Abstract

The COVID 19 pandemic that affects almost all countries in the world is a disaster for the entire population of the earth. This disaster caused disruption of all lines including education. As a result of this pandemic came the term distance learning. The study is a combination of distance learning and limited face-to-face learning. The purpose of this study is to find out the application of personalised system of instruction learning model in the learning process during the covid 19 pandemic to the learning outcomes of upper elementary students. The sample used was 5th grade elementary students who numbered 28 people divided into 2 groups. The research method used is the true experimental method with the design of The Randomized Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The results of this study obtained the influence of the application of personalised system of instruction learning model in the learning process during the covid 19 pandemic on motivation and learning outcomes in upper elementary students.

Abstract

The establishment of village-owned enterprises is based on Law No. 6 of 2014 concerning villages, as well as Government Regulation No. 43 of 2014 concerning Implementing Regulations of Law No. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages. The Meranti Islands Regency Government mandates that every Village Government establish a Village-Owned Business Entity which is listed in Regent Regulation No. 33 of 2017 concerning Implementation Guidelines for Village/Kelurahan BUM. Mekong Village Regulation No. 02 of 2017 concerning the Establishment of Sustainable BUMDes (BUM Desa) Mekong Village has not been fully implemented in accordance with the mandate, such as multiple directors, establishment of business units not through village consultations, BUMDes Lestari has not been able to maximize village potential and lack of human resources in management BUMDes. The formulation of this research is "How is the implementation of Mekong Village Regulation Number 02 of 2017 concerning the Establishment of Sustainable Village BUM (BUM Desa) Mekong Village in Mekong Village, Tebing Tinggi Barat District, Meranti Islands Regency in 2019?" The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the implementation of Mekong Village Regulation No. 02 of 2017 concerning the Establishment of BUM Desa Lestari Mekong Village in Mekong Village, Tebing Tinggi Barat District, Meranti Islands Regency in 2019. This research is a type of descriptive research. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, field observations and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data reduction methods, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The findings that can be concluded are that the implementation of the Mekong Village Regulation No. 2/2017 concerning the Establishment of Sustainable BUMDes in Mekong Village in Mekong Village is less than optimal, this is based on the results of research findings in the field, namely: 1) Content of Policy, the dominant actor in proposing BUMDes business units is the village head should be carried out by deliberation, consensus, and transparency. Then the benefits of implementing the village regulation have not been felt to the fullest, have not been able to increase sales results in PADes significantly, there is no clear target from BUMDes related to sales and strategies, there are still multiple positions, and the HR management of BUMDes is not adequate, and the selection of BUMDes directors is not appropriate. procedure. 2) Context of Policy, the strategy carried out by the BUMDes management has not shown significant results since the sustainable BUMDes was established, and the response from the BUMDdes program implementers is very good, but the level of discipline of the BUMDes management is classified as lacking discipline and has not carried out its duties and functions optimally. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh pendidikan renang terhadap kualitas pendidikan di sekolah, dengan fokus pada pengembangan keterampilan motorik, keselamatan di air, dan motivasi siswa dalam berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan fisik. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif-deskriptif berbasis analisis bibliometrik terhadap 315 publikasi yang diperoleh dari basis data Dimensions, diterbitkan antara tahun 2010 hingga 2024. Data dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak VOSviewer untuk memetakan tren publikasi, kolaborasi antar penulis, analisis ko-sitasi, serta klasterisasi topik utama yang berkembang dalam literatur terkait. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan renang secara signifikan meningkatkan keterampilan motorik dan kesadaran keselamatan di air pada siswa, serta meningkatkan motivasi siswa dalam mengikuti kegiatan fisik. Selain itu, kompetensi guru dan kualitas fasilitas pembelajaran berperan penting dalam meningkatkan hasil pendidikan jasmani secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan bahwa dampak pendidikan renang bervariasi antar tingkat pendidikan, dengan dampak terbesar terlihat pada tingkat sekolah menengah terkait motivasi dan partisipasi siswa dalam kegiatan fisik. Data publikasi menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan sejak 2019, dengan puncak publikasi pada tahun 2024. Jaringan kolaborasi internasional didominasi oleh Amerika Serikat, Inggris, dan Australia. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting terhadap pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan jasmani berbasis bukti dan memperkaya literatur mengenai implementasi pendidikan renang dalam kurikulum pendidikan fisik di berbagai tingkat pendidikan.

