Abstract

Productivity is the ability to produce labor in completing the specified number of workers and determines the success of project implementation. Determination of minimum production through worker productivity analysis needs to be considered because it is correlated with the time of completion of work and affects the amount of project implementation costs required. The purpose of this study was to determine the productivity of iron workers in the construction project of the Aysha Islamic Hospital - Perum Accropolis Karadenan Cibinong Bogor. The method used for measuring productivity is work sampling with a productivity assessment approach of 12 (twelve) floor plate iron workers. The productivity value of iron workers varies every day, on the second day the lowest productivity is 28.85 Kg/Hour-Person and 33.55 Kg/Hour-Person on the thirteenth day being the highest productivity value. The average productivity obtained is 31.02 Kg/Hour-Person with a Labor Utilization Rate (LUR) of 74.27% over a span of 7 hours for 14 days.

Abstract

The implementation of construction development is an activity that causes many elements of danger, so it has a risk of work accidents. Factors that cause work accidents, ranging from a lack of employee discipline in maintaining occupational health and safety. This identification aims to assess the risks in the Planning of the Horison Express Hotel Building Renovation Fatmawati Jakarta, using a questionnaire with a frequency value (F) and a severity value (A), the results of the identification of the IBPRP method there are work items with a moderate level of risk in the Lt. 1-4 the relative risk value is obtained with a value of 9 (medium), and the work with a high level of risk is in the Lt. Structural Work. 5-6 relative risk values obtained Value of 20 (High), the results of the identification there are 58 basic events that cause the basic risk of 26 items of work, obtained a presentation of the value of low risk level of: 50%, moderate risk level of: 46.5%, and high risk level of: 3.5%. For hazard identification methods other than using the IBPRP method, can use other hazard identification methods for research on the same theme.

Abstract

The development of Self-Healing Concrete technology is a solution to overcome anomalies in concrete structures such as Micro Crack and is a preventive measure to prevent concrete damage. This study analyzes the effectiveness of Self-Healing Concrete which has the ability to recover independently when Micro Crack occurs in exposed concrete. The ability to recover independently of micro cracks was analyzed using Laboratory-based Visual Research Methods (VRM). The results showed that the application of Bacillus Subtilis bacteria as a Healing Agent on exposed concrete was effectively used to overcome Micro Crack below 0.607 mm with self-recovery of 93.98% at the age of the test sample of 56 days. And the value of the ability to recover independently was strengthened by SEM-EDX data which showed the morphological structure of the development of mycobacterial spores that filled the Micro Crack cavity was Calcium Carbonate (Ca-K) compound.

Abstract

Strategi pemeliharaan yang tepat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kondisi saluran agar dapat mengairi lahan pertanian secara efisien. Saluran primer kanan di daerah irigasi Cikahuripan mengairi area pertanian seluas 354 ha dengan panjang saluran 3,6 km. Kerusakan di sepanjang saluran menyebabkan kondisi irigasi tidak optimal. Tujuan pada penelitian ini mengetahui jenis dan penyebab dan mengetahui bagaimana analisis kerusakan saluran irigasi sebagai dasar operasi dan pemeliharaan. Jenis Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode Survei yang dilakukan dilapangan di dasarkan pada Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Nomer 12/PRT/M/2015 Tentang eksploitasi dan pemeliharaan jaringan irigasi yang menjelaskan tentang Kondisi Kerusakan Jaringan Irigasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Saluran Irigasi Primer Kanan Cikahuripan mengalami 55% kerusakan ringan, 27% rusak sedang, dan 9% rusak berat. Sementara pada bangunan di saluran pembawa terbagi menjadi bangunan pengatur dan bangunan pelengkap, pada bangunan pengatur memiliki kondisi 56% rusak ringan  dan 25% rusak sedang, sedangkan pada bangunan pelengkap memiliki kondisi 57% rusak ringan, 9% rusak sedang, dan 4% rusak berat. Jenis kerusakan ringan disebabkan oleh plesteran/siaran terkelupas, retak, dan lubang <0.40 m, sedangkan kerusakan berat disebabkan oleh kondisi tanah (erosi buluh), tanggul putus/roboh dan pintu air. Adapun hasil analisis kerusakan pada saluran dan bangunan di saluran primer kanan menunjukkan adanya kerusakan dalam kondisi ringan sehingga berdasarkan persentase tingkat kerusakan termasuk dalam kelompok baik maka diperlukan pemeliharaan perawatan yaitu Operasi dan Pemeliharaan (OP) rutin, perawatan berkala bersifat perbaikan.
