This study is a descriptive analytical research with the design of cross-sectional study. The population in this study were adolescent girls in Aceh Barat Regency with the samples of 50 people. The data were obtained from a one day 24-hour recall and analyzed using Chi-Square test with a significance value (p= 0.05). The result showed that based on bivariate analysis there is a relationship between energy intake and body mass index. The analysis indicated that adolescent girls with excessive energy intake had a 6.67-fold higher risk of obesity than those with the adequate energy intake (OR: 6.67, 95% CI: 1.25-35.65).

Formation of breast milk is influenced by protein, vitamins, fat, water, carbohydrates, fiber and other nutrients. Problem in this study was that the mother did not give breast milk to her baby because the volume of breast milk was small, the mother did not know what foods could increase the volume of breast milk at a relatively low cost. Purpose of this study was to analyze the nutritional value of local foods such as banana blossom and papaya leaves to what extent they are able to increase the volume of breast milk in breastfeeding mothers.Research method uses pre-experimental tests (non-design) and socialization. in the Panton Reu sub-district, West Aceh Regency with a population of 44 breastfeeding mothers, a total sample of 44 respondents who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results after conducting research, where the high levels of nutrients contained in the heart of bananas and papaya leaves, these nutrients are related to the formation of breast milk volume. Conclusion of the results of the analysis of nutrients, the banana flower and papaya leaves can be consumed by breastfeeding mothers because of the high levels of nutrients contained therein. According to the analysis of nutrients, banana blossom and papaya leaves need to be used as a mainstay for the family, and further research needs to be done and this research can be used as a reference source. Abstract

Anemia is a condition of the body where the hemoglobin (Hb) level in the blood is lower than the normal value, resulting in pallor, weakness, fatigue, dizziness, lack of appetite, decreased fitness, decreased work ability, decreased immunity and impaired wound healing. Protein plays a role in the storage and transportation and absorption of iron. Inadequate protein intake can lead to disturbances in iron metabolism which can affect hemoglobin formation, causing anemia. Adolescent girls are one of the groups that are prone to anemia because adolescent girls experience the menstrual cycle every month. In addition, the condition will be even worse if a woman is married and pregnant, because pregnancy requires more iron for the growth and development of the fetus, which has an impact on infant mortality, abnormal births, low birth weight, and maternal mortality. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between protein consumption and hemoglobin levels in adolescent girls. This study used a cross-sectional design and was descriptive analytic. The results of this study showed about 52.7% of respondents had insufficient protein consumption and 60% were anemic. There is a relationship between protein consumption patterns and hemaglobin levels with the value of chi-square statistical test results obtained p value <0.05, namely 0.001.

Abstract

Health workers in the rules must have a requirement in the form of a Practice License in carrying out medical and health activities at a medical practice site. Likewise, health facilities that want to open medical practices must be recorded and have a license to practice issued by the local district / city Health Office. The license to practice medical personnel and health facilities so far in the city of Bukittinggi in the service process is still done manually, making it ineffective for data management and difficult to obtain information. Therefore, a technological innovation is needed for the process of digitizing the service of issuing a web-based license to assist the process of licensing services for licenses to practice medical personnel and health facilities that are fast and effective in producing such correspondence needs. This web-based application was developed using the waterfall model because the stages of the process are passed step by step to get good results. This application on the main page is also displayed with the concept of a dashboard system, making it easier for users to view general data in the application such as data on medical personnel and health facilities that will expire their medical licenses. This application has been tested and used for services to the government and helps in the process of correspondence and evaluating the control process on the licensing of health workers.

Poor eating patterns, including inappropriate meal times and inappropriate amounts of food consumption, can affect blood sugar levels in the body. The aim of this research isto determine the relationship between the size of the diet portion served and blood sugar levels in Diabetes Mellitus patients at RSUD Datu Beru Kab. Central Aceh in 2023.The method used is a quantitative method, analytical observationalwith approachcross-sectional. This research was carried out from September 2023 to May 2024. The type of data is primary data obtained from the patient's general description questionnaire and data on the portion size served was obtained from direct weighing and secondary data was obtained from the patient care book, namely data on blood sugar levels 2 hours after eating. The method for collecting data is by using questionnaire sheets, checking maintenance books and eating scales. Data analysis was carried out using univariate and bivariate analysis using the Fisher exact test. The research results showed that as many as 82.0% had high kgd (>180mg/dl) and 18% had normal kgd (80-179mg/dl). There were 23.6% good portions served and 76.4% poor food portions. The results of the Fisher test show p <0.05 (0.002) and have a PR value >1 (4.2) which is a risk factor between the size of the portion served and the blood sugar levels of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. The conclusion is that the size of the portion served is partly The size does not match the standard portions served, causing respondents to have higher blood sugar levels 2 hours after eating. There is a significant relationship and 4 times higher risk between the size of the diet portion and blood sugar levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Suggestions for Hospitals should improve the quality of health services, especially food services, and nutritionists/nutritionists should be able to supervise the portioning process to produce food portions that suit patient needs.

Nutritional problems can occur in the life cycle starting from the womb until old age. Currently, Indonesia is facing multiple nutritional problems that must receive serious attention in handling. Malnutrition problems can cause health problems throughout the life cycle. One of the nutritional problems that occurs, especially in West Aceh Regency, is stunting. thus causing many children to have their growth and development hampered. The 4 star food menu is one way to provide nutrition for stunting toddlers. The aim of this research was to determine the knowledge, education, employment of mothers and eating patterns by providing MPASI with a 4 star menu as an innovation to fulfill nutrition for stunted children in the Johan Pahlawan Health Center working area, West Aceh Regency. The method used inThis research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive research type with an exploratory approach, namely conducting in-depth interviews. In general, not many people in the Johan Pahlawan Community Health Center work area are aware of the existence of the 4 star MPASI menu innovation for handling stunting. The relatively low level of education causes the mother's lack of knowledge in fulfilling nutrition according to the MPASI 4 Bintang Baduta menu. In handling stunting clowns, although there are those who know how to make the menu, they do not provide a 4 star MPASI menu due to low economic factors.

The sample used was 60 type 2 DM patients in classes II and III at Meuraxa Regional Hospital, Banda Aceh City, with 30 booklet groups and 30 leaflet groups. Statistical tests use Paired Sample T - Test and Independent Sample T – Test. This research shows that the results of nutritional counseling on dietary compliance posttest booklet are more effective than posttest leaflet, with a value of sig. (2-tailed) shows a P Value of 0.048. (p < 0.05). Nutrition counseling on the posttest booklet knowledge level is more effective than the leaflet posttest, with a sig. (2-tailed) shows a P Value of 0.045. (p < 0.05). So it can be concluded that providing nutritional counseling using booklets is more effective than leaflets on diet compliance and the level of knowledge of Type 2 DM patients at Meuraxa Regional Hospital, Banda Aceh City.
