Abstract

Bodycam technology is used by the leadership of the Korlantas Polri to supervise members of the highway patrol (PJR) by installing a high-tech portable camera on the member's body which functions to record all activities while on duty. The implementation of this supervision needs to be evaluated with the aim of knowing the effectiveness and improving the program components. One of the evaluation models used is CIPP (Context, Indut, Process, Product), with the aim of research to increase supervision and optimize technology as a means of controlling leaders over members without having to be on site. By building a theory of program evaluation, supervision, human resource management as an analytical knife that is strengthened by the concept of traffic and bodycams. This study used a qualitative approach and field research research methods. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and document studies, as well as qualitative data analysis techniques. Sources of informants were the Head of Sub Directorate and PJR Korlantas Polri, Head of IT Korlantas Polri, Kasie PJR Korlantas Polri, Kaurmin PJR, Head of Main PJR, Main Personnel of PJR and Command Center Personnel. The results of the research show that in context evaluation, there is no legal basis governing program implementation. Evaluation of inputs, it is necessary to increase the knowledge and skills of members, program facilities and infrastructure and effective and efficient use of the budget. Process evaluation, SOP and program implementation schedule have not been formulated. Product evaluation has been achieved but not optimal. In conclusion, each CIPP component has been running quite well, but it is necessary to increase the quality and quantity of each aspect so that the program objectives are achieved. Keywords: program evaluation, CIPP, supervision

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan pada PT Aneka Jaya Jakarta. Kinerja karyawan yang efektif menjadi faktor penting dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi dan meningkatkan produktivitas kerja, kafena kinerja yang baik akan berdampak positif bagi perusahaan. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan regresi yang merupakan bagian dari regresi berganda. Jumlah kuesioner yang diserbar dan diolah berjumlah 62 kuesioner. Tahapan penelitian dilakukan dengan cara observasi lapangan, wawancara dengan manajer SDM. Penyusunan dan pengisian kuesioner yang kemudian data-data tersebut diolah dengan manggunakan regresi berganda melalui aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, termasuk kompetensi karyawan, motivasi kerja, dan kepemimpinan. Variabel motivasi pegawai merupakan variabel yang paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan karena koefisien regresinya paling besar dibandingkan dengan variabel yang lain yaitu sebesar 3,319 atau 33,19 Dapat disimpulkan motivasi yang tinggi cenderung memiliki kinerja yang lebih baik. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan berharga bagi organisasi dalam mengembangkan strategi dan kebijakan yang lebih baik dalam mengelola sumber daya manusia, meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, dan mencapai tujuan organisasi secara efektif. Abstract

E-learning method is a learning process that utilizes sophisticated technology where learning activities are carried out online. online learning is equipped with various tools that can be used in learning activities or training for training institutions, such as communication and interaction activities, conducting question and answer sessions, and asking questions to trainers or vice versa. The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of the e-learning method as a training medium on the competence of participants from various groups. the research method uses a descriptive quantitative method, with sampling using saturated sampling (census), where the population is used as a research sample. to obtain data using a likert scale by distributing questionnaires to all participants who have participated in training with the e-learning system. the data that has been collected is then processed with the spss 25 application, using simple linear regression. for data analysis with validity and reliability tests, and classical assumption tests, normality tests, linearity tests and heteroscedasticity. based on the results of the research data processing, it can be concluded that the training system with the e-learning method has an effect on increasing the competence of training participants by 0.460 or 46%.
