Abstract

Industri pangan menjadi salah satu faktor yang dapat menciptakan stabilitas ekonomi daerah, terkhusus di Jawa Barat. Tanaman pangan menjadi salah satu subsektor pertanian yang dominan di Jawa Barat. Tanaman pangan ini didominasi oleh produksi padi, jagung dan kedelai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat model distribusi dari industri pangan yang ada di Jawa Barat terkhusus untuk komoditas padi, jagung dan kedelai. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis model distribusinya adalah metode Sistem Dinamik. Dengan Sistem Dinamik diharapkan dapat mengetahui titik lemah proses distribusi yang dilakukan selama ini, sehingga proses distribusinya bisa berjalan dengan baik. Dari model yang dibuat dan dikembangkan dengan metode sistem dinamik, dapat teridentifikasi variabel-variabel apa saja yang berpengaruh terhadap pendistribusian komoditas pangan tersebut. Variabel yang mempengaruhi model distribusi komoditas beras di Jawa Barat yaitu disparitas harga beras yang tinggi dan rantai distribusi beras yang panjang. Variabel yang mempengaruhi model distribusi komoditas jagung pipilan dan kedelai di Jawa Barat yaitu karakteristik pelaku perdagangan yang berbeda antara produsen/petani, pedagang besar dan pengecer; kualitas, disparitas harga, marjin usaha, dan peran sentra produksi dalam memasok pasar; sistem saluran pemasaran yang berkembang.

Abstract

Abstack: PT Dirgantara Indonesia melakukan pembelian dan penjualan material pesawat ke beberapa maskapai dalam dan luar negeri. Dengan adanya aktivitas pembelian, penjualan maka dapat dipastikan bahwa pengelolaan persediaan untuk PT Dirgantara Indonesia menjadi salah satu yang perlu diperhatikan. Dalam aktivitas bisnis penjualan material pesawat maka pergerakan barang material pesawat terbang di PT Dirgantara tentunya membutuhkan pengelolaan yang baik demi memudahkan perpindahan barang, pencatatan aktivitas barang yang masuk dan keluar serta barang yang tersedia di dalam penyimpanan EOQ merupakan salah satu teknik pengendalian persediaan tertua dan paling terkenal. Teknik ini relatif mudah digunakan, tetapi didasarkan pada beberapa asumsi. a) tingkat permintaan diketahui dan bersifat konstan b) lead time diketahui dan bersifat konstan c) persediaan diterima dengan segera d) tidak mungkin diberikan diskon e) biaya variabel yang muncul hanya biaya pemesanan dan biaya peyimpanan persediaan sepanjang waktu. dan f) keadaan kehabisan stok (kekurangan) dapat dihindari sama sekali bila pemesanan dilakukan pada waktu yang tepat. Hasil yang dihasilkan dari analisis peramalan pengendalian persedian ini adalah biaya persedian lebih optimal.Maka didapat kan kesimpulan 1. Material Sealent diketahui memiliki jumlah pemesanan optimum sebesar 22 unit, safety stock sebesar 4 unit, reorder point (ROP) sebesar 6 unit, dan total biaya persediaan Rp 194.141.040 2. Material Splice diketahui memiliki jumlah pemesanan optimum sebesar 267 unit, safety stock sebesar 3 unit, reorder point (ROP) sebesar 6 unit, dan total biaya persediaan Rp 11.431.060. 3.Material Packing diketahui memiliki jumlah pemesanan optimum sebesar 100 unit, safety stock sebesar 1 unit, reorder point (ROP) sebesar 1 unit, dan total biaya persediaan Rp 700.500. 4.Material Clamp diketahui memiliki jumlah pemesanan optimum sebesar 159 unit, safety stock sebesar 2 unit, reorder point (ROP) sebesar 3 unit, dan total biaya persediaan Rp 833.160. 5.Material Washer diketahui memiliki jumlah pemesanan optimum sebesar 478 unit, safety stock sebesar 20 unit, reorder point (ROP) sebesar 29 unit, dan total biaya persediaan Rp 15.492.020. Kata Kunci : Pengendalian,Persediaan, Sparepart Pesawat. Abstrack: PT Dirgantara Indonesia purchases and sells aircraft materials to several domestic and foreign airlines. With the existence of purchasing activities, sales, it can be ascertained that inventory management for PT Dirgantara Indonesia is one that needs attention. In the business activities of selling aircraft materials, the movement of aircraft material goods at PT Dirgantara certainly requires good management in order to facilitate the movement of goods, recording the activities of incoming and outgoing goods and goods available in EOQ storage is one of the oldest and most well-known inventory control techniques. This technique is relatively easy to use, but it is based on some assumptions. a) demand levels are known and are constant b) lead time is known and is constant c) inventory is received immediately d) it is impossible to be discounted e) variable costs arise only order costs and inventory storage costs around the clock. and f) out-of-stock (shortage) can be avoided altogether if orders are placed in a timely manner. Abstract

PT. Huayue Nickel Cobalt (called hync) is a joint venture between Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt Co., Ltd. And China Molybdenum Co., Ltd. As well as Tshingshan Stainless Steel in October 2018, the business range includes resource development, a nickel-cobalt metal extraction, and an integrated to completed product processing. The project adopts third-generation High Pressure Acid Leaching (HPAL) technology, one of the most sophisticated nickel processing technologies in the world. This technology enabled the maximum use of all the components of precious metals in the laterite nickel ore. This can thus extract nickel, cobalt, and manganese both simultaneously and integrated into the production of fresh energy batteries. HIRADC plays a crucial role in the K3 management system because it serves as a cornerstone of prevention and risk control efforts. Its application helps companies in determining effective safety and occupational strategies and strategies. PT Huayue Nickel Cobalt has its own problems with implementation, and there are several obstacles, such as a lack of employee awareness of safety procedures, a standard operational breach. This problem can affect company productivity and employee welfare, so further effort is needed to improve the works surveillance and safety training systems. The application of HIRADC assists in the creation of risk-control strategies for risk-control methods is proven to be effective in providing structured guidance for risk assessment, from danger identification, risk assessment, to appropriate control recommendations. This analysis can provide a basis for management decision making.

Abstract

This study aims to find out (1) how is the quality of service provided by Shopee and Tokopedia, (2) the gap between the performance and expectations of Shopee and Tokopedia users on the quality of service of Shopee and Tokopedia, (3) what attributes are considered important by users Shopee and Tokopedia originating from Majalengka Regency are in accordance with the seven dimensions of SERVQUAL (4) proposed priority actions for what can be done to improve the quality of Shopee and Tokopedia services. This type of research is a quantitative research with a questionnaire method. The analysis used is Gap Analysis and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The calculation process uses SPSS version 23. The results of the study show that (1) seen from the difference test, the level of conformity analysis and the reality-expectation gap analysis based on the seven dimensions of SERVQUAL, the quality of Shopee and Tokopedia services is good in meeting the expectations of Shopee and Tokopedia users, (2 ) the average gap on Shopee's service quality attributes is negative except for the attributes on the dimensions of fulfillment, reliability, and contact. While all the attributes of Tokopedia's service quality are negative, (3) Based on the mapping on Shopee's service quality, there are 2 attributes that are considered important by Shopee users and need priority action. Whereas for the Tokopedia application, there are 3 attributes that are considered important, (4) evaluating and improving based on the mapping results through a Cartesian diagram on 2 Shopee attributes and 3 Tokopedia attributes that require priority action.
