Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the marketing strategies used by insurance agents in finding Sun life insurance accounts. This study uses descriptive and qualitative methods which include observation, library science, documentation, data processing, data presentation, and reasoning. According to the survey, researchers follow a cycle to plan, seek, approach, find, present facts, and end objections to the specific address of the insurance agent receiving the payment. Insurance agents often refer customers, often visit individuals, provide detailed explanations and insights about insurance, provide excellent information and service, and provide customers with excellent information and services to retain and improve their customers. Abstract

Kehadiran Virus Corona membuat segala aktivitas kita mengalami perubahan rutinitas, termasuk dalam hal pendidikan. Dulu pembelajaran disekolah dilaksanakan secara tatap muka, akan tetapi saat ini kegiatan pembelajaran harus dilakukan secara online. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar efektivitas pembelajaran secara daring dimasa pandemi covid 19 bagi siswa/siswi SMA Darussalam Kota Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Kualitatif dengan metode survei dan kuisioner melalui googleform. Responden dari penelitian ini hanya berjumlah 24 siswa/siswi (1 kelas) dikarenakan sedang adanya pelaksanaan Ujian Akhir Semester. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa 98% siswa/siswi menginginkan pembelajaran secara tatap muka, sedangkan hanya 2% saja Siswa yang menginginkan pembelajaran daring, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran daring secara terus menerus selama masa pandemi ini kurang efektif. Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran Daring; Covid-19; Siswa.   ABSTRACT       The presence of the Corona Virus has made all our activities experience changes in routine, including in terms of education. In the past, learning in schools was carried out face-to-face, but now learning activities must be carried out online. The purpose of this study was to find out how much effective online learning is during the covid 19 pandemic for Darussalam High School students, Medan City. This study uses a qualitative model with survey methods and questionnaires through google form. Respondents from this study only amounted to 24 students (1 class) due to the implementation of the Semester Final Examination. The results of this study indicate that 98% of students want face-to-face learning, while only 2% of students want online learning, so it can be concluded that continuous online learning during this pandemic is less effective.  Keywords: Online Learning; Covid-19; Students.
