Abstract

Learning methods using technology such as e-learning, online-learning or blended learning have begun to be applied. In the context of facing the 4.0 Indonesian Revolution, Indonesia is trying to improve three new literacies, namely technology literacy to understand the workings of machines, technology applications (Coding / Programming, Artificial Intelligence & Engineering Principles), data literacy for reading, analyzing, and using information (Big Data) in the digital world and human literacy for communication skills, collaboration, critical thinking, creative and innovative as well as having leadership skills, team work and so on. The Ministry of Higher Education (Dikti) also launched the Indonesian Online Learning System (SPADA) to improve access to quality higher education in Indonesia. Generation Z is the generation currently in tertiary education, so they automatically become the main target in the implementation of SPADA and the increase in the three literacies. Generation Z has certain characteristics that are different from other generations. This literature review research aims to find out whether the application of learning by using technology can increase or even lower human literacy in Generation Z in Indonesia. The method used in this research is literature review. The results show that the use of technology in learning is still difficult to be able to increase human literacy in Generation Z because they tend to have difficulty communicating directly, instantly and fading cultural and religious values.

Abstract

This article examines the future research direction of Islamic banking SDI through literature review. The main purpose of this article is to map previous research related to factors that affect the performance of Islamic banking employees, especially Banking employees whose conventional banks have previously turned into Islamic banks. Literature review is carried out by collecting writings that have been published in reputable journals. The method used in this study was to use the Harzing publish or Perish application as well as mandeley. The keyword "Islamic Banking with keyword employe Performance" is entered to get the articles needed. Then analysis is done using the vosviewer application. This research is expected to provide an overview for researchers in looking for research gaps in future studies.

Abstract

This study aims to systematically synthesize the literature on Financial Technology (FinTech) lending and credit risk management in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with the PRISMA 2020 approach, using data sources from the Scopus database. The literature selection process resulted in 14 included articles published between 2021 and 2025. The results of the analysis show that FinTech lending plays an important role in increasing SME access to financing through the use of alternative data and machine learning-based analytical approaches, which can reduce information asymmetry and improve the accuracy of credit risk predictions. However, the literature also identifies significant challenges in the form of model risk, algorithmic unfairness, limited transparency of credit decisions, and governance and regulatory issues. Thematic synthesis reveals six main themes, namely SME information asymmetry, alternative data usage, machine learning application, explainability and fairness, unbalanced data challenges, and FinTech lending governance and sustainability. This study concludes that the potential of FinTech lending in supporting SME financing can only be realized sustainably if it is balanced with strengthened credit risk management, algorithm transparency, and an adaptive regulatory framework. These findings provide conceptual and practical contributions to policy development, risk models, and future research agendas in the field of SME FinTech lending.
