Abstract

To achieve the objectives of the Internal Quality Assurance System, the Quality Standard document must be socialized to each work unit, and the existence of information technology will greatly assist in the distribution and socialization of these documents. This study aims to design and build a data model for storage and management of SPMI documents, especially Standard documents, which are generally in the form of files in print or digital format with a complete structure as a collection of text. With the data model designed, the Standard document is stored in a divided state into a number of entities that represent sub-sections of the document and are structured. This research produces a data model design with a relational system, so that it will produce optimal performance when create, retrieve, update and delete operations are carried out on Standard Documents, and still produce complete information about standard documents, as well as one aspect or context. in Standard documents and their linkages, through application programs and information systems. Testing was carried out by the black-box method of the SPMI document information system prototype which indicated that the data model was successfully implemented and worked well in its application.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran mandiri berbasis soal terbuka berupa Satuan Acara Perkuliahan (SAP) dan Modul. Proses Pengembangan Perangkat Pembelajaran Mandiri Berbasis Soal Terbuka ini mengikuti model pengembangan Plomp, yaitu: (1) Fase Investigasi Awal (Preliminary Investigation Phase), mencakup kajian teori pendukung, analisis masalah pembelajaran, analisis kurikulum, analisis karakteristik mahasiswa, dan analisis konsep, (2) Fase Perancangan (Design Phase), pada fase ini dirancang perangkat pembelajaran dan instrumen penelitian yang dibutuhkan, (3) Fase Realisasi/Konstruksi (Realization/Construction Phase), pada fase ini dilakukan penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran dan instrumen penelitian berdasarkan rancangan pada fase perancangan, dan (4) Fase Tes, Evaluasi, dan Revisi (Test, Evaluation and Revision Phase), pada fase ini dilakukan dua kegiatan utama, yaitu: (a) Validasi perangkat pembelajaran dan (b) Uji Coba. Hasil pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran yang diperoleh yaitu (1) perangkat pembelajaran telah memenuhi kriteria kevalidan (valid: 2,5 M < 3,5) berdasarkan nilai rata-rata total validasi oleh dua orang validator terhadap SAP sebesar 3,48 dan Modul sebesar 3,42, (2) perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan sudah memenuhi kriteria kepraktisan (terlaksana seluruhnya: 1,5 ≤ M ≤ 2,0) berdasarkan nilai rata-rata total aspek keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dari dua orang pengamat sebesar 1,54, (3) perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dapat dikatakan efektif karena ketuntasan belajar mahasiswa secara klasikal sebesar 87% telah memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan yaitu minimal 85% mahasiswa, sebanyak 24 atau 61% mahasiswa memiliki nilai kreativitas di atas nilai minimal 65, aktivitas mahasiswa dapat dikatakan ideal karena setiap kegiatan berada pada interval toleransi waktu yang diberikan, serta sebanyak 75% mahasiswa memberikan respons positif terhadap perangkat dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Kata kunci: Perangkat Pembelajaran Mandiri, Soal Terbuka, Kalkulus   Abstract The research aims was conducted to develop independent learning devices with open-questfon basis in fomrs of Satuan Acara Perkuliahan (SAP) or Course Unit and Module. The development process of independent learning devices with open-questions basis refered to Plomp's development model, namely: (1) Preliminary Investigation Phase, consisted of theoretical literature study, learning problem analysis, curriculum analysis, students’ characteristics analysis, and conceptual analysis; (2) Design phase, where the researcher designed the necessary learning devices and research instruments; (3) Realization/ Construction phase, where the researcher produced the learning devices amd research instruments based on the design form of the design phase; (4) Test, evaluation and revision phase, conducted in two main activities: (a) Learning devices validation, and (b) Trial process. The results of development of learning devices reveal that: (1) the learning devices have met validation criteria (valid: 2.5 ≤ M ≤ 3.5) based on validation average score of two assessors on SAP is 3.48, and the module is 3.42, (2) the development of learning devices have met the practical criteria (implemented entirely: 1.5 ≤ M ≤ 2.0) based on the average score of learning implementation aspect from two observer, 1.54; (3) the development of leaming devices is stated as effective because the students' classical learning completeness is 87% which have met the completeness criteria, where minimal 85% of the sfudents, 24 students or 61% of them obtain creative score above minimal standard of 65, students' activity can be stated as ideal because each activity is in the tolerant given time, and 75% of the students give positive response to learning instruments and learning process. Abstract

Bayesian Network dapat digunakan untuk menghitung probabilitas dari kehadiran berbagai gejala penyakit. Dalam tulisan ini, penulis menerapkan bayesian network model untuk menghitung probabilitas penyakit sesak nafas pada bayi. Bayesian network diterapkan berdasar pada data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara kepada dokter spesialis anak yaitu data nama penyakit, penyebab, dan gejala penyakit sesak nafas pada bayi. Struktur Bayesian Network penyakit sesak nafas bayi dibuat berdasarkan ada tidaknya keterkaitan antara gejala terhadap penyakit sesak nafas. Untuk setiap gejala yang direpresentasikan pada struktur bayesian network mempunyai estimasi parameter yang didapat dari data yang telah ada atau pengetahuan dari dokter spesialis. Data estimasi ini disebut nilai prior probaility atau nilai kepercayaan dari gejala penyakit sesak nafas bayi. Setelah diketahui prior probability, langkah berikutnya adalah menentukan Conditional probability (peluang bersyarat) antara jenis penyakit sesak nafas dengan masing-masing gejalanya. Pada langkah akhir, nilai posterior probability dihitung dengan mengambil nilai hasil joint probability distribution (JPD) yang telah diperoleh, kemudian nilai inilah yang digunakan untuk menghitung probabilitas kemunculan suatu gejala. Dengan mengambil satu contoh kasus bahwa bayi memiliki gejala sesak, lemah, gelisah dan demam, disimpulkan bahwa bayi menderita penyakit sesak nafas Pneumoni Neonatal sebesar 0,1688812743.

