Abstract

The rapid growth of e-commerce has made live streaming a vital marketing tool for real-time engagement with consumers. However, the profession comes with distinct occupational health risks. This paper investigates the physical, biological, ergonomic, psychosocial, and chemical risks they face, such as disrupted circadian rhythms, voice strain, and mental health pressures.. This study addresses the specific health challenges of e-commerce live streamers and proposes strategies to improve their well-being. A community service project, using a qualitative approach, was implemented to support live streamers through educational workshops, personalized consultations, and community-building activities. A literature review identified physical, biological, ergonomic, psychosocial, and chemical hazards. The program, with 193 participants, raised awareness of health risks and resulted in positive behavioral changes, such as improved ergonomic practices and mental health management. Participants reported enhanced well-being and better work-life balance, though challenges like time constraints and limited consultation resources were noted.To mitigate these risks, industry stakeholders should prioritize health interventions, including ergonomic adjustments and mental health support. Future research should evaluate the long-term impact of these interventions and establish policies to safeguard the health and productivity of live streamers.

Abstract

Gangguan jiwa merupakan permasalahan kesehatan yang disebabkan oleh gangguan biologis, sosial, psikilogis, genetik, fisik atau kimiawi dengan jumlah penderita yang terus meningkat dari tahun ketahun. Skizofrenia adalah gangguan otak yang multikausalitas, kronisitas, dengan berbagai manifestasi gejala dalam perjalanan proses penyakitnya. Tanda dan gejala yang timbul akibat skizofrenia berupa gejala positif dan negatif seperti resiko perilaku kekerasan. Perilaku kekerasan adalah suatu keadaan seseorang melakukan tindakan yang dapat membahayakan secara fisik baik terhadap diri sendiri, orang lain dan lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui asuhan keperawatan dan intervensi yang tepat pada pasien dengan diagnosa perilaku kekerasan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus menggunakan proses keperawatan dengan 5 tahapan diantaranya pengumpulan dan analisa data, merumuskan diagnosis keperawatan, intervensi keperawatan, implementasi keperawatan, evaluasi keperawatan. Setelah dilakukan tindakan keperawatan didapatkan bahwa risiko perilaku kekerasan pada klien menurun. Penerapan tahapan strategi pelaksanaan 1 sampai 5 dapat menurunkan risiko perilaku kekerasan serta edukasi kepada keluarga klien untuk pemantauan kepatuhan minum obat secara teratur agar dapat mengurangi kekambuhan. Hal ini bisa menjadi salah satu cara untuk mengendalikan emosi sehingga dapat menurunkan risiko perilaku kekerasan.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model on students’ learning motivation and critical thinking skills in fourth-grade Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) classes in Magelang Regency. The study was motivated by the relatively low levels of students’ learning motivation and critical thinking skills in IPAS instruction, which has predominantly been conducted using conventional teaching methods. Therefore, a more active, contextual, and student-centered learning model was considered necessary. This research employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental method with a non-equivalent control group design. The sample consisted of an experimental class taught using the PjBL model and a control class taught using conventional instruction. The research instruments included a learning motivation questionnaire and a critical thinking skills test, both of which had been tested for validity and reliability. The data were analyzed using MANOVA to determine the effect of the PjBL model on both dependent variables simultaneously and partially. The results indicated that the Project Based Learning model had a significant effect on students’ learning motivation and critical thinking skills, both partially and simultaneously. Thus, the implementation of PjBL was proven to be effective in improving the quality of IPAS learning in elementary schools and in strengthening students’ critical thinking skills and learning motivation.
