Abstract

PT. Ultra Prima Plast - Flexible Packaging always performs a trial period on every new employee. In appointment of new employee candidate required selection process and proper observation during the trial period to maximize the quality of the prospective employee, so far decision-making in the appointment of employees after the completion of the trial period is still done manually by using the assessment of several criteria. The criteria used from the assessment of employee performance are: absenteeism, quality of work, initiative, discipline, responsibility, communication ability and organizational skills. The purpose of holding research on PT. Ultra Prima Plast is to find out what problems or constraints exist in managing employee data, refining existing processes and getting new employee appointments using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. As for data collection methods, the authors used literature study methods, field studies and interviews. In system development, writer use tool (model) of structured system modeling with design tool that is Diagram Unified Modeling Language (UML). Implementation and program design using PHP programming language and MYSQL database. Therefore the authors lift the title "Design Decision Support System (DSS) Application Employee Appointment Using Simple Additive Weighting Method (SAW) At PT. Ultra Prima Plast - Flexible Packaging”

Abstract

In education field, examinations have become one way to measure the level of student achievement at school. Examinations that are usually used in schools such as daily/weekly/monthly exams, midterm exams (UTS) and final semester examinations (UAS). By using the exam, both students and teachers can evaluate each other about their teaching and learning activities. The examination model used so far is a conventional method model using paper-based tests. Traditional methods still have many disadvantages so other methods are needed to create efficiency, effectiveness, security, accuracy, and fast testing system. Another model that has been applied in school student test activities is the Computer Based Test (CBT Method). This method is proven to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the exam. Unfortunately, this new approach is only applied to national examination activities and has not been evenly distributed throughout the school. To use it in all the exam processes such as daily/weekly/monthly exams, midterm exams (UTS) and final semester examinations (UAS), this research uses waterfall metod was conducted at the Muhammadiyah Kragilan. The goal to be achieved is the creation of alternative test methods that can be used by partner schools that are more efficient, more effective, safer, more accurate and faster than the old test method

Abstract

Design of production and delivery monitoring applications at PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Serang Mill Tbk aims to reduce problems in the production control process. The problems faced are as follows; the production process carried out by several parts results in slow processing of products, often duplicate data orders that can harm the company, the production of damaged products is not recorded, the number of reprimands from customers due to delay in delivery time due to ordering deficiencies the company must reset the production schedule. Based on these problems computer-based method (IT) shortage is needed. System design uses the waterfall method or SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). Software modeling uses UML (unified model language). The application has advantages such as the more structured and well-documented because the procedure is in accordance with the rules made by the Converting Division at PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper. This application is expected to be able to overcome all existing constraints, especially in managing production data. Based on the things mentioned above, the authors are interested in compiling articles about the design of Production and Delivery Monitoring Applications with the Shortage Method at PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Serang Mill Tbk.

Abstract

The development of mobile technology is currently widely used by android smartphone, especially the most widely used. The need to use this technology is very much needed as a mobile-based information service media. The information service system for students at Politeknik PGRI Banten is currently computerized by utilizing web-base technology not yet following the development of mobile technology. Therefore, the development of a hybrid android based mobile information system service was carried out with the aim of developing an existing service system into mobile smartphone-based system service. From the results of the study, the utilization of student information system techonlogy services based on hybrid android mobile and supported by pus notification in real time can help financial and academic departements in providing information related to lecture payments and information related to lecture schedules.

Abstract

The research outlined in this title aims to design a system that can facilitate the payment administration process. The research method used is descriptive research method. Descriptive method is a method of researching an object that aims to make a description, picture or painting in a systematic, factual and accurate manner about the facts, properties and relationships between the phenomenon under investigation. And the Waterfall system design method which in this method has the stages of Planning, Requirement Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing and Documentation. Finally, after analysing and discussing the problem, it was concluded that a more flexible payment administration system was needed for SMK Al-Wahdah. Due to the existing system at Al-Wahdah Vocational School, there is a lot of damage and it is not flexible

Abstract

Along with the development of the technology field at the company PT. Barata Indonesia, needs support to assist organizational activities, such as in ordering meeting rooms. Currently, information of meeting rooms availability and ordering at PT. Barata Indonesia still hasn't used technology so the process of ordering a meeting room is by contacting the room admin to ask about the availability of the place to be booked. This is less effective because the customer cannot know directly which room can be used for meetings and according to the capacity of the person. Therefore, this application is made to facilitate ordering meeting rooms at the company. The development of this meeting room reservation information system uses the SDLC Waterfall method which aims to simplify and speed up information access. The development of this Meeting Room Reservation Information System uses the CodeIgniter 3 Framework, which has 2 (two) interfaces, namely FrondEnd, which is the start page of the web application that is displayed for visitors and BackEnd is the admin page to process the required information data sources. The results of the system trial show that the application of the Meeting Room Booking Information System can provide more flexible information.

