Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to determine the effect of the work environment and supply chain planning and operationson, work environment and leadership on job satisfaction and its implication toward the performance of the job satisfaction,  job satisfaction on performance and work environment and leadership through job satisfaction on performance. The sample size in this study using Slovin formula with large ? used is 5%, thus the sample size is 80 people. Research used a quantitative analysis method, using path analysis, followed by determination analysis (R Square), partial hypothesis testing (t-test) and simultaneous (F test) with alpha 5 percent (0.05). The analytical tool uses SPSS version 21.0 for windows. The results of this study show that leadership and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance and satisfaction as well as job satisfaction, have an influence on the performance of employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the positive and significant effect of training on employee performance through career development as an intervening variable at PT. Mila & Juniors. The subjects in this study were all employees of PT. Mila & Juniors using a quantitative approach method. Meanwhile, to analyze the pattern of relationships between variables in this study using path analysis with the aim of knowing the direct or indirect effect of a set of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of this study state that there is a direct influence between training on employee performance at PT. Mila & Juniors without going through Career Development.

Abstract

This study aims to determine employee performance is influenced by work skills directly or indirectly through work experience as an intervening variable in CV Osano Sablon and Embroidery. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach method carried out through surveys, observations, and interviews. The results in research and analysis based on the intervening or mediation test show that the value of the indirect effect through work experience is greater than the value of the direct influence of work skills on employees' performance. With these results, it can be concluded that the work experience variable can be a variable that mediates the effect of work skills on employee performance in CV. Osano Screen Printing and Embroidery.

Abstract

The research objective to be achieved is to determine the effect of service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry Co Tbk, East Jakarta. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were customers of Ultrajaya Milk Industry Co Tbk, East Jakarta. The sampling technique uses the incidental sampling technique. Before testing the hypothesis, the data instrument is tested; first, the data analysis method uses simple linear regression and path analysis. The research results can be concluded as follows: 1). Service quality has a positive and significant effect directly on customer loyalty. 2). Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect directly on customer loyalty. 3). Service quality has a positive and significant effect directly on customer loyalty. 4). Service quality has an indirect positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry Co Tbk, East Jakarta.

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of debt to equity ratio and net profit margin on the stock price of Pharmaceutical companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of approach in this research is quantitative—the type of analysis using associative analysis with the classical assumption method, model testing, and hypothesis testing. Simultaneous research results affect stock prices. Partially debt to equity ratio and net profit margin affect stock prices. The coefficient of standardization of the most significant beta is the variable net profit margin, so it can be concluded that the most influential variable is the variable net profit margin.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of existing employees at Starbucks Coffee Cibubur Branch is influenced by the work environment through Motivation. This research was conducted on employees of the Starbucks Coffee Cibubur Branch. The research method used in this study is a data collection method used by distributing questionnaires to respondents or employees. This study uses the method of total sampling, or saturated sampling, where the sample used is all population members. The results of this study indicate that the work environment does not affect employee performance. Motivation affects employee performance. The work environment affects Motivation, and employee performance affects the work environment through Motivation. With these results,
