Abstract

Islamic religious education in the family is now a perfect strategy to continue to provide early childhood rights in the form of education and teaching of the values as well as the role of religion in the life that a child will go through. The role of parents is now being tested with the Covid-19 pandemic that has hit this country. Many things must also be considered in providing education, especially Islamic religious education in the family, namely habituation factors and also assistance in following worship rituals, the need for the importance of applying Islamic character, and also those related to psychology, the comfort of early childhood when learning education religion and play at home. Through a qualitative case study approach with ten parents with a master's education background and academic professions became respondents through questionnaires and digital interviews with the Google Form application. The results of the questionnaires and interviews were analyzed by means of descriptive analysis. It was found that: (1) only three out of ten parents can adapt to their role as educators for their own children and are able to create comfort when providing learning to children at home; (2) three in ten parents are able to establish good communication with teachers during educational activities from home; (3) the ten parents expressed their concern with the existing conditions and agreed that the role of the teacher was not easy to fulfill.

Abstract

The research is aimed to identify the role and challenges pendidika religion of Islam in the era of pademi covid 19 on environmentally families implementations pe ndidikan religion of Islam at home in children as a result of the pandemic COVID-19. This research uses library research where in collecting data information with techniques documentation that is looking for the data concerning matters that are relevant from various kinds that exist in the library such as documents, books, magazines, news. Criteria articles and news were selected, namely the discussion about the impact of COVID-19 and learning online in the school base. From 10 sources were obtained, and then selected the most relevant and obtained three articles and six news were selected. The results of the study, showed that the impact of COVID-19 on the implementation of the role and challenges of pendidika religion of Islam in the era of pademi covid 19 in the neighborhood families can be fulfilled with a pretty good. It is can be seen from the results of the data 3 articles and 6 news which shows that the impact of COVID-19 towards implementation of the pe upbringing religion in the neighborhood families can be accomplished with quite well if the application of education of religion between the parent and child in the family.

Abstract

The curriculum has an important role in the education process. And itshould play a role and be anticipatory and adaptive to changes andadvances in science and technology. Curriculum and learning are twoimportant aspects of educational activities. Both discuss what and howeducation should be carried out and blend with local wisdom. Therefore,along with changes and developments in the curriculum from time to timean educator must be able to understand and implement it well. In order tobe in accordance with what is expected, there needs to be a discussion ofcurriculum development from Kurikum 1994, Competency BasedCurriculum (KBK) 2004, Education Unit Level Curriculum (KTSP), andCurriculum 2013 until now. This paper tries to provide one solution to theproblems of the 2013 curriculum implementation. Instructional leadershipof the Pasuruan City Islamic Senior High School principals is recommendedto be one solution to the effectiveness of the 2013 curriculumimplementation. Instructional Leadership is the leadership of the madrasahead who prioritizes teaching and learning in leadership. The head of themadrasa in favor of academics, instructional leadership is believed to beable to solve the problems of the implementation of the 2013 curriculum.Prioritizing the involvement of the headmaster in orientation and trainingfor 2013 curriculum implementation is recommended.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the style of leadership that is applied by the principle at SDN Watuagung in terms of the principal's role as an educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, innovator and motivator in improving teacher performance that includes four competencies are pedagogical, personality, professional, and social. This study used a qualitative approach to data collection methods, observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques using interactive analysis model Milles and Hubberman which includes four interrelated components, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. And for checking the validity of the data was use triangulation. The research findings of this study are: 1) the principal's leadership style in SDN Watuagung in improving teacher performance in terms of the role of the principal as an educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, innovator and motivator classified on charismatic leadership include impression management, emphasis on objectives ideological purpose that connects the group's mission to the values, ideals, and aspirations are rooted in the perceived with the subordinates, set an example in their own behavior that is followed by his subordinates, and motivation that are relevant to the vision and mission of the institution. Charismatic leadership that is applied by the principle at SDN Watuagung is motivated by the education background of the principle which is master of education management; 2) Improved performance of teachers conducted by the principal at SDN Watuagung includes increased pedagogical competence, personal competence, professional competence, and social competence.

Abstract

Along with advances in technology at this time learning continues to experience development where basically learning is an effort to help students to grow and develop in education. A teacher who pays attention to situations, conditions of tolerance, views and reach of students is encouraging or causing variations in teaching. Which one of them is by combining or varying the teaching methods so that in the teaching process the teacher is not fixated on just one method and this aims so that students do not feel bored in the learning process. Departing from the above background, the researcher took the problem of implementing varied methods in increasing student achievement in MTs AL-MUSTOFA Bangil and the effect of variation methods in teaching the Al-Qur'an's Hadith to increasing student achievement. This research is a type of quantitative research. This is done because in accordance with the survey conducted requires sharpness and accuracy in observing the problem under study. In addition, in collecting data the author uses the method of observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The method is a tool in teaching, its use must be done as much as possible in the teaching and learning process, and the results of this study are: 1) The implementation of the method varies in increasing student learning achievement. 2) The effect of varying teaching methods on student achievement is very positive influence for students and can be categorized quite well in meeting learning objectives with the evidence that and the results obtained are rxy> rcritic, the null hypothesis (Ho) rejected and work hypothesis (Ha) accepted.
