Abstract

Women's economic problems have been discussed for a long time but until now it is still considered important to be discussed. Nagari Tanjuang Bonai, Kec. Lintau Buo Utara, Kab. Tanah Datar is one of the villages that is far from access to progress, for that LP2M as a non-governmental organization feels called to participate in empowering its women's groups. LP2M implements a women's empowerment program through the formation of natural dyes weaving groups. This paper wants to find out the form of women's empowerment and the impact obtained by women through the natural dye weaving group formed by LP2M in Nagari Tanjuang Bonai. Research conducted using qualitative research methods. Data obtained from primary and secondary sources. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed by qualitative descriptive way by following the steps of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that: the form of women's empowerment carried out by LP2M in Nagari Tanjuang Bonai namely in the form of weaving activities, providing knowledge about social protection, reproductive health and protection of violence against women and children. The impact of the assistance provided by LP2M to women's groups was the resolution of several problems in the community related to economic, social, and community problems that experienced domestic violence.

Abstract

This article tries doing to the correlation of program effectiveness through self-reliance for people who are to be a benefits program of cash conditional transfer. The research was used as a quantitative method by correlation of linear regression analysis. Data was collected by collecting of questionnaire process to respondents. The researcher takes respondents who are getting 11 persons with a simple random sampling technic. This study finds that empowerment has been implemented by the schedule and routine activities that it can increase 9,1% for the effectiveness of family development session action. Meanwhile, the family development session was implemented effectively that it was able to rise of advantages for their program in Pungut Hilir Village. The program as well as effectively has been increased for beneficiaries who are occurring of 70,1% self-reliance that is explained by other factors of 29,9% impact. In contrast, this program can be a rising of 70,1% self-reliance for beneficiaries but it is not maximalising for the terminate of anti-poverty. It becomes of dependency people who assist with programs from the government. Society cannot self-standing and less creativity for well-being in their life. This is an impact on people who are powerless and trapped in a culture of poverty that is the effect of hereditary. This condition will become of people who are higher than hanger to the assistance of the program.         Artikel ini mencoba untuk melakukan uji korelasi efektivitas program terhadap kemandirian keluarga penerima manfaat program keluarga harapan. Pengujian korelasi ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan uji regresi linier. Data dikumpulkan melalui proses penyebaran angket (kuesioner) kepada para responden. Peneliti membatasi responden yang hanya mengambil 11 orang dengan teknik simple random sampling. Studi ini menemukan bahwa pelaksanaan kegiatan pemberdayaan secara rutin dan terjadwal dapat meningkatkan efektivitas kegiatan family development session sebesar 9,1%. Sementara itu, pelaksanaan kegiatan family development session secara efektif dapat meningkatkan keluarga penerima manfaat program di Desa Pungut Hilir. Adapun efektivitas program telah mengalami peningkatan kemandirian sebesar 70,1% dengan dijelaskan oleh  faktor sebesar 29,9%. Walaupun program tersebut dapat meningkatkan kemandirian namun upaya memberantas kemiskinan tidak berjalan maksimal. Hal ini menjadikan masyarakat ketergantungan dengan bantuan yang diberikan oleh pemerintah. Masyarakat menjadi tidak mandiri serta kehilangan kreatifitas dalam memenuhi kehidupan sehari-hari. Dampak yang terjadi menjadikan masyarakat tidak berdaya dan terjebak dalam budaya kemiskinan yang turun temurun. Kondisi ini menjadikan tingkat ketergantungan masyarakat terhadap bantuan yang semakin tinggi.

Abstract

Dakwah is a duty of every Moslem. There are many ways to do this duty, like rhetoric presentations, groups working at society, political activities, using mass media, and so on. All of the t,ways are done to reach the goal of Islamic way of life.This article tries to explain the deconstruction and reconstruction of understanding Islam by Harun Nasution, as a kind of dakwah activity.

Abstract

Well-being Social life is a condition in which a person can meet his needs and can adapt well to his environment. In improving the welfare of the poor who are unable to get a quality education, difficulties in financing health, lack of social security and protection towards families and the lack of fulfilling the needs for food, clothing, and housing the government issued PKH to improve the welfare of the poor. Some of the problems in the implementation of PKH in the Kapalo Koto sub-district are in the Payakumbuh sub-district, North Payakumbuh sub-district, namely the implementation of PKH and the achievement of targets in improving the welfare of the poor. This research is a field research using a descriptive qualitative method. The data sources for this research were PKH participants, coordinators, and PKH assistants. Data collection through observation and interviews. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that; first, the implementation has been carried out very well, it can be seen from the form of assistance provided by the companion in changing the KPM mindset so that it is more productive and creative. Second, PKH target achievement can be seen from the level of achievement of the policy itself, its implementation, targets, and environment. In achieving the targets, not all of them are correct, this is due to the lack of in-depth monitoring of KPM and the presence of people closest to them to get PKH assistance.

Abstract

BUEKA is one of the community empowerment programs from the Aisyiyah Central Leadership program through the Economic and Employment Council which aims to improve the family economy with a business run by housewives with a community empowerment program in the city of Lubuklinggau. This study examines the implementation of the program in overcoming family economic problems. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. The implementation of the community empowerment program by BUEKA Lubuklinggau has been running in accordance with the stages of empowerment, namely the stages of awareness, capacity building, and empowerment. The final result of the research on community empowerment programs at BUEKA is to provide opportunities for housewives to have more power in developing businesses that have been run so that they can increase family income. BUEKA adalah salah satu pemberdayaan masyarakat dari program Pimpinan Pusat Aisyiyah melalui Majelis Ekonomi dan Ketenagakerjaan yang tujuan untuk meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga dengan usaha yang dijalankan oleh ibu rumah tangga dengan program pemberdayaan masyarakat di kota Lubuklinggau. Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang implementasi program dalam mengatasi permasalahan ekonomi keluarga. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pelaksanaan program pemberdayaan masyarakat oleh BUEKA kota Lubuklinggau sudah berjalan sesuai dengan tahapan pemberdayaan yaitu adanya tahapan penyadaran, pengkapasitasan, pendayaan. Hasil akhir dari penelitian program pemberdayaan masyarakat pada BUEKA yaitu memberikan peluang kepada ibu rumah tangga untuk lebih mempunyai daya dalam mengembangkan usaha yang telah dijalankan sehingga dapat mengingkatkan penghasilan keluarga.
