Abstract

This study aims to evaluate online learning media at XYZ University on the usability aspect using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method with 10 questions to measure the quality of the usability aspect of the LMS service. A total of 50 respondents from among students were involved in this study. The test results show the System Usability Scale (SUS) assessment is at an average score of 69.9. From these results, XYZ University's online learning media service received grade C, the percentile rating was in the range of 52%, included in the OK category for its nature aspect (Adjective), and included in the marginal category for its acceptance rate (Acceptable) and for its NPS value, classified as passive. This results place XYZ University's online learning media as a service that acceptable by it’s student. However, improvements are still needed to increase student satisfaction as service users, which can impact improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas layanan elektronik di Universitas XYZ berupa website perguruan tinggi dengan menggunakan metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD) melalui pembentukan House of Quality yang berisi 14 Technical Response. Sebanyak 200 responden dari kalangan mahasiswa dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai tingkat kesenjangan atas kualitas layanan website di Universitas XYZ yang dijabarkan ke dalam 5 dimensi kualitas dengan 27 atribut pengukuran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 5 dimensi kualitas semuanya bernilai negatif dengan kategori attractive terdiri dari 1 atribut, kategori one-dimensional terdiri dari 3 atribut, kategori must-be terdiri dari 12 atribut, dan untuk kategori indifferent terdiri dari 11 atribut. Dari 16 atribut yang bisa digunakan nilai Adjusted Importance-nya berada antara 1,32 – 11,52 dan dari 14 respon teknis yang diusulkan 10 respon arah pengembangannya bersifat naik dan 4 bersifat tetap. Hasil yang diperoleh menempatkan lima Technical Response yang perlu mendapatkan perhatian khusus dari manajemen Universitas XYZ, yaitu untuk respon teknis terkait penambahan staff, upgrade teknologi, kapasitas server, tata ulang antarmuka dan sikronisasi database.

Abstract

PT MGM, an automotive company, currently conducts periodic assessments to determine its best salespersons. This process, however, is performed manually using Microsoft Excel. This process is inefficient, time-consuming, subjective, and lacks transparency for the sales staff being assessed. This research aims to design a decision support system (DSS) to overcome this problem. This system was developed using the Waterfall method, utilizing the PHP programming language and MySQL database for its application development. The Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method is used to calculate and rank the best salespersons based on established criteria, such as sales volume, attendance, and performance evaluation. The result of this research is a web-based DSS application capable of managing sales assessment data. Based on user satisfaction testing via questionnaires administered to HRD, ADH, Directors, and Sales staff, the system received a positive response as it functions properly and simplifies the assessment and performance monitoring process. The implementation of this system significantly improves the objectivity, effectiveness, and speed of the assessment process, while also reducing the risk of input errors. This system also provides transparency as sales staff can view their own performance results.
