Abstract

One of the providers of cloud computing services is the Google Cloud Platform developed by Google LLC. PT Lintas Data Indonesia as a vendor and distributor of technology devices is in dire need of a web server for the publicity of its products. At present, PT Lintas Data Indonesia's web server system still uses the services of hostgator hosting providers with packages with limited resources and also cannot implement system load balances and fail over on the current server system, in terms of latency access speed when pinging web servers in HostGator is quite high up to 200Ms. To improve the performance of a web server so that a load balance and fail over system can be implemented, migrating to the Google Cloud Platform environment is a solution that is expected to be able to handle existing problems. The advantages of Google Cloud Platform are servers that are rented for web servers in the form of Virtual Private Servers (VPS) so that they are easy to maintain and if you want to upgrade services. The addition of three web servers in the cluster with HAProxy server makes PT Lintas Data Indonesia's web server service more reliable in handling requests, load balances with round robin methods and fail over web servers and with HAProxy it is proven that it can increase up to 150% in handling latency issues previously it was around 30Ms.

Abstract

Koperasi simpan pinjam adalah sebuah lembaga keuangan yang memberikan layanan transaksi menyimpan dan meminjam uang kepada anggotanya. Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Bumi Sejahtera perlu memiliki sebuah sistem informasi guna mempermudah proses pengolahan data, melaksanakan tugas secara tepat, dan meminimalkan kesalahan pencatatan transaksi maupun perhitungan keuangan, dikarenakan sistem yang ada tidak dapat mendukung akitifitas yang dilakukan oleh koperasi bumi sejahtera, terlebih lagi permasalahan pada program yang berjalan yaitu program yang digunakan sudah tidak diperpanjang dengan pihak aplikasi. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan diatas maka perlu dirancang sebuah sistem informasi simpan pinjam. Tahap perancangan meliputi pembuatan deskripsi system requirement specification, use case diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram, class diagram, serta perancangan database. Sistem informasi ini dibuat dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrogramam PHP melalui framework CodeIgniter, serta MySQL sebagai penyimpanan databasenya. Dengan menggunakan penyimpanan database, pada sistem informasi koperasi dapat memudahkan proses pengolahan data trasansaksi simpan pinjam dikarenakan telah tersimpan pada 1 pusat basis data. Sistem informasi berbasis web ini merupakan alternatif untuk meningkatkan mutu pengolahan data dan pelayanan jasa koperasi simpan pinjam untuk pengurus dan anggotanya. Fasilitas yang terdapat dalam sistem informasi ini antara lain pengolahan data anggota, simpanan, pinjaman, angsuran, pemotongan gaji . Dalam sistem ini terbagi menjadi 2 kategori user yaitu admin dan anggota.

