Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is to make humans become people who are faithful, independent, intelligent, advanced, skilled, knowledgeable, active, creative, responsible, and productive. So to realize it all needs a high learning motivation for students to be students who have high EQ and IQ. Motivation is one of the factors that can improve the quality of learning, because it will study seriously if it has high motivation (Mulyasa, 2012). To be able to learn well, a good process and motivation are needed. Someone does a business because of motivation. The existence of good motivation in learning will show good results (Sardiman, 2003). Therefore, teachers must be able to arouse student motivation so that they can achieve learning goals. One factor that is often considered to reduce motivation for learning is the subject matter itself and the teacher who delivers the learning material. So one effort or way to increase learning motivation can be attempted by using the learning strategies that are done, and on this occasion the researchers try to change the learning strategy by using learning media using pocket books. The purpose of this study is to create learning environments so as not to get bored and create comfortable learning conditions, so that it can increase students' learning motivation.

Abstract

Kesulitan siswa khususnya siswa jenjang pendidikan sekolah dasar dalam memahami materi pembelajaran tematik terkendala oleh penggunaan media ajar yang saat ini belum optimal menarik minat belajar siswa. Bentuk media pembelajaran ensiklopedia dinilai efektif untuk mengatasi permasalah tersebut. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan dan mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran Ensiklopedia model lift the flap berbasis masalah pada pembelajaran tematik tema perkembangan teknologi untuk siswa yang valid dari hasil validasi kelayakan oleh ahli materi, ahli bahasa dan respon guru. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan model 3D yang dikembangkan oleh Thiagarajan mencakup empat langkah yaitu: tahapan define (pendefinisian), design (perancangan). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah validator ahli materi, ahli bahasa dan ahli pembelajaran. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Media yang dikembangkan divalidasi oleh satu orang ahli materi, satu orang ahli bahasa dan satu orang guru kelas III SD. hasil validasi ketiga validator dapat menunjukan hasil bahwa media ensiklopedia model lift the flap berbasis masalah pada pembelajaran tematik tema perkembangan teknologi dinyatakan valid, sehingga dinyatakan sangat layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to produce Dekak learning media in mathematics learning of FPB material for Class IV students of SDN 101991 Bangun Purba and to determine the feasibility of Dekak learning media in mathematics learning of FPB material for Class IV students of SDN 101991 Bangun Purba which is valid from the results of feasibility validation by material experts, media experts and teacher responses. This research is a type of Research and Development (R&D) research with the 4D model developed by Thiagarajan (1974) which includes four steps, namely: define, design, develop, disseminate. But this research only limits to three stages, namely only up to the development stage. The subjects in this study were material expert validators, media experts and learning experts. The instrument used to collect data is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis technique. The developed media was validated by one material expert, one media expert and one fourth grade teacher. Based on the assessment of the results of validation by material experts, Dekak products are suitable for grade IV students. Based on the assessment of the results of validation by media experts, Dekak products are very feasible to use for grade IV elementary school students and based on the assessment of the results of validation by learning experts, Dekak products are very feasible to use for grade IV elementary school students. So from the data from the validation results of the three validators it can be concluded that Dekak media in learning mathematics FPB material is declared valid and there are no revisions by experts, so it is declared very feasible to use as teaching materials in learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect Of Using Animation-Based Audio-Visual Learning Media on Economic Learning Outcomes of class X Students of SMA Negeri 14 Medan T.A 2022/2023. This study used a population of 102 students in class X IPS at SMA Negeri 14 Medan and the sampling technique was by determining the sample so that only one class used as the sample, namely class X IPS-2, which consisted of 35 students from SMA Negeri 14 Medan. The collection technique in this study used tests given to students. The results of the research are in accordance with the hypothesis formulated in this study, the truth can be accepted, because tcount ? ttable or 3,17 ? 1.676. it can be interprented that thee is a positive and significant influence between students understanding of using audio-visual animation media on student learning outcomes in learning management in class X SMA Negeri 14 Medan.
