Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) mempunyai peran penting dan strategis dalam pembangunan ekonomi nasional. Selain berperan dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi juga berperan dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja. Covid-19 tidak sekedar bencana kesehatan, juga menimbulkan kekacauan di sektor ekonomi, tidak hanya industri besar saja yang terpapar, juga termasuk para pelaku UMKM di Indonesia. Kebijakan pemerintah seperti social distancing, pembatasan sosial berskala besar (PSBB), bekerja dari rumah (Work From Home), pembatasan sarana transportasi, pemutusan hubungan kerja berdampak kepada tersendatnya distribusi bahan baku dan produk UMKM. DI tengah pandemi Covid-19, ada saja peluang kerja yang bisa dimanfaatkan agar kegiatan usaha tetap berjalan, bahkan berkembang. Pola pikir yang eksploratif jadi kunci agar kegiatan usaha berlanjut di tengah krisis. Berlandaskan pada fenomena dan pemikiran yang ada, diperlukan adanya upaya untuk meningkatkan minat masyarakat pada UMKM dan memberikan motivasi kepada masyarakat untuk tetap menjalankan usaha atau memanfaatkan peluang yang ada untuk membuka usaha baru di teangah-tengah krisis pandemi yang terjadi. Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini ditujukan untuk memberikan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat akan adanya berbagai peluang usaha UMKM dan ekonomi kreatif di era New Normal ketikan pandemi Covid-19 berlangsung. Target utama dari Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah masyarakat atau warga di Dusun Pinggir Desa Telukan Sukoharjo, terutama yang terkena dampak dari berlangsungnya pandemic Covid-19. Kegiatan PKM ini dilaksanakan oleh Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) dari Program Studi Ekonomi Manajemen Universitas Islam Batik Surakarta untuk membagikan ilmu pengetahuan tentang berbaga peluang usaha di masa krisis, serta melibatkan sejumlah mahasiswa Universitas Islam Batik Surakarta untuk menyalurkan informasi terkait dengan sosialisasi yang dilaksanakan. Dengan adanya program sosialisasi berbagai peluang usaha UMKM dan ekonomi kreatif di era New Normal, diharapkan target masyarakat pada kegiatan PKM ini dapat mengetahui adanya berbagai peluang usaha UMKM dan ekonomi kreatif yang dapat bertahan di masa krisis pandemi dan termotivasi untuk memanfaatkan segala peluang yang ada. Peserta dapat memperoleh informasi tentang berbagai macam usaha UMKM yang dapat bertahan di masa krisis. Para akademisi di Universitas Islam Batik Surakarta diharapkan dapat menjadi sumber ilmu, penghubung atau interface dengan pemangku kepentingan (stakeholders) UMKM serta menjadi center of excellent dalam pengembangan bisnis UMKM melalui ekonomi kreatif. Abstract

Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk memberikan penyuluhan sosial atau sosialisasi sekaligus memberikan edukasi terkait dengan penanganan dan pencegahan penyebaran virus Covid 19 dalam rangka meredam kepanikan di masyarakat. Target utama dari program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah masyarakat atau warga di wilayah Desa Gentan, dengan pertimbangan bahwa mayoritas masyarakat di Desa Gentan bekerja dalam bidang yang sangat vital terhadap penyebaran Virus COVID-19. Kegiatan PKM ini dilaksanakan oleh Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) serta sejumlah mahasiswa Universitas Islam Batik Surakarta dari Program Studi Ekonomi Manajemen Universitas Islam Batik Surakarta untuk memberikan wawasan atau edukasi kepada masyarakat mengenai beberapa hal dalam menangani dan mencegah penyebaran Virus COVID-19 pada kehidupan New Normal. Metode pelaksanaan PKM ini berupa sosialisasi dan edukasi melalui pendampingan, penyuluhan, dan pelatihan. Dengan adanya program PKM melalui sosialisasi dan edukasi ini, diharapkan target masyarakat dapat mengurangi kepanikan terhadap virus Covid 19, tercipta peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai Covid-19, tercipta suatu strategi gerakan mencegah dan mengantisipasi penyebaran Covid-19 di daerah setempat, dan tercipta media edukasi yang bisa menjadi pegangan masyarakat dalam menghadapi penyebaran virus corona, serta tetap menerapkan protokol kesehatan walau terdapat penurunan tingkat penyebaran sampai pemerintah memberikan instruksi di tahapan kehidupan selanjutnya. Abstract

This research is used to determine the magnitude of influence and significance between entrepreneurial knowledge variables and entrepreneurial characteristics to the success of small and medium enterprisesin the guitar industry center in Kembangan Village, Baki, Sukoharjo. The population in this study was obtained from village data of 80 guitar speakers in Kembangan Village, Baki District, Sukoharjo Regency. Because the population is less than 100 respondents, the sample used is the entire population of 80 who responded as a Guitar Industry Center Business Actor in Kembangan Village, Baki, Sukoharjo. The technique in this study uses non-probability sampling with saturated sampling types. The data analysis technique in this study is a multiple linear regression using SPSS software. Before analyzing data with multiple linear regression, instrument tests and classical assumption tests have been conducted first in concluding this research data so as not to be biased so that research is feasible. From the research results, it is known that entrepreneurial knowledge and characteristics have a positive and significant influence. The Result of Anaisis Coefficient of Determination (R2) obtained a result of 0.674 or 67.4%. This means that the ability of independent variables (entrepreneurial knowledge, characteristics) in this study affected dependent variables by 67.4%. The remaining 32.6% is explained by other variables not included in the regression model. Keyword :

Abstract

Customer retention is the maintenance of sustainable business relationships with customers over the long term. A high customer retention rate is inversely proportional to customers leaving the company (defection). Entering the industrial era 4.0, where all economic activities began to shift to all digital, financial institutions were required to adapt, including Baitul Maal wat Tamwil (BMT). As a financial institution that has played an important role in the development of the Islamic economy, it has become a necessity for BMT to adapt to this change. The economic slowdown due to Covid-19 has reduced payment activity, but has accelerated the adoption of digital financial technology. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the implementation of digital banking by BMT Amanah Ummah as one of the steps in retaining its customers during this covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this study was a qualitative descriptive analysis technique, which seeks to describe the condition of digital banking at BMT during the COVID-19 pandemic where all data generated and presented are in the form of descriptions. The results of this study, BMT seeks to retain customers by optimizing the application of digital banking with BMT Mobile in its operations during this covid-19 pandemic. In line with the widespread use of digital instruments during the pandemic, digital economic and financial transactions continue to grow. In its application there are already various digitization used by BMT. Abstract

The purpose of this study is; To describe succession planning and an effective succession model, to create a successful successor, to describe the planning and design an effective succession model, and to create a successful successor in both PT. Danliris and Batik Semar. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive. Data collection is by observation and using in-depth interviews. Informant selection was determined by purposive sampling. The validity of the data was tested by the source triangulation. The results show that PT. Danliris has been succesfully done the succession because the founder involved the successor. Although the delivery of the succession was unplanned, the mentoring process went naturally and create the third generation as the successor who has good responsibility for the sustainability of the family business. In the other hand, PT. Batik Semar did not perform succession effectively because the founder did not involve the successor. The founder still in charge in family business’ operations. The third Generation of Batik Semar is currently still leading and the successor just become passive leader. And up to now, the decision makers are still done by the founder.
