Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of employer branding on the interest in applying for job with the company reputation as a mediating variable. This study usin type survey of quantitative research design. The research sample is 170 active students in Indonesia, for data analysis using statistical tests and calculations using SmartPLS 3.0 analysis. Based on the results of the questionnaire that has been processed using the SmartPLS tool, it shows that the employer branding variable (X) towards the interest applying for job variable (Z) is a significant influence, then the connection of the employer branding variable (X) towards the company reputation variable (Y) is significant, afterwards the company reputation variable (Y) towards the interest in applying for a job (Z) has a significant influence, subsequently shows the path connection between employer branding variable (X) towards the interest in applying for job variable (Z) through the company reputation (Y) as a mediating variable has significant influence.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aimed to determine the effect of the work environment and reward on employee engagement at PT Futaba Industrial Indonesia. Design/methodology/approach: This study uses quantitative descriptive research methods. The results showed that the work environment influences employee engagement, wherein the T-statistics for the variable work environment (X1) on employee engagement variables (Y) amounted to 3,847 more than T-table 1,675. The original sample estimate value shows a positive value of 0.279, which indicates that the direction of the work environment variable (X1) to the employee engagement variable (Y) is a significant positive effect. Thus Ha was accepted into the study. Findings: The original sample estimate value shows a positive, indicating that the direction of the work environment variable (X1) to the employee engagement variable (Y) is a significant positive effect. The original sample estimate value shows that the relationship of the reward variable (X2) to the employee engagement variable (Y) is significantly positive. Research limitations/implications: This research is only used as a sample, and the population is only in the welding section because it is not allowed to conduct research, so the results of this study are not comprehensive for all units in the company. Future research is expected to research all units in the company so that the research results. Paper type: Research paper

Abstract

Poverty is an important problem related to population in many countries, including Indonesia. In 2020, Indonesia was hit by the Covid-19 pandemic which hit the economic sector and people's lives, in addition to health itself. The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) stated that the number of poor people in Indonesia increased by more than 2.7 million people due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Poverty is a human problem. From this dimension, the existence of poverty carries the consequence of a moral responsibility for everyone to pay attention to the lives of people living in poverty. Poverty is also a violation of human rights. In dealing with the economy, as a person who has high tolerance and solidarity, he will optimize his actions to overcome the economy by collecting funds from several people who have the same mission in tackling the economy, especially in the field of education for orphans and poor people. Because education is the foundation for overcoming poverty in the future. This study uses a descriptive approach by making observations and providing optimization efforts to overcome the economy by using the Education Assistance Fund program funds in the Pengasinan area, Rawalumbu, Bekasi.

Abstract

Marketing strategies through online media are very important for business people, in the current era that already has increasingly advanced technology. the purpose of doing community service is so that the community can develop their business in terms of marketing through online media. Therefore, it is necessary to implement the following: (1) explain and provide marketing training through online media so that it is more widespread (2) create a home-based business product label design to make it more attractive (3) create educational content for home-based business actors so that others can find out about marketing through online media.

Abstract

The purpose of implementing community service is to improve the quality of human resources in understanding digital marketing in the village of Jayabakti. The development of digital marketing is still not well understood by the public because of the lack of directors and training on digital marketing. The method of implementing community service applies socialization and training methods to advance marketing in the Jayabakti Village community. Implementation of community service is carried out with three activities (1) digital marketing outreach, (2) training in marketing techniques through digital media or social media, (3) marketing consulting. The results of community service activities are proven by the level of understanding of the community regarding digital marketing and MSME actors who have started using social media as product marketing.

Abstract

Digital marketing implemented by MSMEs in Pantai Mekar Village is based on market segmentation, target market, and positioning for the lower middle class, upper middle class because the prices given are cheaper than the general market price. The obstacles that occur in MSMEs are the lack of promotion in marketing their products, the lack of effective and efficient promotion and not carrying out digital promotions. The purpose of implementing this community service is to assist business actors in providing Digital-Based Online Marketing Training to Increase Online Business Sales for MSMEs in Pantai Mekar Village, Muara Gembong District, Bekasi Regency. The method of community service activities begins with the stages of preparation and field surveys. The implementation of community service is divided into three activities, namely digital marketing training for MSMEs, training on how to create digital content through workshops and practices, and evaluation of the training that has been carried out. The result of community service related to digital marketing is to become a forum and means of education and add insight to MSMEs regarding the use and utilization of digital marketing.

Abstract

Harapanjaya Beach Village is located close to rivers and beaches which often cause flooding. Floods that often occur are in the form of tidal floods and dispatch floods which cause obstructions to access to and from the village. The water level at some points could reach one meter from the ground, forcing residents to evacuate. To minimize the impact received, a flood warning system is needed by considering the water level in rivers, sea water and also rainfall. This flood warning system works by using simple materials in the form of PVC pipes, flip flops, and alarms which will be installed on the river banks. This system can prevent excessive material and human losses and can save electronic goods. After socialization, residents, especially young people, know how the flood warning system works so they can expand the use of a simple flood warning system. The implementation of community service has an impact, namely increasing the knowledge of young people in making simple flood alarms, reducing material and physical losses due to overflowing floods, and being wary of electronic goods when floods strike.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of dual role conflict and work stress on the performance of female employees at PT. Prime Monysaga. The sample used as many as 95 people, data collection techniques by conducting interviews, observations, questionnaires, and literature study. The data were processed using SPSS version 22. The results showed that the partial negative and significant effect of the multiple role conflict variable on the performance variable was -0.599 (ꞵ₁) as evidenced by the t-count value of -3.978 and (sig. 0.000) > 0.05 while the negative effect and partially significant work stress variable on the performance variable of -0.269 as evidenced by the t-count value -2.215 and (sig. 0.029) <0.05 simultaneously there is a significant effect of multiple role conflict and work stress on performance as evidenced by the f-count value 18.522 and (sig 0.000), the Adjusted R Square value is 0.272, which means 27.2% dual role conflict and work stress affect performance and the remaining 72.8% is influenced by factors not examined in this study.