Abstract

In this study there are 3 topics of discussion, namely the problem of monitoring the teaching presence of lecturers, recording data on the use of the room into a database that can be accessed by an online application in realtime. The methodology used in this study is the prototype method which has the following stages: 1. Identification of needs, 2. Building Prototype, 3. Coding, 4. Testing and Evaluation of Prototype ,. The system is created using the application of Radio Frequency Identification (RFId) technology, the PHP programming language and MySQL as the software and database. RFId technology is used as an input device when lecturers enter using the RFId Card. The RFId Card is used by lecturers for attendance that will be automatically recorded into the database along with the room, day and hour data. This system can be accessed by users through a web-based application to facilitate the Academic Section, the Financial Section and the Head of the Study Program and the leadership to monitor and track the number of lecturers' teaching attendance in class. The result is a monitoring and recording system for teaching attendance based on RFId lecturers and this database helps the Academic Section, the Finance Section and the Head of the Study Program and the leadership in monitoring and overseeing lecturer attendance.

Abstract

In the process of product marketing micro, small and medium enterprises on Shop Rumah Kemasan Pandeglang, still being done by marketing the product through the storefront and the goods are stored in the warehouse so that the search, counting of goods directly gets to the warehouse and recording is still using bookkeeping so that the service process for goods is slow, it often happens that goods are not found resulting in data loss, it is necessary to have a system that manages the transaction process for data collection and online sales in order to increase the number of sales and minimize data loss. The system that will be designed later is the e-commerce and payment API midtrans, this research was conducted to increase sales of micro, small and medium business products by providing a system that can be accessed by everyone anywhere and anytime so that in the system that will be built later, buyers no longer need to wait long to buy products and for payments there is no need to make cash payments just online, and for product sellers can speed up the sales process, organized data management. In the design and development stage of e-commerce applications, researchers use the Extreme Programming method, modeling using the UML which produces a software that is expected, and the language used in this development is the PHP programming language, the MySQL database and for payments based on the Midtrans payment gateway application programming interface.

Abstract

Development of technology in this era is now increasingly rapid, thus triggering humans to enter a new era in life known as E-Life (Electronic life), which means that in this life has been influenced by various needs electronically. At present there are increasingly widespread activities that have been based on electronic devices to support human needs such as e-commerce, e-library, e-government, e-journal, e-medicine, e-laboratory, e-learning and other things related to devices electronic. Because this is an early age Arabic language teaching must be done to prepare themselves to compete in the current era of globalization. but in terms of teaching Arabic to early childhood there are obstacles, namely children sometimes get bored and lazy when learning Arabic. The design of this application is based on Android mobile to facilitate learning. The purpose of designing this application so that children are not bored learning English and have an interest in learning Arabic, in addition to directing the habit of children playing into children more like learning Arabic.

Abstract

Education institutions, especially universities, can not be separated from the activities that will surely related to academic information. Announcements made automatically by the system in one direction. When the internal information is collected, then the system will do the writing into database that is then processed to be sent to the corresponding number. So the message or information can be delivered quickly. A system used to simultaneously send SMS / Broadcast one them is the SMS Gateway. For now Academic School of Computer Science have yet to implement SMS Gateway application, and for that reason the authors decided to design and build a SMS Gateway Application that will be used as a tool that can help in the management of the notification to immediately. Of these problem led to the idea create web application SMS Gateway, SMS Gateway, and Android Application, which also can perform data management and messaging. The methodology used in the making of appliction is the waterfall methods. Web programming language is php. While android application using java. To view using Jquery, CSS, and Boostrap. MySql for Database. Tool and Editions used is XAMPP for windows 1.7.3, Photoshop, and Android Studio
