Abstrak: Keluhan muskuloskeletal merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat menghambat produktivitas kerja tidak terkecuali pada perajin manik-manik di Desa Budaya Pampang Samarinda. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal didapatkan bahwa perajin sering mengalami keluhan muskuloskeletal seperti rasa pegal dan nyeri di leher, bahu, punggung, pinggang serta lutut. Selain itu ditemukan bahwa mayoritas postur kerja pengrajin termasuk ke dalam kategori risiko sangat tinggi. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang berupa penyuluhan mengenai sikap kerja ergonomis. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman terkait sikap kerja ergonomis guna mengurangi keluhan muskuloskeletal pada perajin. Kegiatan penyuluhan dihadiri oleh 20 orang perajin manik-manik di Desa Budaya Pampang Samarinda yang berusia rata-rata 40 tahun dengan masa kerja rata-rata 15 tahun. Evaluasi keberhasilan kegiatan dilakukan dengan cara memberikan kuisioner pre-test dan post-test sebelum dan sesudah dilakukannya pemaparan materi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapatkan bahwa ada peningkatan pengetahuan peserta yaitu sebesar 12,5% setelah mengikuti pemaparan materi penyuluhan. Abstract: Musculoskeletal disorders are one of the factors that can affect work productivity, including bead artisans in Pampang Cultural Village, Samarinda. A preliminary survey showed that bead artisans often experience musculoskeletal complaints such as aches and pains in the neck, shoulders, back, waist, and knees. In addition, it was found that the majority of artisans’ working postures were included in the very high-risk category. Based on these problems, community service activities were carried out in the form of counseling about ergonomic work attitudes. This activity aims to provide knowledge and understanding regarding ergonomic working postures to reduce musculoskeletal complaints in artisans. The counseling activity was attended by 20 bead artisans in Pampang Cultural Village, Samarinda with an average age of 40 years dan an average working period of 15 years. Evaluation of the activity was carried out by giving pre-test and post-test questionnaires before and after the presentation of the material. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that there was an increase in participants' knowledge of 12.5% after attending the counseling.
