Abstract

One of the values ​​of Islamic moderation is equality. Equality in education is very important to ensure a just education process (equity) and equality. The Mu'ādalah pesantren is an exclusive educational unit, with an education system that is autonomous, independent and different from schools, madrasahs or other types of pesantren. This study aims to explore the values ​​and practices of equality in Mu'ādalah pesantren inclusively. With an ethnographic research, Pesantren Al-Amien Prenduan Sumenep was chosen as the research locus. This research found that, Al-Amien pesantren is not only an institutionally equal Mu'ādalah Islamic Boarding School, but also has substance and practical equality itself. Spiritual values, integration of Islam and Indonesianness, and the implementation of local pesantren culture in institutional practices justify the essence of the equality of mu'ādalah pesantren vis-a-vis other educational institutions.

Abstract

The era of the industrial revolution 4.0, accompanied by the advancement of information and communication tools today, is both an opportunity and a challenge for Islamic educational institutions to progress and develop. If an Islamic educational institution does not improve and does not respond well to the flow of development, it will be eroded by time (abandoned by the community). The purpose of writing this article is to reconstruct the transformative leadership model in creating the ideal institutional development of Islamic education. This research is in the form of a descriptive qualitative form using content analysis methods to find its relevance to the transformative leadership model in the world of Islamic education today. The results of this study are transformative leadership is one of the leadership styles that need to be applied in the development of Islamic educational institutions. So that it can make a change or innovation that can respond to the development of the times followed by the development and development of information tools and technology. Islamic educational institutions that cannot improve "writhing" in response to the times or are only managed traditionally "Tombo Ati", will be crushed by the times or abandoned by the community.

Abstract

Independence (freedom) is not something that has been made, but the possibility given and the value to be won by overcoming a number of determinism. Independence means that humans are needed as subjects. Man who has freedom of will that can not determine his will, because the ability of human reason is limited. In the world of education must also accept and be able to liberate human beings, because authentic education is education that requires freedom, which always gives opportunities to learners as widely as possible so that can mensentisekan the rich, admitted or not Islamic education has the goal of creating human beings capable of using the mind As the source of his thinking to achieve the ultimate truth. This type of research is literature review, which displays the argumentation of scientific reasoning that describes the results of literature review and the results of the researcher's analysis of Human Independence in Perspectives of Islamic Education Philosophy. This kind of study includes or explores the ideas of related propositions and should be supported by data or information obtained from the literature. With the foundation of qualitative and rationalistic philosophy. As a result shows that human independence is freedom and liberation from the shackles of material and kerohaniaan which is a structural and cultural oppression, both political, legal, economic and so forth. The construct of human independence and its implications in Islamic education is an attempt to cultivate a critical, creative and constructive atmosphere in developing human potential to meet the challenges of the times.Keywords: Human Independence Constructs, Implications of Independence in Islamic Education

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of parenting on student learning outcomes at MI At-Tablighiyah Ponjanan Timur. The type of research used is quantitative research with a correlation research design. The variables involved in this study are parenting patterns and student learning outcomes. The subjects of this study were fourth grade students of MI At-Tablighiyah Ponjanan Timur, Batumarmar sub-district, Pamekasan Regency. This research was conducted in March 2021. The population in this study was 32 students. This research does not require a sample because the number of students does not reach 100 people. The data collection technique in this study used a test technique in the form of a questionnaire or a questionnaire sheet. The data analysis technique used in this study uses the Product Moment Correlation formula. Based on the analysis of the questionnaire data, it was obtained that rcount>rtable was 0.622 > 0.349 with a significance level of 5%, meaning that the hypothesis was accepted. So it can be concluded that there is an Influence of Parenting Patterns on Student Learning Outcomes at MI At-Tablighiyah Ponjanan Timur
