Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the variable Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM) on stock returns simultaneously and partially. Research subjects are telecommunications sub-sector service companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This data source uses secondary data in the form of financial statements from each telecommunications company from 2012-2018. The population of this study were 5 telecommunications companies, the sample consisted of 4 telecommunications companies taken using purposive sampling. This study uses multiple linear regression data analysis techniques using the SPSS 23 application. The results of the study show that the Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Net Profit Margin variables simultaneously affect stock returns, with a calculated F value of 3.034 with a significant level smaller than 0 .05. Debt to Equity Ratio and Net Profit Margin partially affect stock returns, only the Current Ratio does not affect stock returns with t arithmetic of 0.418 with a significant value of 0, 680, so that the dominant variable influencing stock returns is Debt to Equity Ratio and Net Profit Margin Keywords : Return Saham, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Net Profit Margin

Abstract

Financial performance can have an impact on the financial activities of an entity, be it a company, organization or individual. Financial performance is a description of an entity's financial position that is examined using financial analysis techniques to determine the entity's good and bad financial conditions, which are indicative of work performance during a specific time period. This research aims to analyze the influence of the variables Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Equity (ROE), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), and Price Earning Ratio (PER) on the performance of stock returns in retail trading sector companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Indonesia. This research uses quantitative methods with the Hausman test, Chow test and data analysis using the classical assumption test. Research data was obtained from the official website of retail trade sector company financial reports during the 2015-2022 period with a sample of 12 companies from a population of 32 companies. The results of the research found that individually, Earning Per Share, Return On Equity, Debt To Equity Ratio, and Price Earning Ratio had a positive and significant influence on Stock Returns.

Abstract

Researchers took the title The Effect of STI Index, N225 Index, DJI Index on IHSG with IDX30 Index as an Intervening Variable on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2012-2023 Period. The number of samples is based on the number of companies listed in each index. The analysis method used is quantitative using SEM. The results showed 1) STI has a positive and significant effect on IHSG; 2) N225 has a negative and insignificant effect on IHSG; 3) DJI has a positive and significant influence on IHSG; 4) STI has a positive but not significant effect on IDX30; 5) N225 has a positive but not significant effect on IDX30; 6) DJI has a positive but not significant effect on IDX30; 7) STI has an positive and insignificant effect on IHSG through IDX30; 8) N225 has an negative and insignificant effect on IHSG through IDX30; 9) DJI has an positive and insignificant effect on IHSG through IDX30; 10) IDX30 has a positive and significant effect on IHSG. Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of financial compensation, transformational leadership style, work motivation on the performance of staff members of the DPR RR Nasdem Party faction through job satisfaction. Determination of the population sample was calculated using the Hair formula with a total of 110 samples. Data collection uses questionnaires and interviews and data processing uses Structural Equation Model (SEM). The research results found that financial compensation and work motivation had a significant influence on employee satisfaction and performance. Apart from that, job satisfaction also has a significant influence on employee performance. Meanwhile, the job satisfaction variable is only able to mediate work motivation and financial compensation, while the transformational leadership style cannot be mediated by the job satisfaction variable. For the Nasdem party faction, they can increase the financial compensation given to the staff of DPR members from the Nasdem party faction so that they can increase employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Penerapan tata kelola Perusahaan dengan budaya kerja serta kompetensi sangat sering digunakan dalam pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi bangunan industri pertambangan maupun infrastruktur kota dengan berbagai macam metode seiring dengan tuntutan zaman dan teknologi, sehingga perlu dilakukan kajian mengenai dampak penerapan tata kelola perusahaan terhadap kebahagiaan karyawan dengan kompensasi finansial sebagai moderasi. tinjauan literatur bertujuan untuk secara sistematis mendapatkan informasi perkembangan penelitian ilmiah dan menganalisis dampak tata kelola perusahaan terhadap kebahagiaan karyawan yang di moderasi oleh kompensasi finansial sebagai acuan kajian ilmiah saat ini dan masa depan dengan menggunakan teknik tinjauan kuantitatif analisis bibliometrik, data diambil dari database Scopus dengan menggunakan software publish or Perish (PoP) selanjutnya difilter menggunakan software Mendeley dan dianalisis menggunakan software VOSviewer dari 300 artikel, hanya 220 yang terpilih, berdasarkan istilah dan kata yang paling relevan yang akan dianalisis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dalam bidang Tata Kelola Perusahaan dan kebahagiaan karyawan yang di moderasi oleh Kompensasi finansial adalah topik yang menjadi perhatian yang diperoleh pada tahun 2014 hingga 2023 menunjukkan bahwa topik kebahagiaan karyawan merupakan penelitian terbaru sebelum masa pandemi. Secara keseluruhan penelitian ini dapat digunakan oleh peneliti sebagai dasar penelitian di masa depan topik yang memerlukan kajian lebih lanjut yaitu green culture serta budaya stempat sehingga menciptakan performance tenaga kerja yang baik di ukur dari tingkat loyalitas kerja dengan menggunakan teknologi terkini. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja, lingkungan kerja fisik, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui turnover intention sebagai variabel intervening pada PT. Teknika Sarana Gardian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini dari seluruh karyawan PT. Teknika Sarana Gardian denngan sampel 128 karyawan/responden. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu sample jenuh, metode dimana seluruh populasinya digunakan menjadi sample. Olah data pada penelitian ini menggunakan software SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, stress kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap turnover intention, lingkungan kerja fisik negatif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap turnover intention, Turnover intention positif tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, stress kerja memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui variabel mediasi turnover intention, lingkungan kerja fisik memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui variabel mediasi turnover intention, kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui variabel mediasi turnover intention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh Standar Akuntansi Pemerintah (SAP), Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi, dan Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) terhadap Sistem Pengendalian Intern Pemerintah (SPIP) dan Kualitas Laporan Keuangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SAP dan Kompetensi SDM memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap SPIP, sementara Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan. SAP dan Kompetensi SDM juga berpengaruh positif terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan, baik secara langsung maupun melalui SPIP, sedangkan Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi berpengaruh langsung namun tidak signifikan melalui SPIP. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya penguatan SPIP, peningkatan kompetensi SDM, dan penggunaan teknologi informasi yang tepat untuk mencapai pengelolaan keuangan negara yang akuntabel dan transparan, serta diharapkan menjadi referensi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan keuangan pemerintah.

