Abstract

Kualitas tidur seseorang dikatakan baik apabila tidak menunjukkan berbagai tanda kekurangan tidur dan tidak mengalami masalah dalam tidurnya. Salah satu penyeab terjadinya kualitas tidur yang buruk disebabkan oleh faktor kebiasaan seperti gaya hidup yang haus akan teknologi terutama dalam penggunaan internet. 60% kualitas tidur yang buruk juga ditemui pada mahasiswa tingkat 2 STIKes Santa Elisabeh Medan. disebabkan intensitas penggunaan internet yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan intensitas penggunaan internet dengan kualitas tidur mahasiswa tingkat 2 STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan Tahun 2021. Jenis penelitian menggunakan rancangan Cross Sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 53 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner Internet Addiction Test (IAT) dan kuesioner indeks kualitas tidur Pittburgh (PSQI). Analisa data dengan uji Chi Square. Hasil penelitian diperoleh intensitas penggunaan internet tinggi (88,7%), kualitas tidur buruk (90,6%). Hasil uji Chi Square diperoleh nilai p = 0,033 dimana p< 0,05 hal ini menunjukkan ada hubungan intensitas penggunaan internet dengan kualitas tidur mahasiswa tingkat 2 STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan. Diharapkan mahasiswa mampu mengurangi durasi intensitas penggunaan internet dan meningkatkan kontrol diri dalam menggunakan internet terutama waktu sebelum tidur sehingga tidak mengurangi jam tidur dan menyebabkan gangguan tidur.

Abstract

Covid-19 is an infectious disease designated as a global health problem which as subsequently designated as a pandemic by the World Health Organization. Starting in 2021, Covid-19 vaccinations have begun to be carried out in various countries, including Indonesia. Lack of public knowledge causes one of the factors that the implementation of vaccination is not optimal. One of the people's refusal is not to get vaccinated because people do not know the purpose of the vaccination. The purpose of this study is to identify the level of public knowledge about Covid-19 vaccination at Lumban Pinasa Village, Habinsaran District. The population in the study amount to 400 people, the sampling technique used the Slovin formula obtained as many as 80 people. This research use descriptive research method with the sampling technique is random sampling. The level of public knowledge about Covid-19 vaccination has good knowledge of 73 respondents (91.3%), and sufficient knowledge of 7 people (8.8%). It is hoped that the public will maintain knowledge about Covid-19 vaccination and continue to seek information related to Covid-19 vaccination.

Abstract

The accuracy of the code is the accuracy in providing codes that are in accordance with the diagnosis of the disease and in accordance with the classification in ICD-10, which is useful to support the services and medical actions provided to patients. Completeness of medical records is the complete filling of medical records properly and correctly for medical services. The purpose of the study was to identify the relationship between the completeness of medical records and the accuracy of the typhoid fever code in hospitalization at Santa Elisabeth Hospital Medan in 2023. Analytic research design using a cross sectional approach. The population in the study were medical records of typhoid fever patients hospitalized at Santa Elisabeth Hospital Medan in 2023 as many as 214 medical records, the sample in the study was 66 medical records, the sampling technique was systematic random sampling. The instrument used was a checklist sheet. Data analysis using the Chi-square test. The results of this study obtained completeness of medical records with a complete category of 57 medical records (86.4%), the accuracy of the code with an accurate category of 51 codes (77.3%). Chi-square test results obtained p-value 0.023 (p less than 0.05) indicates that there is a significant relationship between the completeness of medical records and the accuracy of the typhoid fever code inpatient Santa Elisabeth Hospital Medan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self disclosure and interpersonal communication of second degree students of STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan in 2021. This research method used an analytical research design using a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study 86 respondents with the sampling technique is total sampling. The instruments used were a questionnaire, a standard self-disclosure questionnaire adopted from the sixty item self disclosure questionnaire (JSDQ) by Sidney M. Jourard and Paul Lasakow (1958) modified by previous researchers Tokan (2013) and an interpersonal communication questionnaire. The results of this study obtained self disclosure categories of high 55 people (64%) and low 31 people (36%), good categories of interpersonal communication 57 people (66.3%) and less 29 people (33.7%) with the Chi square test results obtained value The p-value of 0.001 (p<0.05) indicates that there is a relationship between self disclosure and interpersonal communication of second level students of the STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan Nurse Study Program in 2021 which means that the higher the student's self-disclosure, the better the interpersonal communication will be. Open manner to telling attitudes and opinions, tastes and interests, work or studies, money, personality, and body will increase students' self-disclosure.
