Abstract

Abstrak: Infrastruktur air bersih adalah komponen pendukung pariwisata yang penting. Permukiman Desa Wisata Bukit Surowiti memiliki kendala dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan air bersih sebagai salah satu wisata di Kabupaten Gresik. Identifikasi faktor-faktor pengembangan penyediaan air bersih di kawasan wisata ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan konsep pengembangan penyediaan air bersih. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik analisa triangulasi yang sebelumnya dilakukan analisa theoritical descriptive dan tervalidasi dengan delphi. Hasil penelitian adalah mengembangkan penyediaan tempat-tempat penampungan air bersih secara alami maupun buatan yang memperhatikan unsur estetika dan didukung oleh partisipasi masyarakat dan swasta dalam pendistribusian air bersih khususnya air PDAM.Kata Kunci : Desa Bukit Surowiti, Infrastruktur Air Bersih, Permukiman Kawasan WisataAbstrak: Clean water infrastructure is important tourism support component. The settlement of Bukit Surowiti Tourism Village has problems in fulfilling the need for clean water as one of the tours in Gresik Regency. The identification of the development factors of clean water supply in the tourist area aims to formulate the concept of developing clean water supply. This type of research is qualitative descriptive with triangulation analysis techniques wich previously carried out theoritical descriptive analysis and validated with Delphi. The result of this research is to develop the provision of natural and artificial water storage places that pay attention to aesthetic elements and are supported by public and private participation in distribution of clean water, especially PDAM water.Key Words : Bukit Surowiti Village, Clean Water Infrastructure, Tourist area settlements

Abstract

Changes in land use have resulted in decreasing green open space as part of green infrastructure. Identification of areas that have potential to develop green open space as rain water absorbers aims to reduce flooding/puddle in Rungkut Distric. The type of research used is quantitative, with overlay analysis techniques. Based on the results of the overlay analysis, there are some areas had the highest weight for developing rainwater absorbent green open space, namely Tulus Harapan Housing (11,7%) and Rungkut Harapan Housing (11,7%). The results of this research were the Kalirungkut Subdistrict as the smallest administrative area that would facilitate goverment policy making related to the development of rainwater absorbing green open space.

Abstract

Gresik Regency is an industrial area which is also one of the famous tourist destinations in East Java with a variety of tourism potentials, namely natural tourism, cultural tourism and religious tourism. Religious tourism is spread across several regions in Gresik and is developed to increase regional income. These religious tourism objects include guardian tourism and some Islamic religious tourism. Tourism Sunan Giri and Maulana Malik Ibrahim are two religious tourism objects that are visited by many tourists and become an icon of Gresik City as the Tourism City of Wali. Surowiti Hill Tourism is one of the attractions in Gresik which consists of religious tourism objects consisting of Islamic tombs and religious leaders, and cave-shaped nature tourism. However, in its development, Bukit Surowiti Tourism, which is in contact with Bukit Jamur Tourism and Dalegan Beach Tourism, has not been optimally managed and promoted. This study aims to determine the potential of Surowiti Hill Tourism and then formulate a strategy for developing religious tourism.This research uses exploratory research methods with SWOT analysis techniques. Explorative research is carried out by searching and gathering information to formulate a hypothesis. Research factors and factors that are related to other factors are natural potential and ancestral heritage are Islamic leaders and tombs, as well as the emergence of well-known religious tourism such as Wali Sunan Giri and Maulana Malik Ibrahim Tourism, nature tourism such as Bukit Jamur Tourism and Dalegan Beach Tourism in Gresik , factors of weakness from weather demands, water supply and inadequate accessibility, and safety factors, the lack of community and government support, as well as the increasing industrial development in Gresik. Furthermore, the factors that are expected to be a reference and contribution to local governments in formulating strategies for developing religious tourism in Surowiti Hill.
