the process are passed step by step to get good results. This application on the main page is also displayed with the concept of a dashboard system, making it easier for users to view general data in the application such as data on medical personnel and health facilities that will expire their medical licenses. This application has been tested and used for services to the government and helps in the process of correspondence and evaluating the control process on the licensing of health workers.
