Abstract

Pancasila as the national ideology is a political agreement as the FoundingFather of Indonesia state Funded. Pancasila as the state becomes the foundation for allareas, not least of Economic Policy. But international competition through globalization is achallenge for family economic containing the values of Pancasila to expand its sovereignty.The purpose of this study was to determine the Pancasila in the era ofglobalization and the implementation of Pancasila values in economic policy in Tegalregency views of the Medium Term Development Plan 2009-2014.This study uses descriptive analytical research on Pancasila was conducted inTegal regency by analyzing economic policy Tegal regency with the values of Pancasila,seen from the Medium Term Development Plan 2009-2014 Tegal regency.The existence of Pancasila values in Tegal regency very obvious when viewedfrom the vision and mission, as well as Medium Term Development Plan 2009-2014. But inthe translation program implementation vision and mission Tegal has not done optimally.Keywords: Pancasila values, Globalization, Economic Pancasila.

Abstract

Pesantren is one of the oldest Educational Institutions in Indonesia, and is a boarding school education that promotes moral and ethics which is the original attitude of the Indonesian people so that character education in boarding schools is very well maintained. Islamic boarding schools have a considerable role in efforts to educate the life of the nation which is the mandate of our constitution. The methodology in this study uses a mix method (qualitative and quantitative) focusing its attention on aspects of culture in Pesantren, the patterns of life of the santri and the behavior of santri. We focused on the location of this study in the Misbahul Huda Al-Amiriyah Kambangan Islamic Boarding School in Lebaksiu District, Tegal Regency.

Abstract

Arus perubahan telah lambat laun menantang bangsa Indonesia untuk mengakselerasikan diri pada kondisi kekinian. Perubahan yang menuntut adanya digitalisasi disegala lini kehidupan tentu bagi generasi milenial bukanlah hal yang sukar untuk diikuti. Namun dari sisi moralitas akankah hal ini menjadi dilematika baru bagi bangsa ini karena tidak terkontrol. Paper ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur, yang mana penulis mengkaji beberapa buku untuk dijadikan bahan analisis kajian. Hasil pembahasan mengingatkan bahwa bangsa ini membutuhkan solusi degradasi moral. Revitalisasi Pancasila dengan memberikan pengetahuan budaya kepada generasi muda akan memberikan dampak bagi keluhuran budaya generasi bangsa.

Abstract

The use of big data and artificial intelligence in decision making in Indonesia is still rarely implemented. But in the business world, big data and artificial intelligence are very commonplace to boost targets. This study discusses the use of big data and artificial intelligence in policy Making in Indonesia. The method used in this paper is qualitative research with a literature study approach. The result of this research is that the dynamics in the implementation of public services require appropriate and fast decision making, considering that this is a community demand. Therefore, public leaders need to disrupt themselves in public services so that these services can be served quickly. In conclusion, big data and artificial intelligence can help public leaders make decisions to deliver the best policies.

Abstract

Investment is one government affair that aims to increase economic development at the center and in the regions. The purpose of this research is to obtain a collaborative governance model on investment governance that focuses on investment actors in Special Economic Zones (SEZ). The research method used in this study is qualitative with a literature study approach through policy studies set by the central and regional governments. The result of this research is that the government can conduct collaborative Governance with investors and local governments to develop the regional economy through the theory of collaborative governance system context, drivers, and dynamics of collaborative Governance. In conclusion, the government can form stakeholders for regional economic development by cooperating with national and international private companies to carry out economic growth.

Abstract

Kolaborasi antara tata kelola pemerintah (management) dan teknologi akan membantu pemerintah untuk meningkatkan kualitas di bidang pelayanan publik. Elektronik Goverment merupakan penggunaan teknologi informasi yang dapat meningkatkan hubungan antara pemerintah dan pihak-pihak lain (masyarakat). Dengan pembentukan e-goverment diharapkan dapat meningkatkan transaksi pelayanan publik yang tidak dibatasi oleh sekat waktu dan lokasi, serta dengan biaya yang terjangkau oleh masyarakat. Dalam mengembangkan sistem manajemen dan memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, maka pemerintah harus segera melaksanakan proses transformasi menuju e-goverment.

