Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan PKM untuk memberikan pemahaman secara koseptual dan praktis berbagai strategi dalam menginternalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila melalui pembelajaran dan budaya sekolah bagi pendidik jenjang SMP di Kabupaten Magetan. Jumlah partisipan dari pelatihan internalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila di Kabupaten Magetan sebanyak 34 SMP Negeri dengan jumlah peserta 96 orang. Metode kegiatan pelatihan melalui sosialisasi dan workshop yang terdiri tiga tahap, yaitu: persiapan, pelaksanaan pelatihan, dan pendampingan. Hasil yang dicapai menunjukkan respons partisipan pelatihan secara umum untuk tiap indikator urgensi materi PKM menunjukkan preferensi positif dengan mayoritas skor berkategori sangat baik dan baik. Ragam strategi menginternalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila yang dominan disampaikan oleh partisipan melalui budaya di sekolah dan pembelajaran. Jumlah peserta pelatihan melaksanakan hasil PKM di sekolah dan menuliskannya dalam bentuk best practice sebanyak 67 orang (70%). Rekomendasi yang dapat disampaikan adalah perlu dilakukan pengembangan strategi yang digunakan dalam internalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila di SMP yang diintegrasikan ke dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, peran serta masyarakat, berbasis dengan kearifan lokal sehingga dapat membumikan nilai-nilai Pancasila ke dalam kultur masyarakat setempat.Abstract: The purpose of the community service was to conduct training providing conceptual and practical understanding on various strategies in internalizing the values of Pancasila through learning and school culture for junior high school educators in Magetan, East Java. The number of participants involved in the training on internalization of the values of Pancasila was 96 school principals and teachers from 34 public junior secondary schools in the area. The method of the training activities was through socialization and workshops which consisted of three stages, namely preparation, training implementation, and mentoring. In general, the results show positive responses from the participants in each indicator of the urgency of the materials, with the majority of scores being categorized as very good and good. Most of the strategies employed by the participants to internalize the values of Pancasila were through culture at schools and learning activities. There were 67 participants (70%) of the training implementing the results of the training at schools and writing in the form of best practice. It is necessary to develop strategies used in internalizing the values of Pancasila in junior high schools that are integrated into extracurricular activities and community participation based on local wisdom so that Pancasila can be embedded into the culture of the local community.
