Abstract

Perusahaaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Mon Pase merupakan Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD) yang bergerak dalam bidang penyediaan air bersih, yang mulai beroperasi sejak tahun 1980. Di dalam perkembangan industri sekarang ini, alternative terbaik sangat penting demi memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen yang beranekaragam, dalam hal ini diperlukan proses produksi yang stabil demi pencapaian kebutuhan tersebut. Dalam suatu pencapaian produktifitas yang tinggi mesin dituntut untuk baik dan lancar dari segi operasionalnya. Dengan dukungan kinerja mesin yang optimal, maka permintaan produksi akan dapat terpenuhi dan berjalan secara lancar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penjadwalan preventive pompa sentrifugal kapasitas 150 l/s pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Tirta Mon Pase Aceh Utara.Hasil pengolahan dan analisis data yang dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan beberapa hal seperti hasil penjadwalan preventive pompa sentrifugal kapasitas 150 l/s yang didapat adalah Untuk komponen bearing didapatkan 136 hari untuk dilakukannya perawatan secara berkala pada tahun 2019,untuk komponen paking didapatkan 136 hari untuk dilakukannya perawatan secara berkala pada tahun 2019, untuk komponen shaft sleeve didapatkan 135 hari untuk dilakukannya perawatan secara berkala pada tahun 2019.

Abstract

Dyslexia is a term that is related to the pattern of learning difficulties of students and is accompanied by characteristic problems in word recognition and accuracy, poor decoding and weak spelling abilities. Dyslexia can be experienced by students at all levels of education. Dyslexia should not prevent students from getting learning like other students. Thus the teacher must find the right subscription to overcome the learning difficulties of dyslexic students. In compiling this article, the authors use qualitative research and focus on literature studies. The author collects through documentation activities, namely collecting all information about dyslexia in books, journals, theses and other reading sources. This study aims to determine the definition of dyslexia, the characteristics of dyslexia and the factors that can affect dyslexia. The author also aims to inform readers about dyslexia subscription assistance which is termed clinical teaching. This article shows that clinical teaching can be one of the subscriptions for dyslexic students to find the weaknesses they face so that teachers and parents can create learning that is in accordance withthe characteristics of dyslexia and they can increase the potential that exists in dyslexic students. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT Mayora Indah Tbk based on financial ratio analysis. during period 2020–2024. Method study Which used is method descriptive quantitative using secondary data in the form of the company's annual financial reports. The analysis was conducted using liquidity, solvency, profitability, activity, and market ratios to assess the company's ability to meet financial obligations, generate profits, manage assets, and create value for investors. The research results show that PT Mayora Indah Tbk The company's financial performance remains relatively stable and is trending upwards after experiencing pressure in 2021. Liquidity and solvency ratios are at safe levels, demonstrating the company's ability to maintain financial stability. Profitability ratios improved significantly through 2023, though a correction occurred in 2024, but remained in the good category. Ratio activity show that management receivables walk efficient, although optimization asset utilization Still need improved. Temporary That, ratio market show perception investors Which positive to Company performance and prospects. Overall, the analysis shows that PT Mayora Indah Tbk has a healthy financial condition and good prospects to support future business sustainability