Abstract

Nickel is one of the strategic commodities that plays an important role in global industries, particularly as the primary raw material in the production of stainless steel and electric vehicle batteries. The increasing demand for nickel, driven by technological advancements and the need for more environmentally friendly energy sources, causes nickel prices to fluctuate, making it necessary to employ methods capable of forecasting future price movements. This study aims to forecast nickel prices using the Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) method and the Double Exponential Smoothing method, as well as to compare the performance of both methods. The data used in this research consist of secondary daily nickel price data with 62 observation periods. The research stages include data preprocessing, stationarity testing, modeling, and model evaluation using Mean Squared Error (MSE) and Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE). The results show that the best ARIMA model is ARIMA(2,1,1), which produces an MSE of 0.2797 and an RMSE of 0.5288. Meanwhile, the Double Exponential Smoothing method results in an MSE of 0.1299 and an RMSE of 0.3604. Based on these evaluation results, the Double Exponential Smoothing method demonstrates better performance than ARIMA in forecasting nickel prices in this study. This method is able to produce more accurate and stable predictions that follow the trend patterns of the data. Therefore, the Double Exponential Smoothing method is recommended as a more optimal approach for nickel price forecasting

Abstract

Human development is commonly measured using the Human Development Index (HDI), which reflects the quality of life across regions. In Indonesia, disparities in HDI values indicate uneven development, requiring appropriate analytical approaches. This study aims to cluster Indonesian provinces based on HDI indicators using the Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) method with variations in the weighting exponent. The data consist of 38 provinces in 2025, including life expectancy, expected years of schooling, average years of schooling, and adjusted real expenditure per capita. The clustering results were evaluated using the Partition Coefficient Index (PCI). The optimal configuration was obtained at and , with a PCI value of 0.716399. The results show that provinces are grouped into clusters with relatively lower HDI, which are predominantly located in eastern Indonesia, and clusters with higher HDI, which are mostly found in western Indonesia. These findings demonstrate that FCM is effective in identifying regional development patterns.

Abstract

TGfU memiliki peran dalam proses pembelajaran PJOK. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisa secara kompleks dan komprehensif penerapan Teaching Games for Understanding (TGfU) pada materi bola voli pembelajaran PJOK. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan studi pustaka yang akan mengkaji hasil penelitian sebelumnya. Penelitian ini memilih artikel dan memaparkan beberapa hasil penelitian yang sesuai dengan tema yang telah ditetapkan. Artikel yang akan ditinjau dan sesuai dengan topik penelitian ialah pembelajaran TGfu dalam keterampilan olahraga bola voli. Proses screening data dari total populasi 500 akan menggunakan Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta Analyses (PRISMA). Ditunjukkan hasil penelitian ini yaitu pada analisis bibliometrik ditemukan pencarian di beberapa database dengan menggunakan kombinasi keyword yang berhubungan dengan research yang telah ditentukan, diperoleh publication years (2021-2025), dengan jumlah papers 500, citations sebesar 2731, dengan h-index 27 dan g-index 40 melalui proses pencarian google scholar dan scopus. Setelah melakukan proses screening, eligibility, dan included, diperoleh sampel artikel sebesar 7 artikel. Dengan demikian, melalui penerapan Teaching Games for Understanding (TGfU) pada materi bola voli pembelajaran PJOK efektif secara subtansial dalam meningkatkan keterampilan bola voli. Akan tetapi, penggunaannya harus hati-hati agar tidak mengurangi hakikat pendidikan jasmani yang meliputi kerja sama tim, jiwa sosial, dan disiplin.
