Abstrak: Tujuan PKM untuk memberikan pemahaman secara koseptual dan praktis berbagai strategi dalam menginternalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila melalui pembelajaran dan budaya sekolah bagi pendidik jenjang SMP di Kabupaten Magetan. Jumlah partisipan dari pelatihan internalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila di Kabupaten Magetan sebanyak 34 SMP Negeri dengan jumlah peserta 96 orang. Metode kegiatan pelatihan melalui sosialisasi dan workshop yang terdiri tiga tahap, yaitu: persiapan, pelaksanaan pelatihan, dan pendampingan. Hasil yang dicapai menunjukkan respons partisipan pelatihan secara umum untuk tiap indikator urgensi materi PKM menunjukkan preferensi positif dengan mayoritas skor berkategori sangat baik dan baik. Ragam strategi menginternalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila yang dominan disampaikan oleh partisipan melalui budaya di sekolah dan pembelajaran. Jumlah peserta pelatihan melaksanakan hasil PKM di sekolah dan menuliskannya dalam bentuk best practice sebanyak 67 orang (70%). Rekomendasi yang dapat disampaikan adalah perlu dilakukan pengembangan strategi yang digunakan dalam internalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila di SMP yang diintegrasikan ke dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, peran serta masyarakat, berbasis dengan kearifan lokal sehingga dapat membumikan nilai-nilai Pancasila ke dalam kultur masyarakat setempat.Abstract: The purpose of the community service was to conduct training providing conceptual and practical understanding on various strategies in internalizing the values of Pancasila through learning and school culture for junior high school educators in Magetan, East Java. The number of participants involved in the training on internalization of the values of Pancasila was 96 school principals and teachers from 34 public junior secondary schools in the area. The method of the training activities was through socialization and workshops which consisted of three stages, namely preparation, training implementation, and mentoring. In general, the results show positive responses from the participants in each indicator of the urgency of the materials, with the majority of scores being categorized as very good and good. Most of the strategies employed by the participants to internalize the values of Pancasila were through culture at schools and learning activities. There were 67 participants (70%) of the training implementing the results of the training at schools and writing in the form of best practice. It is necessary to develop strategies used in internalizing the values of Pancasila in junior high schools that are integrated into extracurricular activities and community participation based on local wisdom so that Pancasila can be embedded into the culture of the local community.

Industrial Revolution 4.0, as one of the main paradigms of the modern economy, requires higher education to improve in the face of this trend. Surabaya State University (Unesa) emphasizes the development of human resources (HR) as the main target of internal development in order to deal with industry 4.0. The academic community is encouraged to be sensitive to technology, by increasing intellectual capacity through civilization, training, competition, and / or schools. The study aims to identify the readiness of Unesa in facing challenges of Industry Revolution 4.0. The implication of research is to enrich the education management research about linking strategy between higher education and industry demand. The result of research implies that Unesa has moderate readiness in facing the challenges of Industry Revolution 4.0 by deepening intellectual capacity in the IT field through the improvement of campus facilities and infrastructure, and procurement of new learning technologies. Networking is also becoming a useful strategy in linking HR with the IT world related to Industry 4.0. Such a strategic effort under the prevailing laws and regulations enable Unesa to advance in pioneering the development of industry 4.0 on campus, especially for creating qualified graduates.

This research aims to develop an integrated thematic learning model based on Banyuwangi local culture for the development of elementary school students' character. A developmental research by using the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation model is undertaken. The results of this research show that from the aspect of material feasibility, the result of 87% gives value 4 (Very Good) and 13% gives value 3 (Good). In terms of graphing eligibility, 89% of respondents rated 4 and 11% to give value 3. In terms of legibility verification, members rated 90% of the value 4 and 10% gave the value 3. In terms of media qualifications of 99% possible media according to the efficiency to be achieved. The results of the limited trial in elementary school, the feasibility of the teacher's faculty aspect assessed as much as 49% of value 4 and 51% giving value 3. The feasibility of the graphing, known as 61% gives the value of 4 and as much as 39% gives the value 3. Aspect feasibility readiness, 90 % gives value 4 and 10% gives value 3. Media qualification, known as 100% states fit according to content, passion, suitability of children, and conformity to the cultural arts of Banyuwangi. As a conclusion, that transfering the cultural moral value towards the student-oriented learning center, has established active and fun learning to make the students more motivated.

The background of this research is the lack of utilization of plastic waste in the school environment, therefore video media for learning plastic waste recycling is needed so that students are more creative and not bored during lessons. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data analysis was used to compare the results of the pretest and posttest on the KKM scores of students before and after the use of plastic waste recycling learning videos in two elementary schools. As well as data collection using questionnaires and interviews taken from 20 elementary school students. The results of this study indicate that the use of plastic waste recycling learning videos is effective in learning, it is proven that there is an increase in the pretest-posttest results after using the media the average value is 83. In conclusion, the plastic waste recycling learning video media is very effective in learning in elementary schools, and can increase the creativity of students in utilizing plastic waste recycling.