Abstract

Blockchain technology offers an innovative solution for employee verification and background checks in the human resources (HR) recruitment process. This research aims to explore the application of blockchain technology in employee verification and background checks in the human resource (HR) recruitment process through prototype development and evaluation. This research methodology uses a qualitative approach with a focus on prototype design and testing. With a decentralised and transparent system, blockchain can reduce costs, increase trust, and protect personal data. The results show that the adoption of blockchain in recruitment can optimise operational efficiency and minimise the risk of data fraud.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of sales growth, inventory turnover, and growth opportunities on profitability and stock returns in manufacturing companies in the fast-moving consumer goods sub-sector. For the independent variables, sales growth (X1), inventory turnover (X2), and growth opportunities (X3). The dependent variable is the return on assets (Y1), return on equity (Y2), and stock returns (Y3). The analytical method used is descriptive analysis with Structural Equation Model (SEM) using the financial statements of six fast-moving consumer goods sub-sector manufacturing companies from 2014 – 2018. This study finds that Sales Growth has a positive but not significant effect on Return on Assets. Return on Equity and Stock Return of the company. Inventory Turnover has a positive impact on Return on Assets and Return on Equity of the company, while Inventory Turnover does not affect Stock Return. And Growth Opportunities have a negative influence on Return on Assets, Return on Equity, and Stock Returns.

Abstract

The capital market plays a pivotal role as a platform for both individuals and financial institutions to invest. This research aims to investigate how various factors, including the Dow Jones Index, interest rates, inflation, and the exchange rate of the Rupiah, influence the performance of the Composite Stock Price Index from 2018 to 2022. The study employs a non-probability Sampling technique, specifically purposive sampling, with 60 samples selected for analysis. A quantitative research design is applied, focusing on the aforementioned variables, and employing a saturated sampling approach. The data is analyzed through multiple linear regression using SPSS version 23. These findings suggest that, of the research hypotheses developed, only one is accepted, inflation has a positive influence on Composite Stock Price Index. Then, in contrast to the hypothesis development, which is pointing in a positive direction, the Dow Jones Index has a positive influence on Composite Stock Price Index, but no significant. Interest rates and exchange rates have no positive effect on Composite Stock Price Index. Despite this, the importance of the other factors remains significant, as they are essential for understanding the behavior of the Indonesian stock market. The research emphasizes the need for a holistic approach to forecasting or analyzing stock market trends.
