Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Pengadilan Agama Barru dan mengetahui variabel yang dominan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Pengadilan Agama Barru.    Data yang digunakan adalah primer dan data sekunder. Populasi peneitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada Pengadilan Agama Barru yang berjumlah 38 orang, karena jumlah populasi kecil maka penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus yaitu seluruh populasi dijadikan responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis statistic deskriptif , dan regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan Program SPSS Versi 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial variabel motivasi, kemampuan , dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pada Pengadilan Agama Barru. Dari ketiga variabel bebas tersebut yang paling berpengaruh dominan adalah variable kemampuan.Kata kunci : Motivasi , kemampuan , lingkungan kerja dan kinerja pegawai.                                       AbstractThe purpose of this study are to : 1) to analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance Barru Religious Courts; and 2) Knowing the dominant variable influence on the performance on employes at Barru Religious Courts.  The data used are primary data and secondary data. The study population was all employees of the Religious Courts Barru totaling 38 people, because the population is small, this study used census method reponden entire population. Data collected through questionnaires, and documentation. Methods of data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis, and multiple linear regression using SPSS version 22. The result showed that either simultaneously or in partial, motivation, ability, and work environment positive and significant impact on the performance of the Religious Courts Barru. Of the three independent variables were the dominant effect is variable ability. Keywords :  Motivation , ability, work environment, and employee performance.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research with the aim of determining the impact of human resource development on employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Pangkajene and Kepulauan Regency. The variables used are human resource development and employee performance using a data collection method by distributing questionnaires to 86 employees who were used as research samples. The collection technique used saturated sampling. The data analysis methods used in this study were validity tests, reliability tests, simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient tests, determination coefficient tests, and t-tests. The results of this study indicate that human resource development and employee performance have a significant impact on employee performance. The Population and Civil Registration Office of Pangkajene and Kepulauan Regency is expected to improve employee performance based on the results of research that has been conducted showing that the indicator "My coworkers can prioritize their tasks" shows the lowest value of the other indicator statements. Therefore, it is recommended that the Population and Civil Registration Office of Pangkajene and Kepulauan Regency ensure that each individual is able to understand the priority scale of work that must be completed. In addition, time management training should be implemented to create a more productive work environment.