Abstract

Abstrak: Big data merupakan salah satu kemajuan dibidang teknologi yang berkembang dan dibutuhkan saat ini, big data akan dapat menyimpan data yang besar dan saling terintegrasi antara data yang satu dengan yang lainya. Dengan big data kita dapat menggunakan data yang benar dan cepat dari manapun dengan aman dan nyaman. Kondisi pandemi Covid-19 yang memaksa harus melaksanakan pembelajaran secara daring. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan. Studi kepustakaan atau studi literatur sendiri merupakan suatu studi yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan informasi dan data dengan bantuan berbagai macam material yang ada pada perpustakaan seperti dokumen, buku, majalah, kisah-kisah sejarah dan lain sebaginya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui peran big data dan penerapannya dalam pembelajaran daring di Indonesia. Hasil dari penelitian ini dari hasil kajian dari beberapa sumber pada bahan pustaka maupun di media massa, penggunaan big data belum banyak digunakan dalam dunia pendidikan, sehingga para pemangku kebijakan dapat memberikan arahan kepada lembaga pendidikan untuk menerapkan big data dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh. Namun juga ada beberapa hal yang menjadi penghambat penerapan big data dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh diantaranya adalah kecepatan data diantara daerah di Indonesia tidak sama sehingga perlu akselerasi untuk penerapan big data di masing-masing daerah.Abstract: Big data is one of the advancements in the field of technology that is developing and needed today, big data will be able to store large data and integrated between data from each other. With big data we can use the correct and fast data from anywhere safely and conveniently. Covid-19 pandemic conditions that force must carry out online learning. The method used in this research is qualitative with the approach of literature studies. Literature study itself is a study used in collecting information and data with the help of various materials in the library such as documents, books, magazines, historical stories and others as such. The purpose of this research is to know the role of big data and its application in online learning in Indonesia. The results of this study from several sources in the library material and in the mass media, the use of big data has not been widely used in the world of education, so that policymakers can give direction to educational institutions to apply big data in distance learning. But there are also some things that inhibit the application of big data in distance learning, among others, the speed of data between regions in Indonesia is not the same so it needs acceleration for the application of big data in each region.

Abstract

The application of Sovereign Wealth Funds (SWFs) in monetary policy is a solution to the counter-globalist policies that have so far prevented developing countries from being able to move into developed countries. The State of Oman is an inspiration for the kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the policy of Sovereign Wealth Funds (SWFs) which change the direction of state policy on hospitality services for pilgrims Umroh and Hajj. The oman state also has been a country that focuses its main income on petroleum to calculate all its petroleum assets which are then sold in the form of Sovereign Wealth Funds (SWFs) to change the country's policy on tourism hospitality activities. This research will explain SWFs in terms of definition, history and concept, then we will see the application of SWFs in oman countries that have been going on since 2010. The implementation strategy of SWFs in Indonesia certainly requires courage from the Indonesian government because the presence of rare mineral content in this country is certainly very needed for high-tech materials in developed countries in the world. Indonesia is very likely to implement SWFs and can become developed countries with a model of applying SWFs on rare earth minerals owned by Indonesia, which are entirely in this country.

Abstract

Blue tourism is a tourism concept based on maritime but coupled with a sustainable governance model. This paper aims to examine the blue tourism literature using the method used to prepare a literature study. This literature study is used to develop the concept of blue tourism, especially in Indonesia. The governance model of Indonesian marine resources has not been carried out optimally, and many challenges are faced in optimizing the potential of coastal tourism in Indonesia. The concept of blue tourism can be used as a model for implementing coastal tourism in Indonesia. The arrangement of the blue tourism concept can start from the essential things, such as providing awareness to residents and travelers to maintain the marine ecosystem in tourist sites so that the resources in tourism locations experience a cycle of sustainability
