This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership, corporate culture, and work motivation on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Region of West Sumatra Area Padang. This research is exploratory research with quantitative method. The sampling technique was conducted by the census method, with the sample number of 100 employees. This research uses Partial Least Squares-Structural Equations Modeling (PLS-SEM) with smartPLS 3 program. The results show that transformational leadership have positive but not significant effect to employee performance, Corporate culture have positive and significant effect to employee performance, and work motivation have negative but not significant effect to employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Region of West Sumatra Area Padang.

This study aims to determine and analyze the Effect of Job Analysis (Job Analysis) On Employee Performance On PT.Hayati Pratama Mandiri West Sumatra. This research is exploratory research with research sample that is as much as 186 people. This study uses multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS program version 22.00 with the results of research that is 1) Job description has a positive and significant impact on employee performance in PT.Hayati Pratama Mandiri West Sumatra. The better the existing job description, it will improve the performance of employees of PT. Hayati Pratama Mandiri, 2) Job specifications have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The more exact job specification which means that each job has the exact requirements specifications and employees obtained in accordance with the specified specifications, it will improve the performance of employees PT.Hayati Pratama Mandiri, and 3) Job evaluation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT. Hayati Pratama Mandiri. The better performing job evaluation will improve employee performance.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of absenteeism and job attitude on employee performance in leasing companies in Padang City, West Sumatra Province. Absenteeism defined as the absenteeism of employees from their work responsibility. Job attitude can be measured through job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The population was all employees who work at one of the leasing companies located in Padang. The sampling method used was saturated sampling (census). Research data was collected by distributing questionnaires to a total of 43 respondents. Data processing and analysis were performed using a multiple linear regression method run by SPSS version 22.0. The results of the study indicated that absenteeism has no significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction, as part of job attitude, had a significant effect on employee performance, while organizational commitment did not significantly affect performance.

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk melakukan pengujian dimana stres kerja memediasi pengaruh work family conflict terhadap burnout pada pegawai pemerintah non pegawai negeri di politkenik pelayaran sumatera barat, sehingga nantinya akan dapat membantu politkenik pelayaran sumatera barat untuk mengatasi masalah burnout dan stres kerja. penelitian ini memamakai metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sehingga didapatkan sampel sebanyak 52 responden yang merupakan pegawai non pns. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Smart PLS yang berguna mencari adanya pengaruh antar variabel dengan mediasinya. Hasil penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh work family conflict terhadap stres kerja, tidak adanya pengaruh work family conflict terhadap burnout, tidak adanya pengaruh stres kerja terhadap burnout, stres kerja tidak dapat menjadi pemediasi pengaruh work family conflict terhadap burnout.Kata Kunci: Work Family Conflict, Stres Kerja dan Burnout

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh pemberdayaan psikologis dan kepemimpinan trasformasional terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja pada pegawai Kejaksaan Tinggi di Kota Padang, Sumatera Barat. Populasinya adalah seluruh pegawai pada kejaksaan tinggi yang berada di Kota Padang. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah proposionate stratified random sampling. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 123 responden. Pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan psikologis, kepemimpinan trasformasional dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, pemberdayaan psikologis dan kepemimpinan trasformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kepuasan berperan sebagai mediasi parsial antara pemberdayaan psikologis dan kepemimpinan trasformasional terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Suatu organisasi harus memiliki nilai lebih dalam hal sumber daya manusia agar dapat bersaing dengan organisasi lainnya. Organisasi dalam melaksanakan program kerja yang telah disusun pada dasarnya selalu bertujuan untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Salah satu caranya adalah dengan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Kinerja adalah hasil atau tingkat keberhasilan seseorang secara keseluruhan selama periode tertentu didalam melaksanakan tugas. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja dengan modal psikologis sebagai moderating pada pegawai Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Padang. Variabel independen pada penelitian ini diantaranya gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi, sedangkan kinerja pegawai dijadikan sebagai variabel dependen, dan modal psikologis sebagai variabel moderasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan sampling jenuh dimana menjadikan seluruh populasi sebagai sampel yang didapat sebanyak 66 pegawai yang ada pada Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Padang. Dengan menggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner yang dianalisa memakai analisis PLS-SEM, dimana hasil yang diperoleh yaitu gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Modal psikologis dapat memoderasi gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Disarankan kepada pimpinan Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Padang perlu memberikan pelatihan pengembangan, update ilmu para pegawai, karena dalam pengisian kuesioner responden masih rendah nilai terampil dibandingkan standar prosedur yang ada dalam  bekerja.Kata Kunci : Gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, modal psikologis, kinerja pegawai

Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is one of the requirements to increase company productivity in order to be able to compete and survive in the era of globalization in the world free market economy. PT Semen Padang, as the largest industry in West Sumatra, is engaged in producing and trading cement, experiencing work accident problems. This study aims to determine the influence of internal and external labor factors moderated by the strategy of increasing the supervision of the implementation of work safety on work accidents at PT Semen Padang. The research method was a cross-sectional survey by interviewing 165 respondents who were selected by simple random sampling from a population of 423 people based on the formula of Issac and Michael. The results showed that the Variable Strategy for the Improvement of the Implementation of Work Safety Supervision (K3) was 0.019 <0.05, which means that the Strategy for Improving the Implementation of Safety Supervision had an influence on internal factors on work accidents. There is no significant effect on external factors with a value of 0.277> 0.05 on work accidents. The conclusion is that the better the internal and external factors in the workforce, the smaller the work accident rate. It is recommended that a supervisory program related to work stress and fatigue, supporting facilities and infrastructure and appropriate work tools be added to the OHS Supervision Improvement Strategy program.

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja menggunakan pendekatan Balanced Scorecard dilihat dari perspektif proses bisnis internal dan pembelajaran/pertumbuhan pada Bank X. Variabel penelitian dari perspektif proses bisnis internal yaitu proses inovasi, proses operasi dan layanan purna jual dan perspektif pembelajaran/pertumbuhan yaitu kepuasan pekerja, retensi pekerja dan produktivitas pekerja, Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling sehingga didapatkan 133 pegawai yang menjadi responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisa kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif, dimana hasil yang diperoleh yaitu hasil penilaian kinerja Bank X dari perspektif proses bisnis internal sebesar 4,44 dengan rating B deskripsi Very Good dan hasil penilaian kinerja Bank X dari perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan sebesar 4,11 dengan rating B deskripsi Very Good. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of (1) Worklife balance on employee performance (2) Job Stress on employee performance (3) Worklife balance on OCB (4) Job Stress on OCB (5) OCB on employee performance (6) OCB as mediating role between Worklife balance and employee performance (7) OCB as mediating role between Job Stress and employee performance. The population in this study is employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP2B Sumbagteng, amounting to 50 people, with census techniques. Data analysis techniques using quantitative analysis with analysis tools SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study found that: (1) Worklife Balance has a significant effect on employee performance (2) Job stress is contradictory and has a significant effect on OCB and employee performance (3) The magnitude of the effect of Worklife Balance on OCB is shown by the coefficient of determination R² of 0.261 or 26,1% (4) The magnitude of the influence of OCB on employee performance is shown by the coefficient of determination R² of 0.375 or 37,5% (5) Then there is also an indirect relationship with partial mediation by the OCB variable.

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of job satisfaction on millennial employee performance with demographic variables as moderators. This research was conducted on PT Semen Padang millennial employees with a sample of 211 people. Research data processing was carried out by SEM-PLS. The results showed that aspects of job satisfaction that had a positive and significant effect on performance in the order of the greatest influence were job characteristics, communication, coworkers, and appreciation. While variable salary, promotion opportunities, supervisors, and fringe benefits are known to have no effect on performance. As for the variable procedures and work regulations found negative and significant effect. Furthermore, demographic variables moderate the relationship between satisfaction and performance. Performance that is influenced by aspects of job satisfaction was found to be different for work location, work period, and education variables.
