Abstract

Abstrak: Big data merupakan salah satu kemajuan dibidang teknologi yang berkembang dan dibutuhkan saat ini, big data akan dapat menyimpan data yang besar dan saling terintegrasi antara data yang satu dengan yang lainya. Dengan big data kita dapat menggunakan data yang benar dan cepat dari manapun dengan aman dan nyaman. Kondisi pandemi Covid-19 yang memaksa harus melaksanakan pembelajaran secara daring. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan. Studi kepustakaan atau studi literatur sendiri merupakan suatu studi yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan informasi dan data dengan bantuan berbagai macam material yang ada pada perpustakaan seperti dokumen, buku, majalah, kisah-kisah sejarah dan lain sebaginya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui peran big data dan penerapannya dalam pembelajaran daring di Indonesia. Hasil dari penelitian ini dari hasil kajian dari beberapa sumber pada bahan pustaka maupun di media massa, penggunaan big data belum banyak digunakan dalam dunia pendidikan, sehingga para pemangku kebijakan dapat memberikan arahan kepada lembaga pendidikan untuk menerapkan big data dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh. Namun juga ada beberapa hal yang menjadi penghambat penerapan big data dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh diantaranya adalah kecepatan data diantara daerah di Indonesia tidak sama sehingga perlu akselerasi untuk penerapan big data di masing-masing daerah.Abstract: Big data is one of the advancements in the field of technology that is developing and needed today, big data will be able to store large data and integrated between data from each other. With big data we can use the correct and fast data from anywhere safely and conveniently. Covid-19 pandemic conditions that force must carry out online learning. The method used in this research is qualitative with the approach of literature studies. Literature study itself is a study used in collecting information and data with the help of various materials in the library such as documents, books, magazines, historical stories and others as such. The purpose of this research is to know the role of big data and its application in online learning in Indonesia. The results of this study from several sources in the library material and in the mass media, the use of big data has not been widely used in the world of education, so that policymakers can give direction to educational institutions to apply big data in distance learning. But there are also some things that inhibit the application of big data in distance learning, among others, the speed of data between regions in Indonesia is not the same so it needs acceleration for the application of big data in each region.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of educational competence and self-efficacy on teacher performance moderated by academic supervision of vocational school teachers in Bumijawa District, Tegal Regency. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were SMK teachers in Bumijawa District, Tegal Regency, with a total population of 113 people. All members of the people as respondents. Of the 113 questionnaires distributed, 108 were returned. Based on the F test, it was found that the model deserves to be analyzed further. The coefficient of determination test results describes the independent variable X1 to the dependent variable and X2 to the dependent variable. The hypothesis was tested using a t-test using Moderation Regression Analysis (MRA).
