Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui kinerja guru setelah memperoleh tunjangan profesional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif-komparatif. Sampel adalah guru-guru madrasah dan Pendidikan Agama Islam di Palembang dan Banyuasin. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumen, dan kemudian dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan dalam kinerja guru setelah menerima tunjangan professional (1) dalam aspek rencana pembelajaran, pelaksanaan, dan asesmen; (2) antara mereka yang tinggal di daerah pedesaan dan di daerah perkotaan; dan (3) antara mereka yang lulus melalui portofolio dan melalui PLPG.Kata Kunci: kinerja guru, program sertifikasi guruISLAMIC SCHOOL AND ISLAM RELIGION TEACHERS’ PERFORMANCE AFTER THE CERTIFICATION PROGRAM IN SOUTH SUMATERAAbstract: This research aimed at figuring out the teachers’ performance after they received their professional benefit. This research applied the descriptive-comparative method. The sample was Islamic school and Islam Religion teachers in Palembang and Banyuasin. The data were collected using questionnaires, interview, and documentation, and then analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The findings showed that there was no difference in the teachers’ performance after they received their professsional benefit (1) in the aspects of lesson planning, implementation, and assessment; (2) between those living in urban and rural areas; and (3) between those who pass the certification program through portfolio and professional training.Keywords: teacher’s performance, teacher certification program

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pola asuh yang diterapkan orang tua dan religiusitas remaja pada suku melayu Palembang, serta menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif dan kausal korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa SMA Negeri di Kota Palembang dengan 1.037 sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan skala psikologi, sedangkan teknik analisis data dilakukan secara kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar orang tua (51,8%) suku melayu Palembang menerapkan pola asuh yang cenderung otoriter. Faktor jenis kelamin anak, usia orang tua, tingkat pendidikan orang tua, status sosial ekonomi, dan latar belakang budaya, tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pola asuh. Sebagian besar remaja (53%) suku melayu Palembang memiliki religiusitas yang rendah. Faktor jenis kelamin dan pola asuh orang tua mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap religiusitas remaja, namun faktor usia orang tua, tingkat pendidikan orang tua, status sosial ekonomi, dan latar belakang budaya, tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan. Sedangkan faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap religiusitas remaja adalah pola asuh orang tua.

Abstract

Asy Syifa's taklim assembly functions as an educational institution that provides basic religious teaching for its worshipers and the implementation is not much different from the learning process that takes place in schools / madrasas or in the Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPA). In the process of its implementation, this taklim assembly is strongly influenced by the socio-cultural and economic conditions of the congregation and its clerics. This can be seen from the selection of subject matter, learning process, and management. The subject matter chosen is the main material of Islamic teachings at the basic level. The learning process is dominated by teachers as a single learning resource. The management applied is a single management pattern, where the leader also serves as a secretary and treasurer of the taklim assembly.

Abstract

This aarticle is motivated by how the role of administration in improving the quality of administrative services at MTS Nurul Fajri Tambangan Kelekar Village, the role of administration in improving administrative services there are 3 main points, namely: 1) Serving the implementation of operative work to achieve the goals of an organization 2) Providing information -information for the superiors of the leadership of the Organization so that they can make decisions or take appropriate actions 3) Assisting the smooth development of the organization as a whole. As for administrative services, namely an effort provided by the school to students to be more optimal and all joint efforts to utilize resources, both personal and material, effectively and efficiently in order to optimally support the achievement of goals. This study aims to determine the role of administration in improving the quality of administrative services at MTS Nurul Fajri. This type of research is qualitative research using descriptive methods. In this study, this study used several data collection techniques, including interview techniques, observation techniques and documentation studies. The results of the study show that the role of administration in improving the quality of administrative services at MTS Nurul Fajri that administrative staff plays an active role in improving the quality of administrative services at MTS Nurul Fajri Tambangan Kelekar Village, but because there are still many things that need to be learned so that developments in its administrative services developed gradually.
