Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Insentif,promosi,dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Maros baik secara parsial maupun simultan serta mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor mana yang lebih berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari sampai April 2012 dengan objek penelitian pegawai Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Maros. Metode análisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sensus dimana populasi 62 orang dijadikan responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah secara deskriptif dan analisis Regresi Berganda melalui program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor insentif, promosi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Maros dan insentif merupakan faktor yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Maros. Rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan yaitu kepada pihak yang mempunyai kewenangan agar dapat memberikan perhatian penuh terhadap insentif pegawai agar berkinerja tinggi, karena hal tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Maros Kata Kunci: Insentif, Promosi, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Abstract This Research aims to : To know and analyse the factors influencing officer performance [of] [at] On Duty Agriculture of Regency Maros. Method used in this research [is] census method [of] where population 62 people made [by] a responder. Analyse the data used [by] [is] descriptively and analyse the Doubled Regresi [through/ passing] program SPSS. Result of research indicate that the incentive factor, promotion and environment work to have an effect on by together to officer performance On Duty Agriculture of Regency of Maros and incentive represent the dominant factor have an effect on to officer performance On Duty Agriculture of Regency Maros. Recommendation which can be given [by] that is to party having kewenangan [of] [so that/ to be] can give the full (of) attention to officer incentive [of] [so that/ to be] have high performance [to], because [the] mentioned have an effect on the signifikan to officer performance On Duty Agriculture of Regency Maros Keywords: Incentive, Promotion, Environment Work, Performance.

Abstract

The development of technological advances today is growing very rapidly. Currently, in various fields, an application system is needed which makes it a must for every agency, both government and private, in data management that utilizes information as the basis for technology-based administration. The most important role in providing clinical services administratively with the use of information systems must be owned by the hospital. At this time the management of information in hospitals has been implemented with the use of an electronic-based information system (SIMRS), every hospital requires a management information system (SIM) in improving the quality of medical services carried out. In an integrated hospital environment information system (SIMRS) whose design can be used for all hospital activities into one integrated system so that it can be stored in a central database. The application of the use of applications that are stored in an existing case, data, and problems so that they can be turned into something new without losing the basic values of the data, problems, and work itself.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku konsumtif terhadap daya beli menjelang lebaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menganalisis data  pada responden umur 21 tahun sebanyak 34 orang dan umur 22 tahun sebanyak 37 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dengan uji validitas dan uji statistik. Variabel yang digunakan yaitu perilaku adaptif konsumtif dan impulsif. Hasil yang didapatkan yaitu Perilaku Adaptif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap daya beli. Semakin tinggi perilaku adaptif, maka daya beli konsumen akan semakin meningkat. Perilaku Kompulsif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap daya beli. Semakin tinggi perilaku kompulsif, maka daya beli konsumen akan semakin meningkat. Perilaku Impulsif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap daya beli. Semakin tinggi perilaku impulsif, maka daya beli konsumen semakin meningkat. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa menjelang lebaran perilaku konsumtif konsumen meningkat karena adanya faktor kebutuhan, dan keinginan membeli yang semakin tinggi karena banyaknya permintaan konsumen. Kata kunci: Konsumtif; Daya Beli
