Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of motives and satisfaction withlistener loyalty programs humming dusk and information Banjarmasin Abdi Persada Fm Radio . . The underlying motives for using media audiences and the satisfaction he felt after using these media will affect the loyalty to a media audience .According to Childers , et al . , ( 2001) in Christodoulides and Michaelidou ( 2010) , can be used as a basic motif that is useful in understanding the behavior of qkonsumensuch as satisfaction and loyalty . multiple linear regression analysis . results of the studyindicate that the motif of information and entertainment motifs are motifs listenerswhich has been able to be satisfied by the program humming dusk and information Banjarmasin Abdi Persada Fm Radio . While the motives of personal identity and personal relationships have not been satisfied . Directly proportional to the low condition of listener loyalty . Abstract

  One of the executing agency is the PNPM Urban Community Self-Reliance Agency (BKM). BKM is a collective leadership council society resident population of the village, and as the BKM institutions can act as a representation of civil society village residents. In some villages in the district east Banjarmasin, found that in his travels, BKM various constraints both internal and external, among others: internal constraints such as: yet the prevalence of human resource capabilities associated with the BKM BKM concepts so that the dependence on the coordinator is still large. External constraints such as indifference from the majority community towards poverty reduction so as to make some programs, particularly environmental obstacles. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that. BKM performed the role of communication in disseminating the National Program for Community Empowerment in Urban Banjarmasin run effectively enough to remember the people who began to use the program PNPM Urban community even ask for increasingly easy in the governance practices as well as the implementation of the PNPM Urban continuously improved and sustained. Abstract

 Monitoring the location of the current space is needed as one of the security or surveillance which can be used for state information on the location of the room. No matter if we are at the location, but if we are not on the site, of course we can not see or monitor room / where we left off. The lack of oversight / monitoring done if leaders are not in an office, employees often abuse that opportunity to other interests, such as out of the office during working hours, lunch break over the time limit is set, perform activities outside duties and functions as an employee, and behaviors of others. It is most likely to solve it is by monitoring the room (streaming webcam) using HP / SmartPhone, with the help of the PC, Modem, Network Internet, and Mobile devices themselves.Keywords: Mobile, Monitoring Room, Webcam, Performance Improvement.
