Abstract

Monitoring the location of the current space is needed as one of the security or surveillance which can be used for state information on the location of the room. No matter if we are at the location, but if we are not on the site, of course we can not see or monitor room / where we left off. The lack of oversight / monitoring done if leaders are not in an office, employees often abuse that opportunity to other interests, such as out of the office during working hours, lunch break over the time limit is set, perform activities outside duties and functions as an employee, and behaviors of others. It is most likely to solve it is by monitoring the room (streaming webcam) using HP / SmartPhone, with the help of the PC, Modem, Network Internet, and Mobile devices themselves. Keywords: Mobile, Monitoring Room, Webcam, Performance Improvement.

Abstract

The social media is assumed as canal to get information during the pandemic of COVID-19, however it also indicate the landscape of the media. During the pandemic, social media produces information, however several are inaccurate, therefore it coins new terms such as infodemic. On the other hand, government afraid that it might cause confusion and questioning the legitimate information for the economic and health reasons. The other important assumption is due to its popularity, the social media function as means of education and socialization. Therefore the goals of the study are, first is showing information as education and socialization or as infodemic; second is show actors dominate the social media discussion; third is to map the changing of the media’s landscape. Object of study is twitter during the three stages of PSBB (Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar) or large scale social restriction; the first, the transition and the full scale. The result shows that civil society as well as government educate and socialize to prevent the spread of pandemic. However, there are several unpopular infodemic and seldom re-Tweet. Individual plays important role rather that the media indusry, and it indicate the transition period of the media, where the media industry plays important role in the social media’s information due to its dominant Tweet.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low mathematical representation ability of elementary school students, particularly in the data presentation material. Students are still experiencing difficulty in communicating mathematical ideas visually, symbolically, and verbally. This condition is exacerbated by a learning process that tends to be conventional, a lack of media innovation, and the unavailability of technology-based teaching materials that support representation skills. Therefore, this research aims to develop mathematics E-LKPD based on the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) model to improve students' representation abilities. This research was conducted at MI Al-Ishlah Bobos, involving 36 fifth-grade students as respondents. The method used in this research is Research and Development (R&D), referring to the ADDIE development model, which consists of five main stages: 1) Analysis, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) Implementation, and 5) Evaluation. Based on the validation results from the expert team, the following media feasibility levels were obtained: media experts 96%, language experts 93%, and content experts 100%, all of which fall into the very valid category. After making improvements to the media and content based on validator feedback, the researcher proceeded to the implementation stage with 36 fifth-grade students. The results of this implementation showed that the media received a score of 70%, which falls into the "good" category.
