Abstract

This research aimed to investigate the imperative sentences in Sumbawanese used by the participats in informal conversation based on the types, functions, and markers. This research was conducted in Empang Subdistric especially in Cempaka Putih Village with ten participants. In conducting this research, the researcher used qualitative and the data were taken through observation, video recorder, and note taking. This research found that  the types of imperative sentences in Sumbawanese are positive and negative imperative sentences. Positive imperative sentences divided into two such as positive imperative sentences with a noun as a direct address and positive imperative sentences without a noun as a direct address. While one is also divided into two, there are negative imperative sentences with a noun as a direct address and negative imperative sentence without a noun as a direct address. From all of the types of imperative sentences, the participants tend to use the positive imperative sentences with a noun as a direct address as their daily sentences in conversation. It also found that there are seven functions of imperative sentences in Sumbawanese such as imperative sentences as command, imperative sentences as request, imperative sentences as invitation, imperative sentences as suggestion, imperative sentences as advice, imperative sentences as prohibition, and imperative sentences as compulsion. However,  the participants tend to use the imperative sentences as command in their conversation.

The last, based on the seven markers all of imperative sentence, Sumbawa people all of them, but they dominantly used command markers of imperative sentences in their daily conversation.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kalimat-kalimat perintah dalam bahasa Sumbawa yang digunakan masyarakat dalam percakapan informal berdasarkan jenis, fungsi, dan penanda. Sebagai sample, penelitian ini melibatkan   sepuluh partisipan penutur asli bahasa Sumbawa. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan cara observasi, video rekaman, dan catatan lapangan. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa bentuk kalimat imperatif dalam bahasa Sumbawa terdiri dari kalimat imperatif positif dan negatif. Kalimat imperatif positif dibagi menjadi dua yaitu kalimat imperatif menggunakan kata benda untuk panggilan langsung dan kalimat imperatif tidak menggunakan kata benda untuk panggilan secara langsung. Hal ini sama halnya dengan ungkapan kalimat imperatif negatif. Dari sekian bentuk kalimat imperatif, orang sumbawa cenderung menggunakan kalimat imperatif positif menggunakan kata benda dengan panggilan secara langsung ketika berkomunikasi sehari-hari. Ditemukan juga bahwa ada tujuh fungsi kalimat imperatif dalam bahasa Sumbawa yaitu kalimat imperatif untuk umum, meminta, mengundang, saran, nasehat, larangan, dan mewajibkan. Akan tetapi orang sumbawa cenderung menggunakan kalimat imperatif umum ketika berkomunikasi. Dari aspek penanda kalimat imperatif, orang Sumbawa  menggunakan semua penanda tersebut, namun penanda perintah dalam kalimat imperatif adalah yang paling digunakan oleh masyarakat dalam percakapan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Poligami bawah tangan merupakan hal yang sangat kontroversial di Indonesia. Poligami bawah tangan sah menurut hukum Islam namun tidak tercatat di KUA sehingga tidak memiliki legal hukum. Hasil observasi awal peneliti terhadap kasus poligami ini yang terjadi di daerah transmigrasi yaitu di desa Prode II Kecamatan Plampang Kabupaten Sumbawa, Nusa Tenggara Barat adalah banyaknya anak yang tercatat sebagai anak Ibu. Tidak adanya buku nikah mengakibatkan akta kelahiran anak tidak bisa dibuat, padahal akta kelahiran menjadi salah satu syarat untuk mendapatkan pendidikan. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak poligami bawah tangan terhadap hak anak di daerah transmigrasi agar dapat memberikan solusi dalam menyelesaikan masalah pemenuhan hak anak sebagai warga Negara Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah dampak poligami terhadap hak anak di desa Prode II kecamatan Plampang Kabupaten Sumbawa Provinsi NTB. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pelaku poligami bawah tangan, istri dan anaknya. Metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Peneliti menekankan pada uji kredibilitas data atau kepercayaan terhadap hasil penelitian melalui beberapa tahap antara lain: memperpanjang pengamatan, meningkatkan ketekunan dalam penelitian, melaksanakan triangulasi sumber data maupun teknik pengumpulan data, melakukan diskusi dengan sejawat/orang yang berkompeten menyangkut persoalan yang sedang diteliti, serta mengadakan member check untuk memastikan kesesuaian data yang telah diberikan oleh pemberi data.Hasil penelitian dari data studi kasus di Desa Prode II terdapat 62 anak yang belum memiliki akta kelahiran karena belum memiliki persyaratan yang lengkap, seperti buku nikah, KTP dan KK. Pernikahan di bawah tangan memiliki akibat hukum yang sangat merugikan anak karena anak-anak tidak mendapatkan akta kelahiran dari Bapak yang berwenang. Oleh karena itu, untuk mendapatkan akta kelahiran diperlukan akta nikah dari orang tua. Selain itu juga, anak tidak dapat mewarisi harta Bapak karena tidak ada bukti autentik yang menyatakan mereka sebagai ahli warisnya dan juga tidak memperoleh hak-hak lainnya dalam pelaksanaan administrasi negara yang mesti harus dipenuhi sebagai identitas warga Negara Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the prospective science-teachers’ services satisfaction in private educational institution in Indonesia. Intended educational institution in this study is the Institute of Teacher Training and Education (IKIP) Mataram, Province of West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. This study is a survey research, where data is collected using a questionnaire containing the statement items of services satisfaction on the aspects of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibility. Questionnaires were given to prospective-teachers who were actively studying and felt the services provided by the institution. Respondents involved as many as 282 prospective science-teachers, each of respondents from three study programs namely biology education, physics education, and chemistry education. The results of measurements of prospective science-teachers’ services satisfaction in IKIP Mataram on the aspects of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibility in a row with very good responses of 17.59%, good responses of 60.64%, sufficient responses of 13.76%, and less responses of 8.01%. The recommendation in this study is that private education institutions need to continue to improve services in all aspects, especially the most dominant is the tangible aspect.
