Abstract

Unpreparedness in accepting the transformation of offline education into online is a major factor in the difficulty of accepting online learning. This causes children's acceptance of low learning concepts that cannot be separated from the role of the teacher. This paper aims to find and analyze the weak skills of teachers in managing online early childhood learning during the covid 19 pandemic at PAUD Anggrek Indah Galala 2. The research method used in this study was descriptive qualitative research. The findings indicate that the low cognitive intelligence of early childhood is caused by the lack of PAUD teachers' skills in managing and implementing online learning. Of the 2 teachers who teach, there is 1 teacher who can use and carry out online learning, and even then it is only limited to conveying learning by explaining, without presenting it in pictures on ppt. this creates boredom in the child, which ultimately has an impact on the child's lack of concentration to follow the teaching and learning process. As a result, children are less enthusiastic in participating in online learning. This has an impact on the lack of children's absorption of the material being taught. Of the 11 children, the average cognitive level achieved was at the level of starting to develop (MB) and already developing (SB) and some of them were not yet developed (BB). This data shows that the cognitive intelligence achieved by children has not reached the target of Developing according to Expectations (BSH). Research contributes to providing education for education actors who support the online learning process and other stakeholders in early childhood education in PAUD.Keywords: Cognitive intelligence, online learning

Abstract

The inheritance of local culture is something that must be done considering the development of science and technology that is growing. If the inheritance of local culture is not carried out properly, it is feared that local culture will be increasingly eroded and will gradually disappear from the people who use that culture. The Alune people in the Riring country are also temporarily passing on the woven culture to the younger generation of Alune. The process of inheriting the woven culture in the country of Riring is carried out in two ways, namely through informal and formal educational institutions. Through formal educational institutions, namely by including local content in the school curriculum. Through this method, children are expected to learn about the woven culture. Meanwhile, through informal educational institutions, the process of inheritance of woven culture is carried out by direct involvement, without being limited by space and time. This method is considered quite effective because it is carried out in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere without any coercion, but is carried out voluntarily so that people who experience this process will feel comfortable and in the end will have an impact on their knowledge and skills in making plaits.It is hoped that all parties in the community will continue to make various breakthroughs in maintaining and inheriting local culture including the almost extinct woven culture among the younger generation of Alune people.

Abstract

Abstrack: The quality of graduates at the elementary school level is a concern and the main focus of this research is how to apply effective active learning strategies to improve graduate outcomes. According to Rusman, active learning strategies involve more student activities in accessing various information and knowledge to be discussed and studied in the learning process in class so that they get various experiences that can increase their understanding and competence because active learning allows students to develop high-level abilities, such as analyzing and synthesizing. as well as assessing various learning events and applying them in everyday life The method that researchers use to study and analyze this problem is a qualitative method. Furthermore, all the data needed for the discussion is obtained using interview techniques, observation and other documentary data which are considered useful for producing a scientific paper. This data was obtained, analyzed and discussed as a scientific paper with the title "Learning Strategies for Class VI Students for Facing Final School Exams at SD Negeri 3 Kairatu, West Seram Regency. Keywords: Active Learning Strategy