Abstract

Mamajang Community Health Center is one of the public health service providers, which is located on Jalan Baji Minasa No.10 South Sulawesi. This Puskesmas serves 2 patient categories, namely general patients and corporate patients. General patients are residents or communities around the puskesmas while corporate patients are members of insurance companies that work with puskesmas. The Puskesmas mamajang provides 2 types of services, namely services for general practitioners and specialist doctors. The registration process for new patients is still done manually, namely by writing new patient data into a book called a patient visit list, then making a medical card and medical record card by writing it down on a piece of paper carried out by the Puskesmas administration officer This study aims to facilitate the performance of the Puskesmas in processing medical record data and patient data using the Codeigniter Framework. Creating a patient data management information system design at the Mamajang Community Health Center in order to help process patient data processing more effectively and efficiently. With the availability of databases that are processed in a structured information system, the puskesmas officers can complete tasks quickly, precisely and accurately and the data stored will be safer and also easier to process. Management can use the puskesmas information system as a method of reporting information so that it supports decision making for health service evaluation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan peringkat search engine result page pada website Ladder pada mesin pencarian yang paling diminati oleh pengguna internet yaitu mesin pencarian Google agar website Ladder lebih mudah ditemukan dan berdampak pada peningkatan jumlah kunjungan pada website Ladder. Metode SEO yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ‘On Page’ dengan melakukan optimasi tag title, optimasi tag meta description, optimasi permalink, optimasi heading tag, dan optimasi gambar dimana dilakukan pengumpulan data dengan teknik observasi terhadap peringkat dan kunjungan pada website Ladder sebelum dan sesudah melakukan implementasi SEO on page menggunakan tools online untuk membandingkan peringkat dan jumlah kunjungan pada website Ladder. Hasil penelitian menunjukan 1 dari 3 kata kunci yang ditentukan berhasil tampil dihalaman pertama SERP dan kunjungan yang berasal dari organic search pada website Ladder mengalami peningkatan sebanyak 40 pengguna baru selama 2 minggu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna dalam menggunakan fitur rating pada aplikasi Ladder. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode System Usability Scale (SUS). System Usability Scale (SUS) merupakan kuesioner yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur usability sistem komputer menurut sudut pandang subyektif pengguna. Jumlah responden yang didapatkan sebanyak 25 responden. Untuk hasil perhitungan skor SUS, setiap pertanyaan bernomor ganjil, skala jawaban responden akan dikurangi dengan nilai 1. Dan setiap pertanyaan bernomor genap akan dihitung dengan nilai 5 dikurangi skala jawaban responden. Kemudian, untuk mendapatkan skor SUS maka skala jawaban per responden dijumlahkan dan jumlah tersebut dikalikan dengan angka 2,5. Selanjutnya total skor SUS dibagi dengan jumlah responden untuk mendapatkan nilai rata-rata skor SUS. Hasil yang didapatkan menggunakan metode SUS sebesar 82,5, dengan kategori dari Acceptable Ranges yaitu Acceptable, Grade Scale yaitu B dan Adjective Rating yaitu Good yang artinya sistem dapat diterima dan digunakan dengan mudah oleh pengguna.

Abstract

This study aims to redesign the UI/UX of the Medisol website using the User Centered Design (UCD) method to suit user needs. The research data was collected through interviews with 30 respondents based on task scenarios to calculate the three main factors in usability testing, namely effectiveness, efficiency and user satisfaction factors. The initial evaluation of the system before the design improvement shows the effectiveness parameters of 84%, efficiency of 73% and user satisfaction of 82%. The usability level of the system in the early stages is 80%. Based on this evaluation, a prototype was redesigned which took into account user input such as a more responsive display of drug additions and vacancies, availability of information on procedures for adding drugs, contact us/email information placed in the header, green color on the dashboard, and boxes/tables. information on a clickable dashboard. The results of usability testing in this second stage obtained the value of the effectiveness parameter of 100%, the efficiency factor of 99% and the user satisfaction factor with a score of 96%. The resulting usability value increased to 98%. This shows that the UI/UX redesign of the Medisol website increased the usability value by 18%.

Abstract

This research aims to design the UI/UX for a job vacancy application using the Goal Directed Design method. Data collection was conducted with 20 respondents who had used the Hi Jobs application, and the data was processed using the System Usability Scale (SUS). Based on the first evaluation using the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire, the average score was 33.5, with Acceptability Ranges receiving the label "Not Acceptable," Grade Scales falling into the "F" category, and Adjective Ratings categorized as "Poor." This indicates deficiencies in the user interface design of the Hi Jobs application, both in appearance and features, and it did not meet the standard System Usability Scale (SUS) score of 68.After making improvements to the Hi Jobs application, a final evaluation was conducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS), resulting in an average score of 77. The Acceptability Ranges received the label "Acceptable," Grade Scales were in the "C" category, and Adjective Ratings were categorized as "Good." The findings of this research indicate that the Hi Jobs application, with its UI/UX design focusing on user needs and goals, allows job seekers and employers to interact easily and efficiently. This research contributes positively to the development of job vacancy applications with a focus on satisfying user experiences.
