Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dijadikan referensi bagi seluruh ahli sejarah dan ahli filsafat dunia, dalam memahami filsafat sejarah Islam yang ditulis oleh Ibnu Khaldun. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan metode historis.Adapun yang digunakan, Heuristik, Kritik, Interpretasi, Histeorigrafi. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa peran Ibnu Khaldun dalam filsafat sejarah Islam sangat berpengaruh bagi semua bidang ilmu terutama ilmu sejarah dan ilmu filsafat. Konsep pemikirannya dilihat dari sudut pandang Islam yang mewakili etinitas dunia Timur layak kita kaji dan dalami secara komprehensif.Abstract: This research aims to be used as reference for all historians and philosophers of the world, in understanding the philosophy of Islamic history written by Ibn Khaldun. The method used in this research is a qualitatively descriptive method of research with a historical method approach. As for the use, heuristics, criticism, interpretation, hysteorigraphy. The results of research based on the discussion can be concluded that the role of Ibn Khaldun in Islamic history philosophy is very influential for all fields of science, especially historical science and philosophy. The concept of his thinking is seen from an Islamic point of view that represents the etinity of the eastern world worthy of us to examine and inhabit comprehensively.
