Abstract

The level of competence has practical implications for human resource planning, the level of competence for knowledge and expertise tends to be more pronounced as one of the characteristics of humans, while attitudes, character traits and competency motives are more hidden and are at the central point of one's personality. Personality is a dynamic organization within an individual consisting of psycho-physical systems that determine the unique way of adapting the individual to his environment. Good or bad morals, depending on the conscience and character of each individual. There is a significant influence between the Personality Competency Analysis of PAI teachers in describing the moral exemplary of Bangun Mulia Pangkalan Berandan. A steady and stable personality with essential indicators, namely showing the ability to act as a professional teacher, he has consistency in acting as a professional teacher, has consistency in acting in accordance with the norms that apply in life. As a teacher, he must have a disciplined and wise person. This is important, because we still often see and hear students whose behavior is inappropriate and even contrary to good moral attitudes. must have a mature personality because sometimes many educational problems arise due to the lack of maturity of a teacher. Authorized Personality A teacher must have a behavior that has a positive effect on students. Able to operate computers and also focus on supporting good learning. In other words, Islamic education teachers are not technologically illiterate.

Abstract

Implementation of the Discovery Inquiry method in improving students' thinking skills in learning Islamic religious education for students of Tunas Mandiri Private Junior High School Tanjung Pura. This study uses quantitative research methods. The location of the research was carried out at the Tunas Mandiri Private Junior High School, Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency. The implementation of this research was carried out from April to June 2021. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of Discovery Inquiry in improving students' thinking skills in learning Islamic religious education for students of Tunas Mandiri Private Junior High School Tanjung Pura, Langkat Regency, whether there is a significant relationship significant. To prove this, the author conducted a study on the title. This research was conducted on 30 students of Tunas Mandiri Private Junior High School Tanjung Pura which were used as research samples. Data collection tools are library research, observation, questionnaires and interviews. The results of the questionnaire were processed by tabulating the data to determine the frequency. Based on the discussion of the research results in this thesis, it can be seen that the implementation of the Discovery Inquiry method for students of Tunas Mandiri Private Junior High School Tanjung Pura is very good (70%). Meanwhile, students' thinking ability in learning Islamic religious education for students of Tunas Mandiri Private Junior High School Tanjung Pura is good (73.3%). The results of the tabulation calculation between the implementation of the Discovery Inquiry method on students' thinking abilities in learning Islamic religious education for students of Tunas Mandiri Private Junior High School Tanjung Pura with a moderate or adequate level of significance.

Abstract

Identification of the problems found at the research location, namely: 1. Students are less active in participating in Akidah Akhlak lessons in the form of active discussions, actively asking or answering questions, actively giving opinions regarding the implementation of learning and teaching activities carried out online or online. 2. Students lack interest in learning in the subjects of Akidah Akhlak so that students do not understand the material of student moral development. 3. Teachers in the field of Akidah Akhlak have not implemented innovative and creative learning strategies in classroom teaching activities so that students are not actively involved in learning activities. The type of research used in this research is Classroom Research (Elfanany, 2014) with a field approach (field research), namely the researcher tries to maximally reveal facts, qualitative research is carried out. natural and man-made phenomena (Moleong, 2010). The subjects in this study were the head of the Madrasah, teachers of Akidah Akhlak studies, school operational staff and students. The sources of data in the implementation of this research are the head of the Madrasa as the subject as well as the object of research and the teacher of Akidah Akhlak in MTs. Private Jam'iyah Tanjung Pura. Data analysis techniques: 1) observation, 2) interviews, and 3) documentation. Test the validity of the data in this study using a credibility test conducted by triangulation. The results of the study show: (1) Learning and teaching activities in the field of Akidah Akhlak study class VII private MTs Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura have been running effectively and efficiently. Although learning and teaching activities are carried out with strict attention to health protocols, learning is still carried out online (in the network) and offline (outside the network), (2) the example of teachers in the field of Akidah Akhlak studies has played a very important role in carrying out the learning system, especially in shaping character. student learning grade VII MTs. Private Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura, (3) The process of character building for grade VII students of Private Jam'iyah MTs Tanjung Pura has been running effectively and efficiently, as evidenced by the results of observations at the research location and the results of interviews with informants that the example of a teacher of Akidah Akhlak can shape character. student learning, especially in the field of study of Akidah Akhlak.

Abstract

The problems are the lack of awareness of students to protect the school environment, lack of harmony between each other, there are still students who speak when the teacher explains and the lack of awareness of students in complying with the rules that apply at school. This research is a class action research (CAR) carried out in two cycles, where each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, acting, observing and reflecting. Using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The subjects of this study were 28 class IX students at MTs Kasratussa'adah. The results of the research in cycle I, the average student questionnaire results increased by 2.93 from the implementation of the pre-cycle. It is known that as many as 23 students (82.14%) are in the high category and the remaining 5 students (17.86%) are in the medium category. Because the researcher felt that these results had not reached the success criteria so that cycle II was carried out, in this action there was another increase, namely it was known that only 1 student (3.57%) was in the medium category and the remaining 27 students (96.43%) were in the high category. This shows that the consideration learning model that the researcher uses is able to increase students' caring attitude towards others, especially in the Aqidah Akhlak subject, even though it is not 100%.

Abstract

The management of career development for teachers in the era of the "Merdeka Belajar" curriculum in schools faces several challenges. One of these challenges is the increasing demand for complex competencies: The "Merdeka Belajar" curriculum requires teachers to possess broader and deeper competencies, such as pedagogical, personality, social, and professional competencies. This necessitates continuous self-development on the part of teachers to meet these demands. Additionally, there are limitations in terms of access to information and training: Not all teachers have equal access to the necessary information and training required to develop their professional careers. This is particularly true for teachers working in remote areas or those with financial constraints. Furthermore, there is a lack of support and incentives: Support from schools and the government is crucial for teacher career development. However, not all schools provide adequate support in this regard. Moreover, the incentives offered are limited, thereby not sufficiently motivating teachers to pursue their professional careers. The lack of sustainable career development programs is also a concern: Current teacher career development programs are often limited to short training sessions or seminars. However, sustained career development programs would be more effective in helping teachers enhance their teaching quality and advance their professional careers. Additionally, the absence of clear national standards: The absence of clear national standards for teacher career development results in varying policies across different schools and regions. This can lead to disparities in teacher career development throughout the Indonesian regions.
