Abstract

Perbaikan peran perilaku pada karyawan adalah satu cara untuk meningkatkan keuntungan pada perusahaan. Salah satu pengembang model peran perilaku (role behavior) adalah  Schuler. Variabel role behavior yang dikembangkan Schuler (1987) adalah karakteristik perilaku, fokus perencanaan, ketergantungan dan kerjasama, perhatian pada kualitas, perhatian pada kuantitas, tindakan terhadap resiko, perhatian/orientasi kerja, sikap terhadap tanggung jawab, fleksibilitas terhadap perubahan, toleransi pada keadaan. Pada saat ini harapan perusahaan adalah menerapkan strategi bersaing yang lebih fokus terhadap perbaikan inovasi (differentiation by innovation) proses kerja. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang mengacu kepada strategi differentiation by innovation, prioritas variabel yang harus diperbaiki dalam penelitian ini adalah karakteristik perilaku, fleksibilitas terhadap perubahan, dan toleransi pada keadaan karena memiliki hasil pemetaan sebesar 0%. Kata kunci: peran perilaku (role behavior), strategi bersaing Schuler, differentiation by innovation, karakteristik perilaku, fleksibilitas terhadap perubahan, toleransi pada keadaan.ABSTRACT One way to increase benefit for company is to improve role behavior of employments. One developers of role behavior model is Schuler (1987). Role behavior model whom develop by Schuler is behavioral characteristic, focus of planning, dependence and coorperation, focus on quality, focus on quantity, measure against risk, orientation of work, attitude of responsibility, flexibility of change, and tolerance of circumstances. The current expectations of the company is to apply competitive strategi which focus to differentiation by innovation strategi. In order to result by data analyze refers to differentiation by innovation strategi, improvement priorities that should do by company is behavioral characteristic, flexibility of change, and tolerance of circumstances because it have result 0% by mapping. Abstract

The present investigation seeks to probe the impact of compensation, the utilization of outpatient service limits, also utilization of inpatient service limits on employee job satisfaction at PT XYZ Karawang, concurrently yet discretely. The genesis of this inquiry originates from differences in policies related to health service limits and plans for facility changes, which are expected to affect employee job satisfaction. This research executed a quantitative approach, structured via an associative investigational blueprint, with a sample totaling 78 respondents selected purposively from a total of 352 permanent employees. Data were amassed via structured questionnaires and subjected to analysis employing multiple linear regression, t-statistics, F-statistics, and the determinacy coefficient. The analytical elucidate that remuneration, the exploitation of outpatient service thresholds, and the engagement with inpatient service thresholds exert an affirmative and inferentially consequential influence upon personnel vocational contentment when assessed in isolation. When evaluated concurrently, these triad variables likewise manifest a substantial influence, accounting for 25.4% of the variance, whereas the residual 74.6% is attributable to exogenous factors beyond the purview of the present research model. These results indicate that fair compensation and adequate health facilities are crucial factors in fostering job satisfaction. The utilitarian import of this inquiry implies that management should maintain and enhance compensation policies as well as targeted health facilities to improve employee performance and loyalty.
