Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to determine the effect of the work environment and supply chain planning and operationson, work environment and leadership on job satisfaction and its implication toward the performance of the job satisfaction,  job satisfaction on performance and work environment and leadership through job satisfaction on performance. The sample size in this study using Slovin formula with large ? used is 5%, thus the sample size is 80 people. Research used a quantitative analysis method, using path analysis, followed by determination analysis (R Square), partial hypothesis testing (t-test) and simultaneous (F test) with alpha 5 percent (0.05). The analytical tool uses SPSS version 21.0 for windows. The results of this study show that leadership and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance and satisfaction as well as job satisfaction, have an influence on the performance of employees.

Abstract

This research was titled "Influence Analysis of Training and Work Environment To Employees Performance at PT Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia”The purpose of this research was to obtain the information about ralationship between independent variable which is training (X1) and work environment (X2) with variable dependent which is employees performance (Y), either through partial and also by simultan. Research method that was used is with approach of Explanatory Analysis that was explained relationship of causality between variableSampling techniques can be done randomly (simple random sampling) of the 1400 respondents, by using the formula Slovin, samples can be used only 93 employees.Results of this research are: 1). Simultaneously training and work environment have a positive impact, relatively strong and significant to work employees performance at PT Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia. This is indicated by acquisition of R-Square amount of 78% and the remaining 22% is influenced by other factors which not examined, those are leadership and motivation. 2). Partially training has a positive effect, relatively strong and significant to work employees performance at PT Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia. This is indicated by acquisition of R-Square amount of 66%.      3). Partially work environment have a positive impact, relatively strong and significant to work employees performance at PT Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia. This is indicated by the acquisition of R-square amount of 47%.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to find out the raw of materials and supply chain management impact to company’s production progress. Population from this research are employee production division of PT. Niro Ceramic Nasional Indonesia as more as 250 persons and sample used are 130 respondents. Research method used is quantitative method, analysis technique multiple regression and simple regression.  The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the raw of materials and supply chain management 45,9 % from the progress of production. 31,7 %. and from the Raw of materials to production process 16,0 % from the supply chain management to production process.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the training and communication on the performance of employees of PT. Mustika Ratu Tbk Ciracas, East Jakarta. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Mustika Ratu Tbk Ciracas, East Jakarta, totaling 665 employees, using the slovin formula, obtained a sample of 87 employees. The sampling technique is probability sampling using proportionate stratified random sampling. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to respondents, while the research method used simple and multiple linear regression analysis.  The results of this study obtained data showing that either partially or simultaneously training and communication have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Mustika Ratu Tbk Ciracas, East Jakarta.

Abstract

This research was intended to analyse the influence of factor of ability and motivation to soldier performance in Lantamal II environment.The research used approach of Explanatory analysis. It means each variable which is presented at hypothesis will be observed through the test of causal relation between independent variable to dependent variable.Method of data analyse that was used in this research was double linear regression which was obtained the equation of the following regression as follows: Y = 24,850 + 0,483X1 + 0,321X2Verification of hypothesis use statistical test by simultan (F test) with significant value 0,000 for alpha 5% and have influence 84,4%, so there is other factor equal to 15,6% which influence to soldier performance. For ability variable have influence equal to 86,7% and t significant 0,000 for alpha 5% and for the motivation variable have influence equal to 68,7% with t significant 0,000 for alpha 5%. Based to result of analysis indicate that at significant level 5%, ability and motivation simultaneously have positive influence and significant to soldier performance in Lantamal II environment, and likewise partially variable of ability and motivation have positive influence at significant level 5%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance appraisal and work motivation on the work productivity of Klinik Utama Primera Clinica Wilayah Jakarta Timur. The type of research used is associative research with quantitative methods. This study uses a saturated sample with a total sample of 53 employees of Klinik Utama Primera Clinica Wilayah Jakarta Timur. The analytical tool used is partially and simultaneous linear regression. The results showed that simultaneous performance appraisal and work motivation could encourage an increase in employee work productivity, while partially performance appraisal and work motivation could increase the work productivity of Klinik Utama Primera Clinica Wilayah Jakarta Timur.

Abstract

PT. Dcika Prima Mahkota is engaged in Cake & Bakery which is known as D'Cika Cakes & Bakery. We are a growing company, currently we have 13 branches in Jakarta and Bekasi with professional experts in their fields. This study aims to analyze the simultaneous effect of price and promotion on increasing sales, analyzing the partial effect of price on increasing sales and analyzing the partial effect of promotion on increasing sales. The analysis technique uses path analysis and multiple regression. The results of the analysis show that the price and promotion simultaneously have a significant effect on increasing sales, which means that the more affordable the price is and the more attractive the promoted product can increase sales. Price has an effect on increasing sales, this shows that the more affordable the price offered to consumers can increase sales. Promotions are increasingly interested in promotions that can improve purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze stock prices are influenced by earnings per share through debut to equity at PT. Unilever Tbk. This study is a causal associative study with a quantitative approach. The population of this study are companies engaged in the manufacturing, marketing, and distribution of household consumer goods, beverages and food from 2013-2020 listed on the IDX. This sampling used purposive sampling technique and PT. Unilever Tbk as the research sample in this study. The data collection technique was taken from the idx website. The data analysis technique used is the path analysis model test. The results of the study show that the direct effect of partially EPS on stock prices has a positive and significant effect, DER on stock prices has a negative and significant effect, while EPS on DER has a negative and significant effect while the indirect effect of EPS on stock prices through DER has a significant effect.

Abstract

This research was entitled "Influence Analysis of Career Development and Compensation to Employees Work Satisfaction at PT. Pelat Timah Nusantara, Tbk. The purpose of this research was to obtain the information about relationship between independent variables which are career development eX) and compensation ~) with dependent variable is employee satisfaction (y), either partially or simultaneously. The method was used IS with Explanatory Analysis approach which describes the causality relationship between variables. The sampling technique can be done randomly (simple random sampling) of 220 respondents, but samples which can be used only 69 employees and to resolve the problems, by analyze and test the relationship and influence between independent variables to dependent variables was used causality models through-regression analysis. The results of this research were; 1). Simultaneously, career development and compensation have positive influence, strong and significant to employees work satisfaction at PT. Pelat Timab Nusantara Tbk. It was indicated by the acquisition of R-Square is 65% and remaining 35% is influenced by other factors which not examined were absent level of employees was high enough, work environment was less conducive and leaders whose less understand the level of employees capabilities. 2). Partially, career development have positive influence, strong enough and significant to employees work satisfaction at PT Pelat Timah Nusantara Tbk, It is indicated by the acquisition ofR-Square is 56%.3). Partially, compensation have positive influence, weak and significant to employees work satisfaction at PT Timab Nusantara Plates, Tbk. It is indicated by the acquisition ofR-square is 37%.

Abstract

To determine the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee performance PT. Bank BCA KCP Citra Towers Kemayoran. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Bank BCA KCP Citra Towers Kemayoran, amounting to 30 people. The sample uses a saturated sampling technique, all members of the population are sampled, because the relative number is small, while the data analysis method uses partially and simultaneous linear regression. The results showed that partially or simultaneous work discipline and work environment had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Bank BCA KCP Citra Towers Kemayoran.