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian untuk menghasilkan produk video pembelajaran teknik vokal yang layak digunakan sehingga dapat menstimulasi kecerdasan musikal siswa. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan desain ADDIE. Model pengembangan produk disusun secara terprogram dengan urutan yang sistematis. Desain ADDIE memiliki lima tahapan, yakni: analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi Subjek penelitian siswa kelas XI SMA Maarif Nu Pandaan. Sampel penelitian 30 siswa. Instrument penelitian berupa lembar observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian; (1). Uji Ahli materi teknik vokal berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik, (2). Uji ahli desain grafis berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik, (3) uji ahli media video dan desain grafis berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik, (4). Uji coba penggunaan video teknik vokal pada kelas XI di SMA Maarif Nu Pandaan sangat baik. Disimpulkan bahwa video teknik vokal dapat menstimulasi kecerdasan musikal dengan rata-rata uji oba produk mencapai 90% kriteria sangat baik. Kata Kunci: Kecerdasan Musikal, Media Pembelajaran Teknik Vokal Abstract: The purpose of the research is to produce a learning video product about vocal techniques that are appropriate to use so that they can stimulate student musical intelligence. The type of research is development research with the ADDIE development model. The product development model is programmed in a systematic order. The ADDIE design has five stages, namely; analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Research subjects are XI students of SMA Maarif Nu Pandaan. The research sample is thirty students, the research instrument was in the form of an observation sheet. The data analysis technique uses mixed methods qualitative and quantitative. Research result: (1) expert tes of vocal technique material is in very good qualification, (2). The graphic design expert test is in very good qualification, (3) the video media and graphic design expert test is in very good qualification, (4) the trial of using vocal technique video in class XI at SMA Maarif Nu Pandaan was very good. It was concluded that vocal technique video can stimulate musical intelligence with by average of the trial product reached 90% very good criteria. This study aims to develop a teaching material for learning block notation. Based on the results of interviews with several music teachers at private elementary schools in Surabaya, researchers obtained data that there are always students who have difficulty understanding block notation in all private elementary schools that provide block notation material for class students. 1 SD. Therefore, the researcher wants to design a block notation learning material that is interesting and makes it easier for students to understand block notation. The learning design made by the researcher uses the ASSURE model design by paying attention to aspects of child cognitive psychology and color psychology. The results of the design are black block notation images, color block notation images along with hand movements and audio as a unitary block notation teaching material. The results of the design were then tested on grade 1 students at Sampoerna Academy Elementary School and the results showed that 90% of children were interested in the color block notation learning design and it was easier to understand the material.

Pancasila merupakan cita-cita bangsa dan sistem nilai yang dieksplorasi dari nilai-nilai luhur dan kearifan lokal Nusantara serta bagian dari pemikiran peradaban dari bangsa Indonesia. Tujuan dari kegiatan studi ini adalah merepresentasikan urgensi materi pelatihan dan ragam strategi menginternalisasi nilai-nilai pancasila melalui pembelajaran dan budaya sekolah bagi pendidik di Kabupaten Magetan. Jumlah partisipan dari kegiatan ini adalah pendidik di Kabupaten Magetan sejumlah 97 orang. Kegiatan pelatihan terdiri tiga tahap, yaitu: persiapan, pelaksanaan pelatihan, dan pendampingan. Instrumen penelitian bentuk angket yang isi menggunakan Google Form. Hasil respons partisipan pelatihan secara umum untuk tiap indikator urgesi materi PKM menujukkan preferensi positif dengan mayortitas skor berkategori sangat baik dan baik. Ragam strategi menginternalisasi nilai-nilai pancasila yang dominan disampaikan oleh partisipan melalui (1) budaya di sekolah; (2) implemetasi pembelajaran; (3) pembentukan karakter; (4) menjadikan diri sebagai teladan, (5) peran serta masyarakat; dan (6) kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Simpulan pelatihan internalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila di SMP melalui pembelajaran dan budaya sekolah dapat dikemukakan bahwa Internalisasi proses internalisasi merupakan hal sangat penting dalam konteks kehidupan yang diantaranya melalui budaya sekolah; pembelajaran, pembentukan karakter; keteladan, peran serta masyarakat; dan ekstrakurikuler. Rekomendasi diantaranya (1) Perlu dikembangkan lebih lanjut berkaitan dengan materi internalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila di SMP dan (perlu dilakukan pengembangan tentang metode yang digunakan dalam internalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila di SMP yang diintegrasikan ke dalam pembelajaran, budaya sekolah, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, peran serta masyarakat; berbasis dengan kearifan lokal sehingga dapat membumikan nilai-nilai Pancasila ke dalam kultur masyarakat setempat.

Kemajuan pendidikan era 4.0 menjadikan penggunaan teknologi sebagai sarana terpenting dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran terutama pada penggunaan bahan ajar ebook. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana proses pengembangan bahan ajar, mendeskripsikan kualitas pengembangan bahan ajar dan mendeskripsikan keefektifan bahan ajar ebook yang dikembangkan. Prosedur penelitian ini menggunakan Model ADDIE untuk menggambarkan pendekatan secara sistematis dalam pengembangan produk yang di kembangkan berupa bahan ajar ebook interaktif. Validitas ebook di ukur berdasarkan 3 komponen yakni berdasarkan ahli materi, ahli bahasa dan ahli kegrafikaan dengan hasil sangat layak. Kepraktisan ebook berdasarkan keterbacaan dan keefektifan ebook di ukur melalui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa respon peserta didik dan guru sebagai objek uji coba dengan hasil baik. Keefektifan berdasarkan respon dan reaksi siswa dalam proses pembelajaran minimal baik.
