Abstract

Penerapan prinsip kehati-hatian dalam pemberian kredit merupakan hal yang paling pentingkarena bank merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam menggerakan roda perekonomianIndonesia. Bunga dalam pemberian kredit merupakan pendapatan yang paling besar, sehinggadengan meningkatnya pemberian kredit, maka roda perekonomian Indonesia akan terus melajuke arah yang lebih positif hingga terciptanya kesejahteraan masyarakat sebagaimana yangtercantum dalam alinea keempat Pembukaan UUD NRI 1945. Salah dalam memberikan kredit,maka akan berdampak pada kesejahteraan masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, bank harus selaluwaspada dan berhati-hati dalam pemberian kredit dengan menerapkan prinsip 4P dan 5C,namun pada prakteknya masih banyak bank yang belum menerapkan prinsip kehati-hatiansecara baik seperti yang terjadi pada Bank BRI di Semarang. Hal tersebut terjadi karena pihakbank tidak melakukan pengecekkan terhadap objek jaminan yang dijaminkan.

Abstract

Rights in human rights have a position or prime and first degree in community life Article 28I Paragraph 2 of the 1945 Constitution provides that everyone is free from discriminatory treatment. However, discriminatory treatment still occurs misses in the case of Dwi Aryani Vs Etihad Airways which is derived by the airline on the grounds that he is a person with disabilities who are in wheelchairs and no counselors. How the implementation of legal protection by airlines on equal rights for groups of persons with disabilities in aviation transport The author examines this issue using legal research methods for academic purposes. The research data shows that the airport does not yet have complete facilities for groups of persons with disabilities, the absence of technical regulations / implementers that further regulate the Law No. 8 of 2016, lack of socialization and education to the public, airport service providers, airlines, and field officers. This is why the protection of groups with disabilities is less effective. Governments should issue technical / implementing regulations related to the Disability Law, and conduct socialization and education to the public, airport facility providers, airlines and field workers.

Abstract

Optimizing Food Security Maintenance: Utilizing Natural Resources at the Local Level, Illustrated by the Cireundeu Indigenous Village's Commitment to Local Wisdom in Safeguarding Food Security. As an indigenous community, the Cireundeu people employ specific communication methods to preserve and uphold their food security principles, making them a focal point for ecotourism. This research aims to understand how the Cireundeu indigenous community comprehends and implements the concept of food security. Additionally, it investigates how this concept is communicated to the younger generation to ensure sustainability and serve as an attraction for ecotourism. The research design employs a qualitative approach and ethnographic methods, with data collection techniques including observation and semi-structured interviews. The findings describe four food security concepts within the Cireundeu Indigenous Village and outline four communication strategies employed to sustain these principles and attract ecotourism. In conclusion, the research reveals that through food security concepts and communication traditions, the Cireundeu indigenous community is dedicated to ensuring adequate access to food security for all members and promoting ecotourism appeal.
