Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian adalah mengetahui cara perhitungan dan penetapan PBB di Kantor Pelayanan PBB Bogor serta kendala apa saja yang dihadapi dalam penetapan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan. Dalam menetapkan Pajak Bumi dan Banguna di dasarkan pada Surat Pemberitahuan Objek Pajak Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (SPOP PBB) yang di isi oleh wajib pajak. Rumus untuk menghitung Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan yang terutang adalah 0,5% x ( NJKP ) x ( NJOP – NJOPTKP) Nilai Jual Objek Pajak Tidak Kena Pajak ditetapkan dengan mempertimbangkan perkembangan ekonomi dan moneter serta perkembangan umum objek pajak setiap tahunnya. Untuk wilayah Bogor NJOPTKP tahun 2004 adalah sebesar Rp 5.000.000,00 Keywords: Penetapan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB).

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keselamatan kerja dalam menekan angka kecelakaan guna meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan. Dari hasil analisis dan perhitungan diperoleh hasil bahwa kecelakaan kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang negatif terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, dikarenakan dari perhitungan korelasi menunjukkan r = -0,96 atau 96% dan setelah dicocokkan ke dalam tabel interpretasi r nilai korelasi tersebut masuk kedalam golongan sangat kuat. Dengan adanya program keselamatan kerja, angka kecelakaan kerja yang terjadi pada perusahaan dapat ditekan, dan produksi meningkat. Dengan meningkatnya produksi, ini menunjukkan bahwa produktifitas kerja karyawan yang semakin tinggi atau meningkat. Keywords: Produktivitas Kerja; Keselamatan Kerja

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to evaluate income and burden acknowledgement at construction service company carrying out contraction work contract with Pemerinyah Kabupaten Bogor – Dinas Cipta Karya as work giver. The evaluation is done to find out how income and burden acknowledgement by the company in correlation with loss and profit reporting of the company will be. The result of the research shows that PT Tunas Mekar Eka Harpedi has given positive grade concerning income and burden acknowledgement. The accuracy of income and cost value presented at loss profit report is in accordance with work contract value that was carried out by the company. Whereas the evaliation result done by researcher at PT Tunas Mekar Eka Harpedi shows that the income of contruction service company is in the shape of project income. That income has been acknowledged by the company by accural basis method and settlement percentage method. It’s toward burden acknowledgement as well. Accounting policy which has been estableshed to loss and profit report by PT Tunas Mekar Eka Harpedi is in accordance with PSAK No. 1 about Finance Reporting and matches accounting exper’s opinion quoted at chapter II. Accurate comparison between income and burden can fulfil quantitative characteristic of finance reporting and it has influence towards loss and profit reporting. Abstract

Background: Schools often brand themselves on websites as a means of virtual communication, but rarely brand their graduates there. When both the school and its graduates have been branded, the strategies often implemented are not in accordance with existing theory. The focus of this research is: (i) Have Vocational Schools provided branding to their graduates; (ii) What kind of branding has been carried out by SMK; (iii) What is the average percentage of branding carried out by schools in fulfilling the 5 USP domainsMethod: The research method used is quantitative, with the number of VHSs studied as many as 5 schools selected from 4 cities in the province of Yogyakarta Special Region which holds the title of VHS center of excellence. The instrument used is in the form of 5 USP domains and uses a Guttman measurement scaleResult: The results showed: (i) All schools have conducted branding of their graduates.; (ii) Branding carried out by the majority of VHSs is in the form of standard branding by explaining the competencies possessed by their graduates very briefly and less comprehensively; (iii) Of the 5 VHSs studied, the average school obtained 55.54%, which indicates that the branding carried out by VHSs so far is still not optimal and needs to be improvedConclusion: This research has an impact on vocational school managers to design branding that best suits the characteristics of their school. The branding displayed on the school website must be original, attractive, and convincing to the graduate user industry

Abstract

A crisis can happen to a company that can potentially damage its reputation. But if the crisis can be handled properly, the crisis will not be detrimental to the company. In this study, the author discusses the Daop 2 Bandung Public Relations Crisis Communication Strategy in the case study of the Turangga – CL Bandung Raya Train Accident using a qualitative method with descriptive presentation, while the analysis obtained through interviews with one informant, observation and documentation data. The purpose of this study is to find out the crisis communication steps and efforts taken by Daop 2 Bandung Public Relations in dealing with crisis situations caused by train accidents. The results of the study show that KAI Public Relations has made several efforts to maintain the company's image, namely: First, PT KAI's pre-crisis applies the principle of zero accident by improving employee competence and discipline as well as maintaining facilities and infrastructure. Second, the crisis of PT KAI collaborates with stakeholders, provides solutions, is quick to respond in serving the media by preparing accurate data and fact information. Third, post-crisis improves the image by compensating employees and accident victims and conducting evaluations to improve railway safety and security in the future.
