Abstract

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah hubungan moda transportasi darat dan kualitas layanan jasa berpengaruh terhadap kelancaran arus container di Depo pada PT. Berkah Multi Cargo Logistics. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pengguna jasa sedangkan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 50 responden. penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dan teknik analisis data dengan regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa, variabel Moda Transportasi Darat (X1) memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap Kelancaran Arus Container (Y), Artinya apabila moda transportasi darat dalam kondisi yang baik, maka akan meningkatkan Kelancaran Arus Container. Variabel Kualitas Layanan Jasa (X2) memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap Kelancaran Arus Container (Y) Artinya apabila kualitas Layanan Jasa yang diberikan baik, maka Kelancaran Arus Container akan semakin meningkat. Moda Transportasi Darat dan Kualitas Layanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kelancaran Arus Container, Artinya apabila Moda Transpotasi Darat dan Kualitas Layanan Jasa yang diberikan semakin baik maka akan meningkatkan Kelancaran Arus Container.

Abstract

This quantitative research aimed to investigate the relationship between service quality, corporate image, and customer satisfaction at PT. Pelindo Energi Logistik. The study utilized path analysis and Sobel test to analyze the data collected from a sample of 30 companies who were customers of PT. Pelindo Energi Logistik. The findings revealed that service quality significantly influenced corporate image (p < 0.05) and customer satisfaction (p < 0.05). Additionally, corporate image had a significant impact on customer satisfaction (p < 0.05). Moreover, corporate image was found to mediate the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction, indicating its crucial role in strengthening the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction. These results emphasize the importance of enhancing service quality and maintaining a positive corporate image to ensure customer satisfaction in the logistics industry. The study contributes to the existing body of knowledge by providing valuable insights for global researchers and professionals in the field of service quality, corporate image, and customer satisfaction in the logistics sector. Highlight: Service quality significantly influences company image, indicating the impact of service provision on the perception of the company. Service quality plays a crucial role in determining customer satisfaction, emphasizing the importance of delivering satisfactory services to meet customer expectations. The company's image significantly affects customer satisfaction, underscoring the role of a positive corporate image in enhancing customer satisfaction levels. Abstract

This scientific article investigates the relationship between work skills, performance, maintenance, and productivity in the context of head truck operations at PT. Terminal Petikemas Surabaya. The study, conducted through a descriptive research approach, involved a sample of 72 head truck operators. Multiple linear regression analysis was employed to examine the data. The results revealed a significant positive impact of work skills, performance, and maintenance on productivity. The regression model exhibited a high predictive capability, indicating that the variables of interest could be utilized to forecast productivity. The findings support the well-established understanding that individuals' work skills directly influence their level of productivity. Moreover, the study confirms the widely accepted notion that improved performance among head truck operators leads to enhanced output. Additionally, it highlights the significance of routine maintenance in increasing production levels. The implications of this research underscore the importance of investing in skill development, fostering optimal performance, and implementing effective maintenance practices to enhance productivity in head truck operations. Highlight: Work skills significantly influence productivity: The study reveals that the level of work skills directly impacts the productivity of head truck operators in PT. Terminal Petikemas Surabaya. Performance drives positive output: The findings confirm that the performance of head truck operators has a beneficial influence on their overall output. Abstract

Purpose: This study is titled "Analysis of Container Cranes on Stevedoring in Nilam Multipurpose Terminals The Use of Container Crane Against Container Stevedoring in Nilam Multipurpose Terminals". This study aims to determine the effect of using a Container Crane on the productivity of container stevedoring activities at Nilam multipurpose terminals. Design/methodology/approach: This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach accompanied by other instruments such as secondary data, interviews and documentation which aims to determine the influence of container crane loading and unloading productivity and also supporting factors that can maximize the performance of the container crane at the Nilam Multipurpose Terminal. The data used as analytical material to support the research is performance data from loading and unloading activities at the Nunukan Island KM in 2016 to 2017 in the first semester Findings: The results showed that the role of container cranes is the most important factor in the implementation of container loading and unloading activities at Nilam multiplepurpose terminals.
