Abstract

MTs. Darul Muhajirin Pekalangan Tenggarang Bondowoso yang mana dapat dilihat pada orientasinya yang lebih mementingkan pada penguasaan praktik dan keterampilan. Namun, karena tahapan pembelajaran yang belum terkuasai oleh guru menghambat proses kegiatan belajar. Akan tetapi, dengan pembinaan-pembinaan tiap kali akan memulai pembelajaran, kesulitan tersebut dapat teratasi. Kini selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung, keterlibatan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran menjadi aktif. Tidak hanya pada mata pelajaran Al Qur’an Hadits saja, di mata pelajaran yang lain pun siswa akan terlatih aktif dan kreatif. Sehingga dorongan untuk belajar siswa sangat tinggi, siswa sangat berantusias dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran. Jenis metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif.Hal ini dilakukan karena sesuai dengan survey yang dilakukan serta memerlukan ketajaman dan kecermatan dalam mengamati masalah yang diteliti.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan dalam pembelajaran dengan menggunakan project method terhadap motivasi belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam siswa di MTs. Darul Muhajirin Pekalangan Tenggarang Bondowoso

Abstract

Salah satu unsur yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas/mutu pendidikan di madrasah adalah kepemimpinan kepala madrasah. Kepemimpinan kepala madrasah merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi profesionalisme guru dalam melaksanakan tugasnya.Profesionalisme guru akan menjadi optimal, jika diintegrasikan dengan komponen Madrasah.Oleh karena itu, guru yang merupakan salah satu unsur di bidang kependidikan harus berperan secara aktif dan menempatkan kedudukannya sebagai tenaga professional.Jika kita amati, salah satu ciri krisis pendidikan di Indonesia adalah guru belum mampu menunjukkan profesionalismeyang memadai. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa profesionalisme guru belum sepenuhnya ditopang oleh derajat penguasaan kompetensi yang memadai. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya upaya yang komprehensif guna meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru khususnya guru PAI. Atas dasar itulah, penelitian ini difokuskan kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dalam upaya meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru PAI.

Abstract

To create effective Islamic Religious Education learning in the classroom, teachers need to innovate learning, so that learning in the classroom is not monotonous and not boring, so that learning achievement targets are not met. Innovations carried out by teachers can be carried out by using various methods, using media, evaluation and so on. Considering the importance of innovation in the Islamic Religious Education learning system, the problem formulation in this research is; 1) What are the innovations in learning Islamic Religious Education at PKBM (Learning Activity Center Of Public) Literasi Bangsa Kejayan Pujer Bondowoso? 2) What are the results of the implementation of Islamic Religious Education learning innovations at PKBM Literasi Bangsa Kejayan Pujer Bondowoso?This research uses a qualitative approach with a "naturalistic phenomenological" approach, namely understanding the meaning of events and their relationships to people in certain situations. In this case, the researcher acts as the main instrument for data collection. In selecting informants, the "purposive sampling" technique will be used. To select and determine informants, the snowball sampling technique was used. The data collection technique is carried out by; Involved observation (participant observation), in-depth interviews (in-depth interviews) and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis was carried out from the time of data collection. Before the data is analyzed by researchers, the data is first processed, then edited, followed by (coding). Checking the validity of the data is carried out by checking the methodology used, checking the report results and triangulation. The results of research while in the field are as follows; 1) Innovation in learning Islamic Religious Education at PKBM Literasi Bangsa Kejayan Pujer Bondowoso is carried out by means of; preparing learning tools, using various methods in the classroom learning system, managing various classes, using information technology-based learning media, and conducting ongoing evaluations of learning activities in order to get feedback in determining plans for the next learning program. 2) The results of the implementation of Islamic Religious Education learning innovations at PKBM Literasi Bangsa Kejayan Pujer Bondowoso appear in; increasing student motivation to learn, increasing student interest in learning, achieving learning goals, and increasing student achievement both academic and non-academic.

Abstract

This study aimed to explore a Restitution Triangle Strategy as an innovative approach in building a Self-Directed Learning (SDL) paradigm with a focus on increasing students' active awareness. The research method used is a qualitative study with a model development approach through observation, interviews, and literature study. The results of the study show that the restitution triangle strategy is able to construct students' active awareness, which contributes to the achievement of a more sustainable SDL paradigm. The application of this strategy harmoniously integrate psychological and pedagogical aspects in learning, which supports student learning independence. In addition, this study also found that educators need training to apply this strategy effectively. The implementation of this strategy also shows an increase in student participation and emotional involvement in learning. The use of this approach demonstrates the importance of learning management that prioritizes acknowledgement, reflection, and compensation. The implication of this study is the importance of applying the Restitution Triangle strategy in developing an active awareness-based Self-Directed Learning paradigm, which can increase student engagement in the learning process and encourage the development of independent skills in facing educational challenges.
