Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Telkom Property Area IV Makassar. Pengumpulan data melalui survei, wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi dari sumber data primer serta sekunder. Populasi berjumlah 50 karyawan dengan metode analisis deskriptif, uji validitas dan reabilitas serta analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa motivasi dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Telkom Property Area IV Makassar. Variabel motivasi yang mempunyai pengaruh paling dominan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Telkom Property Area IV Makassar. Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Kompetensi, Produktivitas Kerja Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and competence on employee performance at PT. Telkom Property Area IV Makassar. Data Collection through surveys, interviews, questionnaire and documentation from primary and secondary sources. The population is 50 employees with descriptive analysis method, validity and reliability test and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that motivation and competence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Telkom Property Area IV Makassar. The motivation variable that has the most dominant influence in improving employee performance at PT. Telkom Property Area IV Makassar. Keywords: Motivation, Competence, Work Productivity.