Abstract

Palang pintu kereta otomatis merupakan suatu otomatis yang diterapkan pada jalur transportasi kereta api guna berfungsi menutup dan membuka jalan yang membatasi atau menghentikan jalur lalu lintas agar kendaraan berhenti sementara untuk memdahulukan kereta api yang akan melewati. Aplikasi ini hanyalah sebuah prototype kecil yang menggambarkan sebuah aplikasi untuk palang pintu kereta api yang dapat bergerak secara otomatis, dibandingkan penerapan sesungguhnya aplikasi ini mungkin masih jauh sekali dari kejadian sebenarnya, akan tetapi aplikasiini mungkin dapat sebagai dasar dari palang pintu kereta yang dapat berjalan secara otomatis. Palang pintu kereta otomatis ini mempunyai empat bagian umum yaitu motor DC yang berfungsi untuk membuka dan menutup palang pintu kereta, sensor inframerah dan photodioda sebagai pendeteksi adanya kereta api yang akan melintas, buzzer dan display sebagai peringatan dini bila ada kereta yang akan melintas dan mikrokontroler ATMEGA 16 sebagai pengendali program.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan jaringan komputer pada saat ini sangatlah pesat, sudah banyak perusahaan dan instansi pemerintah yang memanfaatkan jaringan sebagai salah satu sistem komunikasi antar satu dengan yang lainnya. Seperti pada PT. PELNI (Persero) perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa transportasi laut, memiliki kantor cabang yang tersebar diseluruh Indonesia dan saling terhubung ke data center dengan memanfaatkan koneksi jaringan VPN. Dalam melakukan penelitian ini penulis melakukan observasi dengan melakukan pengamatan langsung ke lapangan dan metode wawancara pada staf ahli yang ada di Divisi Teknologi Informasi. Selain itu juga dilakukan studi kepustakaan untuk menunjang penelitian sehingga dapat menjadi acuan atau dasar dalam penyusunan laporan penelitian ini. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan, diperoleh bahwa pada perusahaan ini tidak memiliki Network Monitoring System sehingga apabila terjadi masalah pada jaringan ataupun server harus melakukan pengecekan secara manual. Dengan menggunakan Nagios dan Nagvis sebagai dashboard pada PT. PELNI (Persero) ini untuk memudahkan administrator dalam memantau seluruh jaringan dan perangkat server yang ada di perusahaan. Hasil pengujian jaringan akhir menggunakan aplikasi Nagios sebgai network monitoring dan Nagvis sebagai dashboard menambahkan host untuk dapat dimonitoring melalui aplikasi Nagios, terlihat tampilan status (Up) apabila host dalam keadaan aktif dan menampilkan status (Down) apabila host dalam keadaan tidak aktif.

Abstract

Virtual Private Network (VPN) is a local communication network that is connected through a public network, with a private data security network, the closure of data transfer from illegal access and network scalability are the main standards in a Virtual Private Network (VPN). In building a VPN at PT. Telkom access is done using the Internet Protocol Security (IP Sec) method. PT Telkom Akses is engaged in the business of providing construction services and managing network infrastructure. At this time PT Telkom Akses sent company data using email, if using company email could not ensure the security of the data sent. PT Telkom, which has many branch offices, is required to have a fast and stable internet connection for transmitting confidential company data. Looking at the existing problems, there are several things that are obtained including, communication between users is still not optimal. Data transmission from branch offices to the head office or vice versa is still not encrypted, which means that data can be viewed or retrieved by unauthorized persons and company confidentiality can be threatened. So creating a VPN network with the IPSEC method will get a more stable and safer connection, files and folders that can be shared by network members, making it easier for network administrators to manage the network if the distance between sites is constrained and the network is well encrypted and already using authentication to connect between sites.

Abstract

The need for an internet network today is very important along with the development and progress of increasingly sophisticated data communications. With uses such as searching for information, the need to upload and download documents from the internet, and participate in video conferences. This causes internet connection traffic to increase, and this will be very disturbing for those who have a small bandwidth network and can cause the internet connection to be disconnected. One way to maintain the quality or quality of internet connectivity is to maintain a balance of traffic and bandwidth savings by dividing the load evenly into several links or paths using the Per Connection Classifier (PCC) method through load balancing techniques. Based on the research that has been done, the traffic load obtained becomes smoother without any accumulation of data.

Abstract

Face detection saat ini banyak diimplementasikan di perusahaan, untuk absensi, keamanan, dan lain-lain. Begitupun pada SMK Teratai Putih yang masih melakukan absensi secara manual dengan memanggil nama persiswa, sedang mencoba mengimplementasikan Face Detection di salah satu ruangan yaitu, laboratorium komputer untuk keperluan absensi siswa, yang menggunakan foto-foto siswa sebagai datasetnya. Metode Haar Cascade Classifier untuk face detection menggunakan pemograman python dan opencv adalah salah satu yang digunakan, dikarenakan yang tingkat akurasi dalam mengukur atau mendeteksi wajah manusia mendapatkan hasil yang baik. Dengan diterapkan face detection harapan adalah dapat mengurangi waktu absensi siswa yang dilakukan oleh guru, dengan memanggil nama siswa satu-persatu. Penulis melihat dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di SMK Teratai Putih Jakarta, adalah hasil yang cukup baik dengan tingkat akurasi diatas 50% (50%).  Dengan syarat file size fotonya dibawah 1 MB dan dimensions 1000 pixel dan diujicoba dimulai dari nilai Haar Cascade Classifier terkecil.  Untuk  mendeteksi wajah siswa dilaboratorium komputer yang dijadikan absensi secara manual tidak diperlukan lagi  dan waktunya bisa digunakan untuk belajar yang lebih ke mata pelajaran-pelajaran yang diajarkan oleh guru-guru.Kata Kunci: Face Detection, Haar Cascade Classifier, Opencv, Python

