Abstract

Pengembangan kinerja karyawan di suatu perusahaan sangat penting. Salah satu metode pengembangan karyawan dapat dilakukan dengan memberikan kelas-kelas training yang diberikan oleh Human Resource (HR). Selain kelas trainig, terdapat kelas mentoring dan assignment yang juga merupakan aspek penilaian terhadap pengembangan karyawan. Pengembangan karyawan yang ada di PT Chevron Pacific Indonesia masih manual menggunakan spreadsheet, sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk menyelesaikan report.Oleh karena itu, untuk mempermudah kerja HR dibangun sebuah aplikasi pengembangan sumber daya menggunakan teknologi java. Aplikasi itu bernama People Development. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan dengan empat bagian yaitu model, control, view berupa aplikasi web, dan view pada aplikasi  mobile. Pada proyek akhir ini difokuskan pada level view berupa aplikasi web. Aplikasi ini  dibangun dengan menggunakan teknologi java yang dikembangkan menggunakan spring framework dan Bussiness Intelligence Reporting Tool (BIRT). BIRT adalah tool yang digunakan untuk memvisualisasikan data dan laporan. Pada sistem ini BIRT menghasilkan graduation report, statistic report, progress report, scorecard, dan people matric. Dengan adanya sistem ini memudahkan HR dalam pengolahan data dan  memperoleh  informasi.

Abstract

Lybrary information system whose data began to be organized from 2013 to the present, has recorded 5,477,618 library collections consisting of books, magazines, journals, CDs and so on. While the number of lending transactions continues to grow each year, although the development is not yet significant, it is recorded at around 3% every day. To help the process of analyzing library data patterns, a web-based system has been created using OLAP (Online Analytical Process) technology, with multidimensional data-based data modeling. To prove the simplicity of multidimensional data-based design, access time and join efficiency, in this study the selected data modeling is a star schema. The test results show that the star schema performance in library data is influenced by the amount of data, the cleaning process and the number of joins.

Abstract

Technology that is rapidly developing in the IT field is an important and complementary component in processing data and information in an organization. There are many risks that may occur that will threaten the organization.  Therefore, it is necessary to carry out risk management against threats to information system security and risk assessment. There are many methods that can be used in managing and assessing risk. One of them is the FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) method. In this study, taking a case study at RSIA Eria Bunda. As an industry engaged in the health sector, RSIA Eria Bunda needs to maintain the confidentiality of information regarding patient data, doctors, medicines, and other staff from threats that may pose risks that can harm the industry. Where the research objective is to find out how the level of risk that occurs in the information system and provide mitigation solutions to RSIA Eria Bunda. There are ten stages in risk identification and assessment using the FMEA method. So from the results of this study there is one activity with a high category, 6 activities in the medium category and nineteen activities with a low category

Abstract

Pandemi COVID19 telah mengubah gaya hidup semua orang. Untuk menekan penyebaran dilakukan lockdown atau ppkm yang berpengaruh terhadap aktivitas masyarakat, salah satu sektor yang terkena dampak adalah dunia Pendidikan. Aktivitas belajar mengajar dilakukan secara daring (online) dengan bantuan E-Learning. Salah satunya ada SMAIT Al-Fityan School Medan melakukan proses belajar mengajar menggunakan e-learning. Untuk mengetahui kualitas dari penggunaan perangkat lunak dapat menggunakan salah satu metode adalah SUMI, yang mengukur kualitas penggunaan perangkat lunak berdasarkan perasaan pengguna saat menggunakan perangkat lunak. Dari hasi pengujian didapatkan bahwa sangat efisien dan dapat membantu proses belajar mengajar antar guru dan siswa. Hal ini diperoleh dari nilai skala efficiency dan helpfulness.

Abstract

The thought process needed to formulate problems and solutions so that these solutions can become effective information processing agents in solving problems is called computational thinking (CT). The process of implementing learning using the CT approach is related to those provided by Google for Education, namely abstraction, algorithm design, decomposition, and pattern recognition. CT is a term that refers to the main ideas and concepts in the fields of informatics and computer science, so the proposed Community Service (PkM) activity this time will introduce looping and branching materials. Learning is taught and presented in a fun way, and then activities are carried out that discuss the problems that exist around the students of SMAN 5 Pekanbaru. It is hoped that by injecting the CT concept it can foster students' creativity, foster a culture of information, algorithms, and computational thinking, and involve students in utilizing information technology, computers, and applications from an early age

Abstract

Alzheimer's disease is characterized by dimentia diseases that usually begin with a decrease in memory. The number of people in around the world with dimentia diseases is estimated to reach 47.5 million and is increased to quadruple by 2050. The risk factors that make someone exposed Alzheimer's disease are aging, alcohol consumption, anterosclerosis, diabetes mellitus, down syndrome, genetics, hypertension, depression, and smoking. Aging is the biggest risk factor for Alzheimer's disease. People with age 65 years and over have a higher risk. Therefore, it is important to early detect Alzheimer's disease in order to start planning adequate care and medical needs. This study aims to create a web-based system for early detection of Alzheimer's disease in the elderly using support vector machine classification. Detection of Alzheimer's disease using the metric Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) and Clinical Dementia Rating (CDR) obtained through questionnaires to find out about cognitive function, thinking ability and ability to perform daily tasks. Classification is carried out using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm. Alzheimer's classification testing uses a confusion matrix with an accuracy value of 85%. For system testing carried out User Acceptance Test with general practitioner, the results were obtained that all the features and functions of the system had run as expected.

Abstract

Viera Souvenirs is one of the largest gift shops in the city of Pekanbaru which has been establishedsince 2015. This shop provides various types of food, wet cakes, snacks and drinks typical of the city ofPekanbaru. Many people who have shopped at Viera Souvenirs have experienced difficulties when shopping,such as not getting information about product prices and what products are recommended, incomplete allproduct lists on the online ojek application and admin responses that are not quick to respond. In order tomaintain and increase sales turnover, a recommendation system is built to help customers find out informationabout what products and products are often sought after and maintain customer comfort in shopping. A priorialgorithms are implemented on sales transaction data that will produce rules that produce information aboutselected products that are recommendations. On feature testing using blacbox gives the result that all featuresare working properly. In the lift ratio test, the results were obtained, there were 88 rules that had an lift ratio >1. From the results of the questionnaire given to 20 respondents, it can be concluded that this system hassucceeded in helping consumers to determine which products they want to buy.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi tidak bisa kita hindari sehingga segala sektor usaha sudah memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk memudahkan dan mempercepat proses bisnis yang berjalan. Salah satunya adalah Pertamina DPPU SSK II Pekanbaru yang melakukan inovasi terhadap proses monitoring gain and lossess bridger dengan menggantikan proses manual menjadi proses yang menggunakan website. Pembangunan website menggunakan metode waterfall yang memiliki lima tahapan yang harus diselesaikan pertahap. Adapun tahapan dari waterfall adalah requirements, desain, coding, implementation, deployment, dan maintenance. Dengan adanya website yang ini sangat membantu pihak dari Pertamina DPPU SSK II Pekanbaru dalam membantu pihak pertamina DPPU SSK II efektif dan efisien dikarenakan kemudahan dalam mengakses website tersebut. Kata kunci: Pertamina, Waterfall, Website.
