Abstract

Beef is a source of animal protein which is still the main choice in meeting the protein needs of some Indonesians. The logistic network mapping problem becomes the main problem in reducing selling prices and meeting the demand for beef in Bandung Municipality. There are three main streams in beef distribution channels, namely material, information and financial flows, where the three streams are interconnected and influence. The flow of material flows from upstream to downstream, namely from butchers to beef consumers. Financial flows flow from downstream to upstream, namely from the final consumer of beef to the butcher. The flow of information flows in the chain reciprocally. The flow of material is divided into two types, namely imported and local beef. Local beef distribution flows from feedlots, local breeders, slaughterhouses, beef wholesalers butchers, retailers to final consumers, namely Horeca, processed industries and household consumers. The components involved in the imported beef logistics network are companies importing beef imported from Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Spain and India in the form of frozen meat. The financial flow contains the prices from the dealer to the end consumer as well as the payment process. While the flow of information contains beef suppliers, location of purchase, quality of beef and the amount of beef stock in Bandung City. The survey method made beef logistics mapping can be carried out in more detail and clearly. Research on beef logistics route mapping in Bandung certainly very useful for parties involved in beef distribution channel in Bandung. Key Words : beef logistic, inbound logistic, outbound logistic

Abstract

Abstrak : PT Aerospace System Bandung ini merupakan manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang kedirgantaraan yang memproduksi sparepart pesawat Didalam proses pengelolaan stock material di gudang di temukan permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu ketidakcocokan stock on hand dengan stock aktual material di gudang material. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab dan usulan perbaikan sebagai upaya untuk meminimalisir terjadinya permasalahn tersebut.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) dan Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Data yang digunakan yaitu data selisih stock on hand dengan stock aktual material pada tempat penyimpanan ST-M di gudang material. Pada analisis FTA menggunakan pohon kesalahan dengan hubungan kausalitas yang dihubungkan dengan logic gate, pada analisis FMEA menggunakan perhitungan Risk Priority Number dengan penentuan nilai severity, occurrence, dan detection dan usulan perbaikan menggunakan 5W+1H. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, faktor penyebab terjadinya ketidaksesuaian stock on hand dengan stock aktual material di gudang material yaitu faktor manusia, mesin dan lingkungan. Hasil perhitungan Risk Priority Number (RPN) didapatkan nilai RPN terbesar hingga terkecil, 80% dari nilai presentase kumulatif RPN dari beberapa penyebab yang menjadi prioritas utama perbaikan antara lain yaitu terlalu banyaknya aktivitas pada mesin tempat penyimpananan, barang yang terjatuh ke tempat yang sulit dijangkau, barang yang tertimbun barang lain, dan kurangnya tempat penyimpanan. Usulan perbaikan untuk meminimalisir terjadinya masalah yaitu dilakukan pembatasan aktivitas pada mesin tempat penyimpanan dan tidak memaksa mesin untuk terus berjalan ketika sudah terdapat peringatan, dilakukan penambahan tempat penyimpanan, dilakukann standarisasi tempat-tempat yang ada di gudang dan dilakukan pemisahan barang-barang/material yang berada di satu tempat. Kata Kunci : Selisih Stock, Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) Abstack :PT Aerospace System Bandung is a manufacturer engaged in the aerospace sector that produces aircraft spare parts. In the process of managing material stock in the warehouse, a problem was found, namely the incompatibility of stock on hand with the actual stock of material in the material warehouse. The purpose of this study is to determine the causal factors and suggestions for improvement as an effort to minimize the occurrence of these problems. This study uses the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) methods. The data used is data on the difference between stock on hand and actual stock of material at the ST-M storage area in the material warehouse. In the FTA analysis using a fault tree with a causal relationship connected to the logic gate, in the FMEA analysis using the Risk Priority Number calculation by determining the severity, occurrence, and detection values and the proposed improvement using 5W+1H. Based on the results of the analysis, the factors causing the stock on hand discrepancy with the actual material stock in the material warehouse are human, machine and environmental factors. The results of the calculation of the Risk Priority Number (RPN) obtained from the largest to the smallest RPN value, 80% of the cumulative RPN percentage value from several causes that are the main priority for improvement, including too many activities on the storage machine, items that fall into places that are difficult to reach, items that are buried in other items, and lack of storage space. Proposed improvements to minimize the occurrence of problems, namely limiting activities to the storage machine and not forcing the machine to continue running when there is a warning, adding storage space, standardizing the places in the warehouse and separating goods/materials that are in one place. Abstract

PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) which is active in postal and logistics services. The Postal Processing Center itself is a postal institution whose mission is to plan, organize, implement and control and is responsible for the implementation of the CPTDR process.The occurrence of delivery failures at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Sekejati Bandung Branch reached 4% in a period of four months, this shows that DC Sekejati Bandung has not achieved the target determined by the company, where the company itself determines the maximum percentage for delivery failures of only 2%. In the research carried out by the author, the methods used were the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) Method and also the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) Method to solve the problems that occurred. Based on the results of the analysis carried out, the author found that the most frequent problems were unclear addresses and recipients changing addresses.

Abstract

The use of information systems and information technology today greatly facilitates and helps in daily work. The rise of MSMEs, CVs and Startups in various fields of expertise certainly have their own business financial records. However, most of the company's financial records are still manual, so an accounting or financial information system was designed to facilitate the company's financial records. The creation of this company's accounting or financial information system certainly has several stages that must be passed. The waterfall method, which is one of the software development methods, is used in the creation of this accounting or financial information system. This is because by using the waterfall method, each stage can be done easily and clearly. The results of this study in the form of a company's accounting or financial information system will certainly make it easier for companies to help record company finances.

Abstract

This study aims to find out (1) how is the quality of service provided by Shopee and Tokopedia, (2) the gap between the performance and expectations of Shopee and Tokopedia users on the quality of service of Shopee and Tokopedia, (3) what attributes are considered important by users Shopee and Tokopedia originating from Majalengka Regency are in accordance with the seven dimensions of SERVQUAL (4) proposed priority actions for what can be done to improve the quality of Shopee and Tokopedia services. This type of research is a quantitative research with a questionnaire method. The analysis used is Gap Analysis and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The calculation process uses SPSS version 23. The results of the study show that (1) seen from the difference test, the level of conformity analysis and the reality-expectation gap analysis based on the seven dimensions of SERVQUAL, the quality of Shopee and Tokopedia services is good in meeting the expectations of Shopee and Tokopedia users, (2 ) the average gap on Shopee's service quality attributes is negative except for the attributes on the dimensions of fulfillment, reliability, and contact. While all the attributes of Tokopedia's service quality are negative, (3) Based on the mapping on Shopee's service quality, there are 2 attributes that are considered important by Shopee users and need priority action. Whereas for the Tokopedia application, there are 3 attributes that are considered important, (4) evaluating and improving based on the mapping results through a Cartesian diagram on 2 Shopee attributes and 3 Tokopedia attributes that require priority action.