Abstract

On the internet connection with 2 service ISP (Internet Service Provider) to consider the possibility of interruption on the internet connection. PCC (Per Connection Clasifier) is a method of load balancing in the merge 2 ISP service. Internet network connection is needed by a company or agency that performs each job with depend internet network connection. It is therefore necessary internet network are always standby when the failure occurs the internet connection. At this writing performed a system. First test done with 1 ISP service. Testing both with the use of PCC in the normal state and with the use of PCC occurs when lost connection on one of the links. By using 2 ISP services can be separated between local bandwidth and internasioan done on the second test. On testing the second can be proved that by using the 2 service ISP with load balancing PCC and much better against the service connection network the internet because there is a system that is always on standby when it happened lost connection on one of the links. With system blocks the IP automatically can protect the server mikrotik from attack heacker.

Abstract

Tuberculosis (TBC or TB) is an infectious disease that usually attacks the lungs, caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis. WHO data report in 2006 put Indonesia as the third largest contributor of TB in the world. The high risk of dying of lung disease patients (18.7%) indicate that these diseases should be taken seriously. In addition to the lungs, where TB germs attack the brain and central nervous system, this will also lead to death (death). In this study, the author uses neuro-fuzzy system for diagnosing TB disease based mainly on clinical symptoms. Neuro-fuzzy systems are part of the major components forming soft computing, integrated between fuzzy systems and artificial neural networks. With the method of Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) in determining the classification rule with fuzzy logic that is able to provide a diagnosis like an expert whether someone is diagnosed: Negative TB, Other Disease and Positive TB. Based on ANFIS editor can be seen the results of measurements of the accuracy of the algorithm, the hybrid gets the same value of four types of membership function as Trapmf, gbellmf, gaussmf and psigmf of 99.99%. While the backpropagation algorithm produces different accuracies depending on each type of MF her. Where Trapmf membership type has an accuracy rate higher than the other three types of memberships by using the backpropagation algorithm. And to see what the diagnosis was designed using Matlab toolbox applications, such as appearance and surface at the FIS rule editor, diagnosis and therapeutic treatment.

Abstract

An autonomous system (AS) is the collection of networks having the same set of routing policies. Each AS has administrative control to its own inter-domain routing policy. Computer networks consisting of a bunch of AS's with different routing will not be able to interconnecttion one another. This is causes communication in the network to be inhibited. For that we need a protocol that can connect each different AS. External Border Gateway Protocol (EBGP) is an inter-domain routing protocol ie between different AS that is used to exchange routing information between them. In a typical inter-network (and in the Internet) each autonomous system designs one or more routers that run EBGP software. EBGP routers in each AS are linked to those in one or more other AS. The ability to exchange table routing information between Autonomous System (AS) is one of the advantages of EBGP. EBGP implements routing policies based on a set of attributes accompanying each route used to pick the "shortest" path across multiple AS, along with one or more routing policies. EBGP uses an algorithm which cannot be classified as a pure "Distance Vector", or pure "Link State". It is a path vector routing protocol as it defines a route as a collection of a number of AS that is passes through from source AS to destination AS. This paper discusses the implementation of the EBGP routing protocol in the network that have different AS in order to interconnect. Its application using Graphic Network Simulator (GNS3) software for prototyping and simulating network. So that later can be applied to the actual network.
