Abstract

The research conducted in SMP Al – Fathiyah Balekambang Kramat Jati Jakarta Timur has a purpose to know the influence of contextual teaching and learning methods on the ability to solve mathematical problems. The experimental research method with this post test only control group set the target population of all students enrolled at AL-Fathiyah Junior High School for the academic year 2018-2019. As for the affordable population in the study it limited only a grade VII student of 45 students. Sampling based on the population is affordable with multistage sampling technique in which it is a simple random sampling then purposive sampling. The instrument used is about the form of the description as many as nine items that have been validated empirically. The data analysis technique is done in a descriptive and inferential which is first conducted test analysis requirement in the form of test normality and homogeneity test. Based on the results of the hypothesis testing, this research can be concluded that there is a significant influence on contextual teaching and learning methods on mathematical problem solving skills

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine difference between mathematics achievement by using structured Dyadic method and Brain GYM method. This research used quasy experiment method. Population of this research is all the students of SMP Islam Malahayati at even semester in 2015/2016. Affordable population is all the students of class VII and the sample is 24 students of VII D and 23 students of class VII E taken by random sampling. Before hypothesis test, the data fulfill a series test i.e. normality by liliefors test and homogeneity test by fisher test. The result of normality test, both of class in normal distribution, and the result of homogeneity test the varian of both class is homogen. Based on  data analyze in the form of t test, ?=0.05 from both of class t test is 2.1025 and t table is 2.0158. it can be concluded that there are difference of student’s mathematics achievement by using structured dyadic method and Brain Gym method.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar berbentuk desain komik strip matematika. Penelitian pengembangan yang dilaksanakan pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 ini bertempat di dua sekolah, yaitu: SD Negeri Cipinang Cempedak 04 Pagi, Jakarta Timur dan SD Assalafy Cipinang Cempedak, Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode research and development dengan model ADDIE yang terbatas pada tahap Analisys, Design, dan Depelovement. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan guru dan siswa yang dilakukan di dua sekolah tersebut, belajar matematika menggunakan komik strip matematika lebih membangkitkan minat siswa dalam belajar. Komik strip matematika ini dapat memfasilitasi guru dan orangtua untuk kegiatan belajar siswa, baik di sekolah ataupun di rumah.
