Abstract

The recording of lecturer attendance that has been done so far is manual and carried out on campus. However, online learning makes lecturers automatically not come to campus and take attendance online with a certain format. Online recording of lecturer absences is very ineffective and inefficient, the reason is that there are many media used by lecturers in reporting their attendance such as using messages, WhatsApp, or email. Many lecturers are late in reporting their attendance. These things make it difficult to recapitulate the presence of lecturers and for the head of study program it is difficult to monitor the lecturers who conduct lectures. To solve these problems, a teaching attendance list application was made. This application development is using the waterfall method. This application is web based using the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. It aims so that every lecturer can access anytime and anywhere. This application is also built by implementing class schedule as an access control (schedule access control) so that lecturers can fill in attendance on time, this helps every lecturer to be orderly in doing attendance. The results of this study are the creation of applications that help facilitate lecturers in doing attendance, make it easier for staff in making lecturers' attendance and make it easier for head of study programs to monitor lecturer discipline.

Abstract

Attendance is an activity that must be carried out in various activities, one of which is in teaching and learning activities in schools, lectures, seminars, meetings, teacher attendance, and others. In teaching and learning activities in schools and terms of teacher absenteeism, attendance is an important parameter because it can affect student success and teacher performance in the continuity of teaching and learning activities, especially at SMK Nurul Muhtadin Kibin. At this time, the attendance system at SMK Nurul Muhtadin Kibin school attendance activities for teachers and students is still using the conventional way, namely the teacher in the class mentions the names of students one by one and then puts a dot on the attendance book for each class that has been prepared by the school and for attendance teachers have administrative officers who go around checking each class by using paper as a medium for recording teacher absences. This method is certainly very risk when the attendance book is lost or damaged so that the loss of attendance information that has been carried out, as well as for making teacher attendance reports takes a little longer and risks errors in reporting teacher absenteeism. The use of QR CODE in the development of a web-based Teacher and Student Attendance Information System is expected to solve existing problems. The system that built by this author uses the PHP version 7 programming language, MySQL as the database media. The development method that will be used by the author is to use the Waterfall method. With the presence of a teacher and student attendance information system using this QR Code, the author to overcome the problems faced by making it easier for students and teachers who want to take attendance.

Abstract

So far, SD Madani Cilegon still uses Ms. Excel in the payroll administration process, the data is not stored in the right place so it is difficult to disburse the data is very less effective and efficient. In addition, reports are still in the form of piles of paper and are not grouped together, so the process of making them is complicated. This study aims to design a more structured and computerized payroll information system at SD Madani Cilegon. The research method used in this study is the waterfall method. When designing using Data Flow Diagram (DFD)design tools, Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), file specifications, HIPO, and interface design. For the implementation using Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft Access 2010 database. The results of this study resulted in a payroll administration information system at SD Madani Cilegon. It is hoped that with the payroll administration system at SD Madani Cilegon it can be processed more effectively administratively, there are no payroll errors and the reporting process is fast. Abstract

The Decision Support System for determining scholarships at SMP Al-Khairiyah Cilegon Banten is an information technology that assists in making decisions regarding awarding scholarships to students. The problem with defining grants is that they often have the wrong purpose. In the process of selecting scholarships recipients from similar institutions that have been carried out so far, there are difficulties in selecting scholarship recipients because of the many criteria involved in awarding scholarships making it difficult to make decisions about awarding scholarships, and it also takes a long time.The purpose of this research is to create a decision support system to identify scholarship recipients. The research method used is Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM). Designed with design tools such as Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD),file specifications, HIPO, and user interface designs. As for the implementation using Visual Basic 2012 and the Microsoft Access 2019 database. From the results of this research a decision support system was created at SMP Al-Khairiyah, it is hoped that through this system the determination of scholarships can assist in making decisions to be faster, efficient, and directed. Abstract

Supervision at the storage of raw materials of PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper (IKPP) Serang carried out by the safety team directly and from CCTV monitoring is still not effective against fires because there is no fire detection device in the area, and for fire prevention in the place there is a sprinkler that is used to control the temperature by watering water based on the time not based on the actual temperature in the field, as well as when a fire occurs in the place reporting and watering Sprinkle still uses human labor. The research method used is the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) model with the Waterfall approach, which includes requirements analysis, system design with the integration of temperature sensors and fire sensors on Arduino devices, system implementation, functionality testing, and routine maintenance. The purpose of this research is to design a fire detection system that can provide early detection of fire spots, fire prevention by controlling the temperature of raw materials with automatic watering tools, as well as being able to run automatic watering and provide notifications directly to the security team through WhatsApp Gateway when a fire occurs. The results of the study show that the system developed can provide effective monitoring of environmental temperature and detect fires, which has the potential to reduce the risk of loss and improve response to emergency events in the industrial environment of IKPP Serang.
